- It must be amazing to have a job that involves something you're passionate about. Whether it's anime, games or something else. How awesome it must be to be a part of the team that makes Kiseki games, for example?
- I always get a little sad when I see footage of Japanese streets because they tend to be very clean and pretty with nice exterior; where I lived before and where I live now it's nothing like that. The contrast is staggering.

Right now I have 142870 JC, so it's ~476 pulls. The problem is non-awakened units in this game aren't viable... And I think you need ~30-40 copies of the same character to fully uncap it.

Northern War gacha also takes significantly more time to do daily stuff than many other games... I've been considering uninstalling it too, but I want to continue saving JC and other stuff in case Shizuna gets released, which isn't likely to happen, but still...

Changing in-game script is possible, that's how English TL fan patches work after all (which are better than official EN TL btw). There are tools for packing/unpacking these files. When it comes to precise editing though (so what I want to do by changing the lines only of one character) it gets complicated because I'm not sure if this process can be automated or not because I don't want to read these lines before I see them in game.

It's a shame about NW, but it is what it is... It's not a very good game after all.

A friend of mine used to play Heaven Burn Red, but I don't remember why he stopped.

I guess I need to make a mod for Kuro I-II and Kai when it comes out on PC so that only Shizuna's lines are in Japanese and others are in English. This would be manageable at least :D

Well, I did learn English through playing video-games and reading, so I can imagine the process is similar for most languages, but Japanese is a little bit different because of kanji's existence. Mm, I don't think I have someone who'd be readily available to practice kanji with me... And I'd probably talk like a toddler :D.

Would you recommend me to continue watching Gimai Seikatsu? I can probably give it a second try after I'm done with Monogatari and Taishou Otome Otogibanashi, which won't happen soon, but still.

One of the main problems for me is the sheer number of Kanji. There are more than 2000 of them for "everyday use" and thousands more others which are everywhere in literature/video-games; I noticed that even after I learn them, I start forgetting non-common ones fairly quick if I don't see them in text.
I think to learn it well I'd need to dedicate ~8 hours everyday to just reading which isn't feasible. I wish Japanese was my native language lol.

For example, typing and memorizing these lines took me ~2 hours and I'm not even sure I'll be able to read them in different context.
