I'll make this short. At first, I thought of this as typical sibling complex at first. As I watched the first episode, I was wrong.
The story is about Kyosuke, ordinary high school student, his almost perfect sister Kirino. Due to a timely "bump with each other", Kyosuke discovers his sisters unimaginable other life, an otaku. Thus the beginning of the story of a brother protecting his sister and her hobbies.
Though maybe typical, no excitement at all story, it is actually what made it(for me) special. No need for exaggerated characters at all, no need for climatic plot or anything that makes on the edge
...
of their seats. Just simple life problems that we all could relate.
Another thing is the opening song. Way too addictive.
I suggest try watching it at first. If you still don't like it then let it be. I also suggest watch the true route for those who wanted to know a different ending.

SRW OG:TI focuses on the aftermath of SRW OG:divine wars. I have been a fan of SRW series especially the OGs. As of today, this how I rate it:
Story:6
For those who are new to this will be able to enjoy it but for those who played the game like me, the story line got bent a bit too much. I can understand the producers for the revising of the story particularly but some key points in the original story came up a bit early than expected. Also, some scenes that should be exactly as what the game had been changed to a more unsatisfying scene.
Art:7
Nice
...
improvement for the art since Divine wars. The robots got more impact and less 3D animated(too much 3D is bad). Character designs got improvement especially the females. The male characters have improved also except for Ryuusei. You can't even say he is Ryuusei at all with the new design so it is confusing for some.
Sound:9
Nice sounds of clashing robots and good voice actors. Good opening from Jam project again and good ending songs too.
Character:7
Some new characters got included which is understandable but the fact that the characters seem to be getting a shared spotlight. What I mean is that you see the character on one episode, you get to see them again on another episode which feels inconsistency.
Robot:8
Robots can also be considered as characters since they pretty much make up 90% of the show. So far, nice details on the mechs but the new ones kinda felt a bit rushed.
Overall:7
For me, the series is OK. As a fan of the game series, Me and other might find the series a bit out of place. For those who are a fan of mecha genre, I suggest try this out.

D. Gray Man is your typical shounen anime good versus evil. To tell the truth, it became instant hit but declined rapidly.
Currently, I am watching it because i want to what they changed from the manga and i think they changed it too much. In other words, they took out some of the good scenes from the manga that should have been in the anime.
The pacing is fine at the same time slow. It gets a bit boring and fight scenes tend to be long.
The OPs and EDs are good and suits the anime well.
So far, it is good but not
...
as good as the manga. I suggest reading the manga first to tell the difference. I will update this review after i finished watching it.

This is my opinion. I know there are people who are disappointed about his anime, but this is what I must say.
There is nothing I disliked about this anime. Everything is well made and there is nothing that can match its hype. At first I got curious about it and began watching it. I have regretted not watching it earlier. I loved it from the first episode until its finale. Fans of mecha animes will definitely see something new about it because of the fact that every robot in this anime has a big face. Gainax really made it well which I think to make
...
up for Neon Genesis Evangelion which for me sucked too much.
It is something that I have never seen on any anime so far, It has the right length of episodes and not something that will take years to be completed, The pace is just right and doesn't bore you, and finally, it is the most memorable anime I have ever seen so far.
Story
Just one word, "SIMPLE". It is simple to understand and doesn't irritate viewers. Some animes out there have very complicated story line that irritates the viewers but this anime has very simple story which maybe a bit predictable but then again fun to watch as it doesn't really need to explain a lot.The first episode is epic which will make you crave for more.
Art
The art is a bit cartoony but this is what separates this anime with the others. The robots have freaking huge faces which is one of the charms of this anime, characters are well drawn and animated. It doesn't need 3D animation or cel shaded graphics, it is simple and entertaining.
Sound
The opening song sticks to your head the very first time you hear it. I even have the whole song into my MP3 player and became no.1 most played. Libra me from hell is amazing. Ending songs mix well with the anime. The music captures you the first time you hear it.
Character
There are only 4 at most memorable characters, Kamina, Simon, Nia, And Yoko. Others are well support types but everyone of them has different personalities which compliments the other. The most memorable as you have read the other reviews is Kamina. He is the only character that really makes an impact throughout the series as the leader of the Gurren Brgade.
Enjoyment
I really enjoyed watching it. It has the right amount of humor, romance, action and tragedy which really made the anime an epic. The robots can show emotions which really can make you laugh at times. Gurren Lagann's main weapon is a drill really separates it from other robots because usually they use a sword as a main weapon. I mean when is the last you've seen a drill as a main weapon in an anime. Mine was when I was watching Steam Detective.
Overall
This anime is an epic. Everything from characters to robots is memorable. For me so far, no anime in this time has ever matched it well. This is must watch anime.

Zoids Genesis gives a different feeling other than the other Zoid series. The story is well written, animation is good and character development is one of its strong points.
The main character Ruuji, a village kid and at first a bit naive but as the story goes along, his character grows to a point where in he could be a leader. Even though the story is a bit serious, there are times when you will laugh because of how other characters are shown throughout the series.
Brand new zoids are shown which gives it a bit of originality. Murasame liger's transformations are shown with detail (especially
...
the background score used).
All in all, it is a great series, the story isn't always serious and the characters are amusing and unique.

Zoids fuzors, just like Zoids new century, have teams who uses Zoids to battle each other for entertainment purposes in my opinion. It has been a good series especially when their Zoids combine with each other.
Unfortunately, the story is a bit cliche. Teams battling each other for no explained reason(I might have missed it in the series though). I have only watched the English dub so far and the voice actors are good. Animation is a bit different from previous Zoids series but then impressive when they combine. All in all, it was a good series.
