And we are back with Mayne! The first season was a great discovery, and this second season remains in its lineage and goes even further
Story: 8/10
The second season makes a fairly radical change from the first, because now the story focuses on the Church and Mayne's new position as a blue robe
We thus discover the mode of operation of the Church, as well as the whole system of caste and nobility (where the first season revolved more around trading, merchants and peasants)
The story is cut out in the form of challenges and obstacles that Mayne continues to encounter. After having finally obtained what she wanted

Mixed Feelings
A romantic anime with adults? Not teenagers in high school? Is it only possible? Well yes, it is, but nobody ever said it was going to work ...
Story: 6/10 As I said just above, having a romance between adults is relaxing in the world of anime, dominated by love affairs between adolescents, mixing unnecessary drama, abundant tears and an obsessive omnipresence of the school setting So, does it hold up? Yes and no. Indeed, this anime is freed from the usual clichés that can be found in low-level shoujo, and we feel that the characters are indeed adults and behave as such (which, honestly, is very relaxing) However, ... this love story has a big flaw: it drags on. It's slow. Of course, we are not in a combat anime where everything has to be flashy so as not to lose the attention of Tim, 11, who wants to see explosions of light everywhere. But that doesn't mean either that the story should go as slowly as my internet connection. A love story that could have been resolved in 30 minutes of sincere discussion between the characters will ultimately have held 12 episodes I will hardly speak of the rushed ending that confused me even more The story may be realistic, but it is boring. Art: 9/10 This is the big highlight of the anime! The art style is really beautiful, Doga Kobo has really outdone themselves for this adaptation. The features of the characters and the backgrounds are really special and give a certain personality, a certain cachet to the anime. We will also note that the animation is also neat (which is surprising for a slice of life which is not produced by A-1 Pictures), and also accentuates the very special atmosphere of this anime Sound: 7/10 Not much to say about it. Most of the OST are very discreet, none is memorable but the general soundtrack, very calm, fits well with the atmosphere of the anime There is no opening, and the endings are nice but nothing more Character: 4/10 And that's where the shoe pinches. I will be direct: Uozumi and Haru are to be kept, Kou and especially Shinako are to be thrown away. Uozumi is a little lost emotionally speaking man, but he is realistic in his actions without ever being annoying (even if sometimes his inaction is frustrating, but it remains understandable) Haru is definitely the best character in this anime. Endearing, sincere in her feelings, she is the character who stands out the most and is by far the friendliest Kou, what about him? He is a little cliché in his role "I am a teenager so my emotions are STRONG and POWERFUL" and I go ahead without thinking. Fortunately, he does not have the cliché side of this description, his character is relatively well written but not very appreciable. He is possessive towards Shinako, and gives the impression of being embedded in a story where he is not supposed to be. And finally, time for the boss fight, let's talk about Shinako. Shinako is the reason for this note, and the general note for the anime. I can't say what is most annoying about her between her indecisive personality or the decisions that go with it. Absolutely the whole drama of this anime rests on it. All the complicated things that are happening happen because of it. Her chronic indecision causes the suffering of 3 people. She is unable to let go of a one-sided love past, and feels guilty because the person in question is dead. This kind of behavior can only lead to drama. And 3 people got involved. The whole story would have been more interesting if Shinako hadn't existed. Enjoyment: 6/10 I had enjoyed the beginnings of the anime, but my interest declined as the episodes progressed, while my boredom and frustration gradually increased Overall: 6/10 Just as a French music group sang: "love stories end badly". This anime demonstrates it perfectly. The story is unnecessarily complicated because it revolves entirely around a character without flavor and the source of all the problems. The result is a boring story and characters held hostage by the script. Adult romance is a good idea, but throwing in a character like Shinako has ruined everything.

