Rarely in anime, do we ever get a heart warming tale that is slice of life combined with some comedy. Now a days, anime is concentrated on boobs, harem, or moe. Usagi Drop, however, concentrates on what it really means to be family, and how a tragedy can bring families together, and all the hard ships parents have to go through with kids, even if the kids aren't their own.
Usagi Drop was aired this past summer, animated by Production I.G. and Fuji TV, and the original novel was written by Unita Yumi. The anime follows Daikichi, an average man, focused on his job, but
...
all of a sudden his grandpa dies. Right after the death, it is revealed that his grandpa had an illegitimate child with one of his maids! Rin, the child is stuck in a limbo and no one wants to take care of her, until Daikichi takes her under his care. At first, he doesnt know exactly how to handle Rin, but over time, their bond develops, and he realizes what it truly means to be a parent.
The story was very simple slice of life, but it was not two people falling in love, but more the bond between an adult and a child. You are not actually able to hear what Rin thinks, but you are more or less following Daikichi and his part of the bond. You see all the sacrifices that he makes in order to do the best for Rin, even if it means he will loose pay at his company so he can be home earlier to take care of her.
I highly recommend Usagi Drop if you're looking for a slice of life with no ecchi, no lolicon, and just a pure story. Often times, this anime will make you smile in a way that can only be described as heartwarming. It will bring pureness into your life, and make you wonder what would you give up for the sake of a child.

here we go again...another season of Seikon no Qwaser...or as I like to call it...Titty Sucking 101. This anime takes as much hentai as it could, crammed it into 24 episodes (first season) and said this isnt hentai. Now, we have our eyes in the second, season, how much more hentai and ecchi is there? To be honest, loads more.
Seikon No Qwaser II-Now with 99% more boobs and titty sucking !
Story-5(Boobs=/= story)
the story from the beginning was descent, not perfect. It was not a contiuation from the first season like i had hoped.Mafuyu doesn even show up until half way through the series and
...
the first 6 or so episodes is mainly about Sasha and Hana and the girls at this academy they invade. It also mainly consits of sasha looking like a girl and his boobs looking more real than those of half of the girls there. At some point Katja comes in, gets a new slave. Then, after the school arc, its just turns into slice of life with tit sucking. Sasha is almost addicted to Soma in this season. Every five seconds it feels like he sucking tits, or half the discussions are about boobs.
Art-8(Great for boobage)
the art was great, considering half the time i was looking at boobs. Also, i'll give credit to who ever aired it:they aired it uncensored. They didnt even censor the lower area of the girls and certainly not the tit sucking. Considering i was looking at tits for half the season, i think art was good.
Sounds-8(The OP and ED are amazing)
The voice acting was decent but where the sound really shines is the OP and ED. I am planning downloading them and raping the play button to listen to them because they have a catchy tune. It trumps the first seasons OP and ED by a lot. Another note on voice acting-Sasha still sounds like a chick who has had one too many cigarettes.
Character-7(Those school Girls were 2-D as heck!)
The main characters really didnt progress this season. The only progression is saw was at the end with Sasha, and thats it. Sasha was the only one who we saw even move an inch in character from the first season. Mafuyu and Oribe epsecially were just still blobs of giant boobs.
Enjoyment-6(Hey, I cant only enjoy tit sucking everyone and a while)
One can only enjoy tit sucking and fan service every so often. Seikon no Qwaser absolutlly over did it on the fan service department. The story went out the window with the addition of several more tit sucking scenes. I feel it had more tit sucking in the second season with 12 episodes than the first season with 24 episodes. If you like tit sucking and ecchi and fan service and just plain boobs, then you just found your anime.
Overall-7(Heck, it was interesting to say the least)
Overall, it isnt bad as a stand alone anime, however, it doesnt mesure up to the first season. This season lacks a good story and the story feels rushed. It tries to make up for rushed story with more titty sucking and talk of boobs(and lets not forget the ocassional bondage slaves) If your daring then watch the second season of Seikon no Qwaser, but please dont expect much from it because sequals are never as good as the originals.

