...then you might like Fate/stay night add

Both are have heavy shounen plot lines mixed with a variety of mythological allegories and a dash of romance. I personally find Shana to be the superior, especially in the romance an umour department, nut F/SN has better fights and mythological connections. Both are great shounens that are not to long, like some of the very popular ones, and are excellent choices if you want a lighter anime with fights and love.

If you liked Shinseiki Evangelion add

...then you might like RahXephon add

RahXephon - although good - is more or less a rip off of Evangelion (and so is the Bible lol). It has so many subtle similarities in characters and story, but none the less it is still a good anime. Evagelion is one of the GREATEST animes and is amazing to watch and even more complex the RahXephon. If you enjoy philosophical thinking - both are good, but Eva is better.
