They both have a very similar humor (tsukkomi and boke), I personally cannot stop laughing while reading these two manga. They both have breathtaking panels once in a while that just makes you stop reading just so you can look at it for a while.

...then you might like Yuusha ga Shinda!: Murabito no Ore ga Hotta Otoshiana ni Yuusha ga Ochita Kekka. add

Both manga are a perfect mixture of comedy that makes you laugh pretty much every chapter, and a serious plot that really grabs your attention. Both manga have many characters who are all very enjoyable/likeable, both the bad guys and the good guys. They are also both set in a fantasy universe with demons and magic.

both give you this creepy feeling that is hard to describe unless someone has seen the series, both have a ton of creepy characters, both series tell different stories, though yami shibai does so for each episode and umineko does so in several arcs, beside that both series are series that should be watched alone in a dark room

both jump around in the storyline of their respective series, both have the main character narrate their thoughts in each episode. both are really entertaining and have serious elements, but mostly they are just entertaining comedy. A similarity would be the supernatural elements, but there isnt really anything similar plotwise

Both are harem anime with a lot of colourful characters, the premise for both shows are also rather good, but they both get really bad when they go from all hilarious comedy to a more serious plot and only a little comedy here and there

Both have main character moving into an apartment with a ghost and then a lot of weirdos show up and from there on there are a lot of adventures. Both also start out really good but then start getting pretty bad after half the show

Both are creepy stories which jump from one person to another to tell their story, the only thing that stays the same is Enma Ai and her ´´team´´ and in yami shibai the Story teller. You pretty much get how the system works in both series after the second episode and you already have a pretty good idea of it after the first episode, in jigoku shoujo it always ends with someone getting banished to hell and in Yami shibai it always ends in some creepy way. - on a side note both series should preferably be watched at night and/or in a dark room to get the full effect of the creepiness

Both are about girls survival game clubs with airsoft guns and the players imagining it to be real, but that is all they have in common. Stella is terrible compared to Sabagebu.

both have comedy and a main character with a "special" outlook on life. momoka thinks that everyone else exist for her sake and hikigaya is a total pessimist (though he thinks of himself as a realist). beside that they are both some of the best anime ever created.

They both have hilarious/random comedy, interesting characters and a main character who is totally self-centered and wouldn't hesitate to sacrifice everyone else for her own sake.

I am not recommending bakemonogatari, but monogatari series as a whole. Both series have a lot of flashing pictures and both series have a timeline, but they jump around in it (though monogatari series does so in arcs and hidamari sketch does so for each episode). They both have a lot of humor. Though the stories are totally different you should still give both series a try.
