Both of these shows have a cute female main surround by 6 dashing guys in a school setting. The two present some great, laugh out loud comedy, but UtaPri also develops some more meaningful moments. Each show takes many of the shoujo cliches and plays off them, creating some over-the-top scenarios that you can't help but enjoy. Differences? I found Haruhi (from Ouran) to be a deeper character with much more spunk and personality. Haruka (from UtaPri) is shy and likes to please others (but she sure has some cute outfits!). Most importantly, in both shows you'd be hard pressed to choose one of these bishies over the others... you really get to love them all! BONUS: UtaPri had me totally fangirling over the music. I didn't go into the show expecting much from the music, but I ended up loving nearly every song!