This anime has the premise of fighting, blood, and potential Shounen-Ai. Now the blood and the fighting we get and the BL, the main reason why many girls watched this-none at all.
REVIEW-
Story-6
the story is about Akira getting convicted for a crime he didn't do, and he has to go play Igura, a fighting game where a person has to collect dog-tags to beat the "last boss," Il Rey. The BL element, as i have said, is almost non-existent, The most one might hope for is Akira and Keisuke's relation to hopefully blossem of Rin and someone to get it on
Art5
It was ok, however, half
...
the time i felt like i was watching a black screen. Sure, i heard the clanging of knives, or someone hitting up against a wall, but i saw only a black screen while they fought. I don't know if it was because of my computer, but looking at a black screen during a fight. It also ddn't help that the art was dark to begin with. (A little note:Rin was the best drawn character :))
Sound-5
The OP was pretty ok but the end themes, I didn't pay attention to those at all.
Character-5
The characters had no depth to me. They were as flat as flat can be, and I felt absolutely no connection to them at all.
Enjoyment-4
Ok, between the almost non-existent story and the black screen moments, i can't say i enjoyed it. Its just one of these bad animes that you can't help but to watch and hopes that it would get better.
Overall-5
I figure if you like bloody anime with lots of darkness, then this anime is for you

I'm sure when you started watching this anime, you were like me, saying "wtf?" If you stuck with this anime, i commend you. If you didn't, I understand. the whole panties theme is little bizarre. But the story focuses mainly on girls talking about their developing bodies and bras and panties.
Story: 7
The story is mainly girls talking about their bodies as stated above. Nayu, a middle schooler has a huuuge love for panties and whats to share it with the world. She, and a few other friends, decide to make an "Underwear Club."
Art:
No complaints here. I was a little shocked at how
...
many types of underwear there was and how well designed they were. The character designs weren't perfect, but I still liked the design.
Sound: The voices fit the characters very well (Please note: Havent read manga) The opening and ending were also good so not much to comment about here.
Character:
Nayu is a strange one, always obsessing about underwear. The other characters weren't bland, but not too "flavorful" either. I'm sorry to say that sometimes they were just "there." (Also, side note, the series could have done with a few more boys, at least one more.)
Enjoyment:
This was very enjoyable to me.At some points it made me laugh and some point it made me realize how much some people are willing to dedicate to a cause they love. Also, I think i learned everything i would ever want to know about a girl's body and how to fit different types of underwear without having to buy a book that says "A woman's Body."
Overall:
I wouldn't recommend to anyone that hates a little bit of ecchi or slight loli-con. Otherwise, i say this is a good anime and you have to watch it until the end because at the end you'll realize how much you have learned about a woman's body.

Hetalia...one of the best and funniest anime...EVER! Even though the ep are only 5 min long, they fill up those five minutes and make em worth while. It actually pretty funny to actually how accurate it is.
STORY: WWI-WWII time period...one of the darkest moment...turned funny. Its amazing how the writer make the story funny. Instead of guns...they hit each other. The story is almost random but yet not...the story is done in typical four panel style format.
Art- Each character is very distinctly looking and easily recognizable. Their heights are done by average height of the people in the country. And all of them look
...
like typical stereo type like germany tall muscular, france blond wimpy, etc.
Sound- LOVE THE ENDING THEME!!!! also the voice cast matches too. I can hear a little bit of accent in each character voices.
Character-this..this...make the show!!!! They are soo funny!! Italy is wimpy and all. The way the characters of hetalia interact with each other is basically how their alliances were during that time. England kinda wants to disown america. Germany always has to help out Italy, etc.
Enjoyment- I have so much fun watching this series. Its so true. And yes, Prussia still lives on. I lol so much at this series, i recommend it to everyone i know, even non anime fans.
OVERALL-Just freakin watch this anime. It'll make history so much more entertaining and yes, i imagine the wars now between two characters not liking each other and it makes history memorable.

the characters in this story are very funny and have amusing personalities. Sugisaki never fails to amuse me because he is always over dramatizing things and he adds a lot of amusement to the series. Wishing for his harem end is a typical anime male trait, but the fact that he has it so planned out that it is beyond the expectations of a planned ending. I think Kondo-san had fun doing Sugisaki with the impressions and all...
This anime has TONS of anime refrences, such as Kuroshitsuji, Lucky Star, and Strike Witches, and others. The fact they don;t bleep it out(like they did itn hayate
...
no gotoku and Lucky Star) is beyond me.
The story follows along that of most slice of life anime(i.e Lucky star-majorly) There is almost no story line, but yet one too. So its combines for ann interesting anime~. I reccommend it to anyone who like anime such as lucky star and also, if you havent seen alot of anime, i reccomend holding off on this because most of th e humor is in the refrences.