Arte is the story of an anime that had everything to please but that crashed a bit in flight along the way
An original setting (Florence, sixteenth century) and a main character with a difficult objective to achieve (wanting to become a painter when one is a woman) but a character too ... anime. Story: 7/10 Arte is a bit of a shonen nekketsu but with paint. Arte's goal is to become a painter in a world dominated by men and prejudice The plot is therefore quite basic but clear, it announces the color. The story turns a bit in a loop for a time (a task is given ... to Arte, she is bullied because she is a woman, she shows her talent and earns the respect of her colleagues) This improves with the Katarina arc (who has managed to beat her death flags) where Arte acts as tutor for a spoiled rotten child. The story of the latter is rather touching and pleasant to follow Art: 7/10 Art in Arte is ... important, right? We have quite beautiful panoramas of the cities (Venice and Florence) but it is limited to that We feel that the studio does not have a lot of resources but manages to produce something correct in terms of animation I would have liked the artstyle to be a little more beautiful, because if it is not ugly, it is very generic and we do not feel much when looking at the backgrounds or the characters Sound: 7/10 The soundtrack of the anime is quite nice, but it would have been even more immersive with traditional instruments / which stick more with Italy Character: 3/10 Aaaand ... that's where it breaks the figure. We are in Florence, XVI century. Correct? Go tell that to the characters who got stuck in a cliché anime like we've seen so many If most of the characters have a "certain" consistency and presence (it should not be asked too much anyway), Arte is TOTALLY next to the plate. Arte is an anime character shot like never before She claims to be strong because she has a goal, but often gets carried away without thinking in front of people, darkens head down, dies internally as soon as she approaches within 2 meters of Leo, and is clumsy as not possible (so much physically than psychologically). Arte achieves the feat of being both a heroine of shoujo and a hero of shonen nekketsu. A surprising combination as it is so disastrous Despite everything, Arte maintains a sympathetic personality. It's just that she has no place in her own anime. Enjoyment: 7/10 Despite Arte, I follow the story with a certain ease and a certain interest. The glaring faults that we encounter throughout the viewing does not prevent me from appreciating what I watch Overall: 6/10 If you are looking for relatively chill and entertaining anime, you can go watch Arte If you want a realistic historical biopic, avoid it. (note however that the anime explains a lot of details about life at that time, details sometimes crude and mature) The anime is good , but its overall structure tends to sag due to an overly offset MC

Nami yo Kiitekure

Mixed Feelings
Each season, each year, a new anime comes out on a totally random subject that has never interested many people before
We had iceskating, fashion, painting ... And this season, we have the world of radio! We encounter Minare, a woman with a strong temperament, in her desperate fight to survive in Sapporo, capital of Hokkaido (well, it's rare that an anime sets in this region! But ... there is no snow ?! Is it really Hokkaido if there is no snow? Did I have been lied to? I need a refund!) Story: 6/10 The story is a bit of the weakness of this anime On paper, it's a fairly classic ... slice of life that follows a person's life. There are of course twists and turns, but it remains very flat and fairly banal (even if the ambience of the last episode is pretty unique) Art: 9/10 And here we go to one of the strong points of the anime (in my opinion) We had to expect quality from Sunrise, and we did get it This season is full of anime with a neat and clean artstyle, and Nami yo Kiitekure is one of them! The artstyle is very special, I can't compare it to others with my current knowledge (which makes it unique to me, yay!) The character design is quite good too (Minare in particular) Sound: 7/10 Good soundtrack that fits well with the world of anime, but nothing special or out of the ordinary The opening is nice Character: 8/10 The other strong point of the anime! The general cast is quite good (the side story with Makie Tachibana is quite forgettable and arrives without warning however), but it is obviously Minare who carries the whole anime on her shoulders! She has a strong personality, is very endearing (even if she is a disaster bringer) and she has a lot of charisma She might be my favorite MC of this season! Enjoyment: 6/10 I must admit that I still find it hard to hang on to this anime, despite its qualities. The scenario as well as the twists interest me relatively little but I understand their appeal The only reason I keep watching this anime is for Minare and her explosive personality Overall: 6/10 Nami yo Kiitekure is an atypical slice of life led by a MC with a strong personality You will have to hang on if you have trouble with the radio theme, but if you get there then you will have a good time listening to her radio broadcast !

