Ladies and Gentlemen let me give you the 411 on one of my favorite anime's. . . . Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt.
Now coming from a women's prospective I find this anime to be orgasmic, why? Well it's simple, because panties and stockings are used as weapons I mean come on, can it get any better then that?
Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt is a must see you will probably pee your pants from laughing so much and most likely get sexually aroused depending on how perverted you are. It's the perfect combination of comedy and flat out pervertedness. Its basically a
...
couple of explicit sex/tentacle scenes away form being a hentai.
Lets get serious though, Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt reminded me of a grown up version of the Powerpuff Girls. I absolutely loved every second of it. The story mostly revolves around the Anarchy sisters Panty and Stocking.
-Anarchy Panty, the older of the two, is a loud mouthed sex addicted angel. She has low standards in men and is usually unsatisfied after its all said and done. Panty, unlike Stocking, doesn't take her job as a ghost-hunter seriously, she mainly focuses on fulfilling her personal goal of sleeping with one thousand men during her stay on Earth. Panty is able to weaponize not only panties but boxers and briefs into guns. However the power of the weapon for male underwear depends on well. . .you'll figure it out.
-Anarchy Stocking on the other hand, is a some what rude but level-headed and intelligent girl. Stocking enjoys indulging herself in various desserts and sugary food while still managing to stay skinny (she assures all the fat goes towards her breasts). Stocking can weaponize stockings into katanas and she has quite the bondage fetish.
They were banished from Heaven due to their bad behavior and sent to Daten City, a place located on the edge of Heaven and Earth where their supposed to spend their days hunting down and killing the Ghosts while also collecting Heaven Coins so they can buy their way back into Heaven.
Over all, I loved all the characters and the story line although I have to admit I was a little confused at times (plus the art wasn't exactly the best). I definitely enjoyed the OST and I absolutely adored the voice acting in English and Japanese, well done.
I would definitely recommend this anime to anyone 18+ or maybe 14+ if you're mature. I only wish there was a second season, episode 13 was a horrible cliff hanger.

Ai Yori Aoshi is like your typlical love story; boy meets girl, they fall in love. . . but then four other girls do the same. What?
What makes this story different is that the main male character, Kaoru, is really sweet and he is a one girl kind of guy. True, he is tempted by his housemates a lot but at the end of the day he still truly loves his fiancé and it’s not hard to tell either.
As for the main female character Aoi, she’s basically obsessed with her husband to be and has spent basically her whole life training to be a perfect
...
wife for him. She’s devoted herself to making him happy and she is constantly thinking about him, making it extremely hard for her to hide her undying love for him from the others. (I feel her character pushes the image of what a "typical women" should be and I some what dislike her character for that, you'll see what I mean.)
The plot isn't very complicated and is easy to follow, but that doesn't mean you’ll know exactly what’s going to happen during the whole course of the anime. The series ends on sort of a cliffhanger so the outcome of their relationship and what happens with their little family is unknown, but it’s not too hard to guess what will happen.
Over all this anime is truly beautiful. You learn so much about each character and it’s not hard to notice how happy and loving they all are towards each other. This anime won't hesitate to make you laughing, crying and possibly hanging onto your seat, but most of all it will have you wishing you were a part of their wonderful family. Watching how quickly they all go from strangers to practically brothers and sisters is truly amazing.

Kendo: meaning “Way of The Sword”.
Definition #1: A Japanese form of fencing with two-handed bamboo swords, originally developed as a safe form of sword training for samurai.
Definition #2: Kendo is a modern Japanese martial art of sword-fighting based on traditional swordsmanship (kenjutsu) which originated with the samurai class of feudal Japan.
Defination #3: Kendo is a physically and mentally challenging activity that combines martial arts practices and values with sport-like strenuous physical activity.
With that being said, have you ever wondered what it was like to be in a Kendo club? Well, if you didn’t know what kendo was until now, the thought has probably never crossed
...
your mind. But after watching Bamboo Blade you might be more interested in this old time tradition.
Bamboo Blade is pretty much one straight forward anime. In the beginning Toraji Ishida (a politics and economics teacher, also known as the Kendo Club instructor of Muroe High School) and Kirino Chiba (a second year high school student in Muroe High School and captain of the Kendo club) begin their search for new members for their club. As the story progresses they get/met new club members and soon their journey down the road to becoming and elite Kendo team begins. There are small twists and turns along the way but its not just about kendo. It’s also about the characters lives and the problems or challenges each character has to get past so they can form an elite team. This anime will make you laugh and maybe even cry, its very cute. But sadly, It’s an anime that not everyone could get into especially if you like plot twists and a fasted paced story line. But if your looking for a fun slow anime with amazing/lovable characters, then Bamboo Blade just right for you.
As far as the art work goes, all the characters and scenery were drawn with a good amount of detail and the color scheme for the outfits and stuff wasn’t bad either. Mind you its not the best looking series out there, but hey if you get caught up in the story like I did you wont even notice. Plus, the cute characters and their facial expressions make up for it!
Music wise Bamboo Blade has a very catchy opening theme song and a sweet closing theme as well. The opening theme is definitely a song you will sing along to. As for the background music (which is a soft violin during most of the series if memory serves) is a good mood setter. The character voices are awesome in Japanese and English! Best part is their voices aren't annoying (in my opinion).
Lastly the characters, they are truly the heart of the series. They have the best chemistry and amazing personality. The characters always make you laugh whether it be by a silly comment or just there facial expressions. They all grow very close to each other as the story progresses and by the end of the series you’ll truly see/ feel the beauty of the friendship they all share.

Ookami-san to Shichinin no Nakamatachi (Okami-san and Her Seven Companions) was a cute fairy tale like story that follows the adventures of Ryōko Ōkami and her colleagues from the Otogi Bank as they solve problems, right various wrongs, and fight delinquents (its basically the story of Little Red Riding Hood gone rogue). How’s that for a fairy tale?
Okami-san and Her Seven Companions didn’t really grab my attention at first but I stuck with it and it actually turned out to be pretty good in my opinion, but there were a lot of holes in the story because of the lack of details and it left
...
me with a few unanswered questions. The story revolves mostly around Okami, Ringo and Ryoushi and their love-hate romance. The story has some dark moments but for the most part its pretty funny and really strange. Towards the end of the series Okami’s feelings towards Ryoushi start to become clear but what happens between them is unknown because the series ends with sort of a cliffhanger.
Over all I enjoyed the anime.Though, it would have been better if it was a little longer and if the anime was planned out a little better (I feel as if it were rushed).
So if you love/ loved fairy tales and you wanna try something different anime wise or if you just need an anime to make you smile/laugh and kill some time I would definitely recommend it! (Note: make sure you remember what name goes with which character or else it will get very confusing.)
