This Manga tells a short story about "Takamura" who is a character from the "Sakamoto Days" manga, so if you haven't read Sakamoto Days, don’t bother with this one.

When I first heard about this one-shot, I was excited to learn more about Takamura's backstory and how he became so strong, instead I got a standard short story where he killed a bunch of people. Don't get me wrong, it was still kind of epic, but also a little disappointing.

So, if you want Takamura's backstory don't read this, but if you just want to see more of Takamura and great fights, read it. It's only about ... 30 pages, so you won't waste your time.

I feel like there are two types of Pokémon fans. Those who like battles/adventures and those who like cute things/companionships between the Pokémon and humans. If you are the first type, then this anime isn't for you.

This anime doesn't have battles or adventures, instead it features cute Pokémon doing wholesome things with great stop motion art. Personally, I prefer adventures and battles, but that doesn’t mean this anime is bad, in fact, it might even make it better for you.

So, if you’re a fan of stop motion and general wholesomeness then watch this anime but if you want battles and a great adventure then don’t ... watch this.