Kakushigoto
(Anime)
add
Recommended
Each new season has its share of new anime, and among them, we often find a quiet comedy that makes us smile
This spring, Kakushigoto is taking over this role! The series is composed of several scenes (count 2 or 3 per episode on average), and all revolve around the same subject: the relationships between the mangaka Kakushi Goto and his daughter, Hime The format of a sequence is quite often the same (the father is in a situation where his daughter can discover the truth about his profession, and he will do everything to prevent it) Story: 7/10 As I said just before, the series has a particular format, ... and this format follows a fairly recurring pattern The different sequences are quite varied, focusing either on Kakushi or Hime (and of course the rest of the cast) The anime is mostly comedy oriented, a comedy based on repetitive misunderstandings a bit like the ones we can see in most romantic comedies. Apart from this aspect, the anime also multiplies the explanations concerning the mangaka profession and how the whole job works. A good method to learn more about this medium that we rub shoulders with every day! This format is quite repetitive and can be tiresome in the long run. However, each end of the episode is marked by a short scene taking place in the present, and of a much more serious nature than the rest of the series (it is also the only "narrative thread" really present in this anime) Art: 9/10 Ajia-Do has done a very good job with this adaptation! The animation itself is nothing special (and need not be, since it is a comedy and not a shonen nekketsu), but the artstyle is very clean and original. It gives an impression of freshness that suits the mangaka universe pretty well Sound: 7/10 Not much to say about it since the music does its job properly I did not find any interesting or particular OST, but its discretion fits well with the style of the anime The VAs play their role well, even if it's disturbing to always hear the same voice of Kakushi as his VA is EVERYWHERE The opening is also pretty great ! Character: 8/10 The relationship between the father and his daughter is touching and well done (thanks goodness, it is the central theme of the anime afterall) The other characters, in particular Kakushi's team, are endearing and each has their own personality (I even appreciate Tomaruin!) Enjoyment: 8/10 Clearly an anime that you watch to relax and clear your head (despite the often anxiety-provoking endings) I had a good time and it's always nice to see a good anime on family relationships Overall: 8/10 If you're looking for a simple comedy and some mofu mofu stuff, you can go watch Kakushigoto Its format is a little too repetitive for my taste, that's why I advise to watch an episode from time to time so as not to overdose (the seasonal format suits it very well, I think I would have appreciated it less if I had binged watched the 12 episodes in one go)

Kimetsu no Yaiba
(Anime)
add
Recommended
Hi all my friends, we find ourselves for a new review and - / WALL /
I want to remind you that I write very rarely reviews, so necessarily my style and my development will not be of an irreproachable quality, do not expect some Edgar Allan Poe-esque novel When I heard about Kimetsu no Yaiba for the first time, I was rather intrigued, and happy, because I was still watching Dororo and I realy liked that atmosphere of ancient Japan with samurai and demons As for many seasonal anime, I inquired to the bare minimum, if at all, so as not to spoil me anything. Did I ... regret it? No. But enough of procrastination, let's go directly to the review. Story : 8/10 If we look more closely, the story of Kimetsu no Yaiba is not really special, or unique. It is rather banal. But good, refreshing and very pleasant to follow. If it does not shine by its complexity, its denouements or its depth, it remains very appreciable. I never found myself pointing at scripting mistakes, inconsistencies or even pacing issues. Well, I must say that I am very good public. I let myself be carried away by the story of Kimetsu no Yaiba, and it was a particularly pleasant trip. Art : 10/10 One of the big highlights of this anime. There is so much to say ... First, the setting is often very pretty, the anime is mostly in rural areas which allows to show beautiful landscapes, often detailed and wild. The more urban atmosphere is very surprising, because we are talking here of Japan from the beginning of the 20th century, a Japan that enters modernity but still deeply rooted in its traditions and its rurality. The contrast between the countryside and the city is bluffing. The animation during the fights is impeccable, nothing to say on it. Of course, we immediately think of episode 19, but each fight of this anime was beautifully animated. The