The first part was sick enough and this second part is just sexual violence. The story picks up loosely where the last part ended with a concept of a special ward with trained nurses in a large hospital. Whatever erotica that was there in the prequel is lost in this one. There's nothing to get horny. There's nothing enjoyable in the story. For almost the entire time, the viewer will only feel sadness about the suffering nurses. The worst part is the bad guy just walks free in the end. I would never recommend this to anyone. Only sadistic people with sick mind should watch
