In terms of the main protaganists (Kaito and Lelouch): -Both are highly intelligent high-school students, great at planning and strategy -Both end up taking on a secret identity that becomes famous and well-known throughout the world -Both must keep their other identities secret or risk consequences. -Both deal with the drama of their school lives as well -Both of them are a ladies' man, many girls within the series grow a crush on them. -Both are highly skilled at almost whatever they do. -Both are trying to gain justice for someone/something (for Kaito, his father, for Lelouch, him, his sister, etc.) -Both are a part of a world that has some kind of supernatural/unnatural elemtns (sorcery and magic/mecha)

If you liked Ouran Koukou Host Club add

...then you might like Magic Kaito 1412 add

Both are set in a school (OHSHC more than MK1412), but they both have elements of comedy and romance. While MK1412 has what I call more "action", they both are extremely entertaining to watch, with awesome characters, art styles, animation, music, etc.

If you liked Meitantei Conan add

...then you might like Death Note add

Both are mysteries in their own sense. While Death Note is more psychological puzzles, Detective Conan has actual mind boggling mysteries. If you're a fan of any kind of mystery, I highly recommend Detective Conan

If you liked Noragami add

...then you might like Ansatsu Kyoushitsu add

Both have action, but also lots of comedy and romance mixed in between, as well as awesome opening and ending songs.
