If you liked Soul Eater add

...then you might like Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood add

Both have a "big boss" as an antagonist (SE: Kishin and FMAB: Father). Both have a lot of different fights with different characters and are somewhat dramatic as the story goes on. Both have more than 50 episodes—that's four times more episodes than your average 12-episode anime. Both have comedy at some points, but still retain a serious feeling during fights.

If you liked Sword Art Online add

...then you might like Btooom! add

Both male protagonists are forced to play a survival game. There they meet the female protagonist and develop a romantic relationship with each other. Both anime have a good amount of quality action scenes. (Though Btooom! was more bloodier.)
