Story: 2
It boils down to a confusing mess of manipulation, infatuation, arrogance, and fetishes. This plot is held together by the bare minimum. If the beginning was removed, I would have enjoyed this more. The plot moves forward somewhat, but it's still tainted by what the girl did to the guy in the beginning.
Art: 7
The art is the best part of this. Great ecchi, and the rest looks good.
Character: 3
There's some character development that makes the characters both more and less likeable. My respect for the MC keeps going up and down, but I like the FMC less and less every chapter. Their "relationship" is
...
painful to see.
Enjoyment: 2
If I'd read the reviews first, I would have avoided this. If there was some retribution, I would have gotten some enjoyment out of this, but there's none in sight. I read the 11 chapters and ended up feeling burned out.
Overall: 3.5
Unless you like emotionally abusive femdom, don't read this. Skim through it for the ecchi shots and forget the rest.

A quick, spoiler-free review:
Story: 5
The plot takes a while to make itself known, and there are a lot of things that are hard to believe or unexplained, especially during the beginning. I don't know if there's more to it that got cut out, but the story feels flimsy at times. There are also some problems transitioning between drama and lightheartedness. Despite that, there are some less conventional things that happened that boosted my rating.
Art: 8
The art is consistently very well done for characters, objects, and locations. Very few things are unsatisfactorily drawn, and the illustrator clearly knows what they're doing.
...
Characters: 6
The characters aren't as fleshed-out as they should be, and a few important things seem to be missing, making several actions and changes seem forced. Despite that, the main cast are generally likeable, and I was able to follow along with less complaints after the first few chapters.
Enjoyment & Overall: 7
Despite the sometimes flimsy plot and characters, I generally enjoyed the story and character interactions, and the art held up when the rest didn't. I'd recommend this if you're looking for some fun fantasy slice-of-life you don't want to think a lot about.

CONTAINS SPOILERS
I forgot most of the details as I was reading it as it wasn't very memorable, so here's a quick review of what I do remember.
Story: 5
The plot is fairly interesting and not very complicated, which is fitting for just 12 chapters, but I still had some problems following along. There are some things that don't get explained and some things that don't make sense. We aren't told where the demons came from or how a severed demon arm can be wielded by anyone. It was never explained what exactly the US military was trying to accomplish with its bizarre actions.
The ending felt unsatisfying,
...
like it wasn't resolved properly. It doesn't help that not only did Takeru not die as she was supposed to after the witchblade was severed, she's even starting to recover.
Art: 9
The art is quite good and is mostly consistent from frame to frame and chapter to chapter. Good anatomy and character design, rich colors, and good action poses. The facial expressions and panel layouts leave something to be desired, but the art is this manga's strong suit. Some of the panels could even be turned into posters.
Characters: 5
The characters were mostly average, with some being more interesting and enjoyable than others. Some nitpicks I have are: Kou, the sword guy, is somewhat shallow, and strangely dumb in some cases. In several situations he displays bizarrely poor understanding of the effect the witchblade has on its bearer, despite spending so much time around her. Some other characters are like this as well, but we don't see them display that as much so it's easier to ignore.
That military guy is either delusional or straight up insane. He goes from saying Takeru fighting the US navy is impressive to saying it’s impossible that she’s actually winning, despite calling her a superweapon a short while earlier. That instant change in reaction doesn't make any sense.
The demons were repeatedly shown to be needlessly, maliciously brutal and cruel to various innocent humans, and yet the two most important demons tried to justify it by saying that something similar had been done to them by military researchers. Not only are they overreaching, they're being massive hypocrites, which makes the author's attempts to turn them into sympathetic villains laughable. Them being shown caring about each other and hugging before they died does not erase their extreme cruelty towards everyone else.
Enjoyment: 3
You may get more enjoyment out of this than me. I didn't realize that detailed blood and gore were going to be intermingled with ecchi shots right next to each other, which ruins the effect of both of them in my opinion. I somewhat enjoyed the plot and character interactions, but the gore definitely brought this down a few points for me.
Overall: 5
This was a decently enjoyable read, but not to my tastes. I wouldn't read this again, but I would be interested in seeing what happens after or getting some much-needed backstory.

This is a review for the English dub.
Story: 5
Despite starting out as an isekai, it pretty quickly turned into a mediocre slice-of-life fantasy-ish story with occasional action scenes. There are events that lead to new characters coming into contact with the main cast, and they sometimes tag along, but there's no overarching plot and a goal only takes form towards the end. The mix of slice-of-life, fantasy, and action/drama was badly done. The pacing, tone, and stakes have some issues as well, and there's nothing really compelling about the story.
Art: 6
There are some moments where the art or the animation looks particularly good, but for
...
the most part, it's average. The character designs, locations, and backgrounds are generally well done, but there are some low-effort moments that are very noticeable.
Sound: 9
The voice actors/actresses did a fantastic job of adding emotion to everything the characters said, and the lines themselves are great as well. The OP is kind of catchy but it gets annoying after hearing it a few times. The ED is much better and is still enjoyable time after time. The sound effects and other music are decent but forgettable.
Characters: 6
Some characters are good, some are just a boring bunch of cliches. The main cast is generally likeable even with their flaws, but your mileage may vary. The interactions between the Demon Lord and the other characters are often enjoyable, as are some others. There's some development for some characters as the series goes on, but not much of note.
Enjoyment & Overall: 7
Watch this if you want a great dub with quotable lines and humorous moments, or a mostly chill slice-of-life with a harem and some cool/exciting moments. It's not a high-quality show, but it does have some good aspects to it.
