So it's just basically a promotional anime for the nipponbashi district in Osaka, we follow Neon an anime girl mascot of this place who introduce the location to us while dealing with her sister's shenanigans.
The story is just about promoting the district and doing commercials for a pc. And even with just that they fail to do it good, it would have been so much better if instead of 6 short episodes that present Nipponbashi in a very shallow way with things anyone could find by looking the wikipedia page, they made a long episode of

Well, well, well... Where to start...
Tokidoki Bosotto Russia-go de Dereru Tonari no Alya-san abbreviated Roshidere is one of the worst animes I have ever seen (and god knows how much shit I watched...) To begin let's talk about the concept which was supposed to make the anime "original" and "unique" : it doesn't add anything to the story, and as a bilingual myself it's just completly stupid and illogical. I really think it was added just to fulfill a weird fetish or something... Speaking of kinks the anime is full of weird fanservice that will please professional gooners and porn addict such as feet lovers or incest ...

I will be very concise:
Animation : 10/10 Soundtrack: 10/10 Ending: 10/10 Scenario: This is where things unfortunately fail... In fact it just looks like a totally disjointed hotchpotch that goes in all directions, I'm going to be told that this is the theme of the series with Haruko who completely turns Naota's boring life upside down but hey what if there wasn't the animation and music it would just be a huge turd lol. Not to mention the weird relationships between Takun, the two groomer girls and the dad. Fortunately the last episode is there to raise the level a little... In the end I think that this anime ...

------- PROS ------- -> Beautiful visuals and great animation that make us travel through wondrous Japan's landscapes. -> Amazing soundtrack with fabulous and epic themes that fit perfectly the different atmospheres portrayed by the movie. -> Great and endearing characters with unique personalities and interesting relations between them. ...
