Both are based on "educational" works who tries to give sexuals lessons to those who ... Oh, lame excuse to sell. The animated adaptations follows a charismatic, inexperienced and shy couple: in "30-sai" they are still trying to get together, with the help of their clumsy god friends; meanwhile, "Futari Ecchi" starts by the marriage, but its protagonists are equally or even more naive and lost. Different environments, similar situations. The two recount with pleasant mood the difficulties and the steps that these couples give in direction to love, in a way that does not abandon its "didactic" origin. "Futari Ecchi" stands out for having a more mature story, while "30-sai" constantly loses himself in questionable and embarrassing scenes.

To the cats lovers, both have these cunning and loose animals as protagonists. The difference is that "Chi's Sweet Home" has a much larger number of episodes and is more "realistic", showing the daily life of an ordinary cat who thinks only in play and eat. On the other hand, "Nyanpire The Animation" has a silly vampire cat as the main, who has as friends a cat samurai, a cat angel and etc. In this feline contest, even though immortal Nyanpire loses badly for the cute Chi, that displays in her anime a humor more refined and stories more attractives.

Ro-Kyu-Bu!

Five girls in a sports club, led by a man. Simple. Personally, none of them is of my taste, but "Softenni" shows a cast and humor slightly better, while "Ro-Kyu-Bu", lacking any innovation in all directions, invests most of the twelve episodes in the girls and their relationships with the coach. In addition, "Softenni" at least is more honest in your intent: fanservice and more fanservice, and, if possible, one or another tennis match. Now "Ro-Kyu-Bu!" masks this content with your innocent visual and lolis characters. Wrong, very wrong...

Linked by a name and a common environment, separated by the rest. Masahiko Ohta directs these two animations that portrays the daily lives of three so different sisters. "Minami-ke" is well-behaved, familiar, slow, a true "slice-of-life" that if it doesn't generate many laughs, at least can give the viewer a good amount of light and warm stories. In turn, the restless "Mitsudomoe" is often inconvenient and controversial with his heavy and questionable jokes of sexual nature, made around sixth grade students - but it is hugely funny at the same time that is so wrong, "Mitsudomoe" and "Minami-ke" are so opposite that in the end this recommendation may fail in what is its purpose: create a link between two similar works. At least, this is a rare opportunity to see two completely different visions of the same theme, devised by the same person.

Boobs. Oh, boobs. Big, huge, giant, round, firm, fallen. They are everything. In "Seikon no Qwaser" and "Manyuu Hikenchou" put aside the characters, disregard the poor plot, despise the median animation, and don't pay attention to the weak soundtrack. Be boobs being stolen or boobs being sucked, these two animes idolize and abuse of this female body part. Excluding the strong ecchi content, they are nothing more than a bad and forced comedy. But in the case of these two animations, it would be stupidity expect something more ...

Masaaki Yuasa directed the sixth short of "Genius Party", "Happy Machine", and before that was envolved in the creation of "Cat Soup". Thus, both of them presents a surrealist animation with a strange and uniquel history, where dialogues do not exist and are not necessary.

Seto no Hanayome and School Rumble shows a cast of funny, charismatic, eccentric and well voiced chacacters. In addition, the nonsense reigns in his simple stories. However, in my opinion, SR is better

Both deal with cross-dressing - a subject so controversial - in a more serious and delicate way, different of other animes that use this topic as comedy