visual of the breath attacks is particularly beautiful. Finally, of course, let's talk about the CGI. As I already said in another review, I am VERY sensitive to the CGI in animes, and in almost all cases, I find it ugly and it lowers my enjoyment. Kimetsu no Yaiba is one of the few animes where this is not the case. The CGI is MAGNIFICENT. Not just "passable" or "ok", it's really beautiful. In addition, it gives rise to spectacular scenes, such as the fight against arrow and balloon demons, or more recently in the Inception-like maze of Muzan. Soundtrack: 10/10 The other strong point of this anime. First of all, I love the opening, it's one of my favorites all anime included. The ending is also very beautiful, these are points that are really important for me in an anime. But what about the OST ? This is one of the best I have ever heard ! The association of Western orchestral music with traditional Japanese music gave me eargasms. The music is brilliantly used throughout the anime, and contribute enormously to the creation of all this special atmosphere that continuously emanates from KnY. Characters: 9/10 That we agree: KnY characters do not have a complexity out of the ordinary, as is the case for some anime. Yet, I appreciate them (all) enormously. Demons often have an interesting backstory that helps the viewer to sympathize with them, without going into melodramatic Naruto-like backstories. The pillars also have an interesting personality and story. For now, we have only been able to see Shinobu's, but having read the manga and without spoil, I can simply say that the other pillars are mostly extremely nice and their stories well built too. The same goes for other secondary characters, who show admirable feelings, and who never fall into the generic and cliché behaviors. Tanjiro, the protagonist, is incredibly pleasant. We have an intelligent MC, who is reasonable in his judgment and decisions, and who ... is just incredibly human. It is very rare to see a shonen protagonist who shows compassion, a virtue that is essential for a human being. This compassion (which is not naivety, beware of that) makes Tanjiro very pleasant and attracts all the sympathy from the viewer. In contrary to what some people feel, I really appreciate the character of Zenitsu. Yes, he screams a lot, yes, he is noisy. I totally understand that it can annoy a lot of people. But ... that's not my case! I appreciate his role as a comic relief. The same goes for Inosuke, who, in addition, has an interesting development as he spends time with Tanjiro and Zenitsu. Reject it or not, but Inosuke is the best waifu. And, of course, let's finish with the best: Nezuko. I have rarely seen such a lovely and at the same time as useful character. It would have been easy to create a cute but plug-and-play character, who just does some cute stuff. But this is not the case of Nezuko, who in addition to being cute, will go and beats up the mouths of the bad guys. She is already the source of many memes on the Internet, and she deserves it totally. Praise Nezuko. I also want to add that I love the relationship she has with her big brother. It's Japan, so it would have been hardly surprising to have hints sometimes misplaced about the brother-sister relationship. But it is not the case here. It is truly a pure and touching fraternal relationship as we see little. Overall appreciation: 10/10 Kimetsu no Yaiba quickly became one of my favorite anime. Oh yes, nothing more. I did not get bored for a second, and I was frustrated at the end of each episode because there was nothing next. Waiting a week each time was frustrating, and every episode delighted me. This anime really touched me, and I can not wait to see the next arc of the Ghost Train ! (although I have already read the manga!) I also want to add my personal opinion on a subject: that of the fandom. I find it strange that when you belong to a certain community, it necessarily forces you to disagree with other communities. Everyone's opinion is purely personal and relatively subjective. If someone tells me he does not like KnY, I'll be surprised, I'll try to find out why, but I will not force them to like this anime because I love it. If someone does not agree with you, do not attack them by saying they are wrong. Do not denigrate them because they does not have the same tastes as you. The same goes for rivalries and "wars" between communities: loving an anime does not prevent you from loving another, a "rival" anime. If I like an anime, it's because of what it makes me feel. The emotions I feel watching it, its characters, its story, its music. But not what people or communities could dictate to me. Of course, listening to advice and opinions is always something positive, but it's up to me and only me to judge what I should like or not.

Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken
(Anime)
add
Recommended
Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken is an isekai that came out of nowhere and went back to the sources of the genre
After exploring the tragedy (Re: Zero) and the comedy (Konosuba), the genre returns to a version seemingly simpler and more refined, but that is all the more pleasant [This review includes some spoilers, read at your own risk if you have not completed the series] Story : 8/10 Classic. Simple but not boring, it takes a relatively common scenario among the isekai genre : a lambda man (who for once is not a NEET, a good point to clarify) dies and is reincarnated in another world, a ... world threatened by the forces of evil. However it is the fact that the protagonist is an overpowered slime that changes everything: here the character does not seek to gain power but in a first time discovers the world, then wants to build something The story is quite different from a SAO (I will often mention SAO in this review, get used to it) but remains within the limits of the specifications of a traditional isekai Art: 8/10 It does its job. It is not beautiful, certainly, but the fights are pleasant to watch and the animation in general is well done The chara-design is relatively original. It keeps several clichés about fantastic creatures but manages to transform them and thus creates endearing characters My only regret will be the use of the CGI several times, especially during the Charybdis arc. I'm still very sensitive to the CGI in anime and I admit to tolerate it badly, but during the aerial combat it is used to excess, especially on megalodons. I think it doesn't really stick with the whole atmosphere of the show Sound : 7/10 The dubbing of the characters is well done and nice, I find that the voices stick to them rather well Similarly, the various sound effects are well made (including the EXPLOSIOOONS) and we immerse a little more in the world of Tensei Slime thanks to them However there is a very small flat that I may be the only one to have noticed: I did not find the OST very significant. It's just ... good. It does not bother me but I am very sensitive to music and I attach great importance to it, and at no point in the series did I say to myself at once: "wow, this piece of music is really great " Characters: 9/10 One of the best point of the anime in my opinion Already there's something that surprised me: the goodness of the characters. There are not many who are really bad or keep doing bad things. We have rather a big cast of fundamentally nice characters, then are added characters initially presented as villains / semi villains who then show redemption (but it's well done, not like the cheap villains in Fairy Tail), and finally we sprinkle all of a few "bad guys" who remain, there are a few and have not (yet) been really shown on screen Rimuru is a very nice MC, because it is clear that he thinks a lot and makes logical decisions unlike many other MC (isn't it Kirito?). It is a pleasure to see a character making decisions that we would have made as well because they were logical and reasonable The other characters are also very endearing because they are kind and loyal to Rimuru (I have always feared that there will be revolts, treachery or dissension but it never happened, so much the better!), My favorites being Ranga and Gobuta I also like the fact that powerful people, be they sovereigns or demon kings, decide quite naturally to join Rimuru and to become friends with him, whereas in most other animes, their pride or their ego would have prevented them from doing it. My only regret for the characters is that we didn't really see Veldra, who failed to break the seal during the first season. I really liked this character even though we saw him for a short time. Having a tsundere dragon becoming the best friend of a slime (or even a family member since they have the same name) and being extremely happy with it is adorable, and I'm really looking forward to see him in the second season Enjoyment : 9/10 Surprisingly, this was not an anime that I looked forward to every week, but I had a good time watching each new episode (it's a little like my carrot for Monday, which pushes me to consider the day in a better way even if it's the worst of the week haha) You can watch it without having to think a lot, it is full of good feelings without ever being cutesy, with also action and interesting intrigues. I also like the humor of the series, it's very present but it never falls into ridicule! Overall : 8.20 / 10 The big isekai of the Autumn 2018 season will not have disappointed me and will have finally entertained me I'm looking forward to watch the second season next year, hoping it will be as good as this one!

I'm not very used to writing reviews yet, so I'll probably be hesitant and undecided, but I had to make one on Made in Abyss. And what a way to start!
Story : 10/10 I could only give 10, because Made in Abyss touches a sore spot at home by playing the card of discovery, adventure and mystery. Indeed, I have always loved discovering new things, especially totally different worlds, which I find extremely attractive. And there, at once, I am offered a beautiful but deadly place, a mysterious and unknown fauna and flora, a sensation of attraction for the unknown, a dangerous but exquisite perfume of ... temptation... I do not really have words to describe everything, but I know that I have the impression to discover the world of Made in Abyss at the same time as Riko and Regu, I am amazed at each new discovery, with each new advance . I am fascinated by the Abyss, as much as Riko could be! I have only one hurry : a second season to quench my thirst for exploration! Art : 10/10 My eyes ! It's so beautiful ! Let's start with the "less impressive": the chibi aspect of the characters can be confusing at the beginning, but we get used to it very quickly and, finally, it sticks strangely with the general universe of the anime The animation of the characters is impeccable and the monsters animation is really interesting, in a quite different style but not a displeasing one. But the strong point of the DA is the sets : they are simply sumptuous. It's like being in a Ghibli! The universe of the Abyss is incredibly detailed and magnified (which contrasts with its true nature). The different levels are diversified and we really feel like there's different ecosystems It's impressive to see how much this anime can score in just so few episodes! Sound : 10/10 Made in Abyss was a surprise and my favorite 2017 anime, thanks to its rich and detailed universe, its artistic direction but also its soundtrack! Music plays a vital role in a work. It accompanies the characters, rhythm an episode and occupies an essential place in the construction of the atmosphere. As much to say it immediately: it reaches perfection in Made in Abyss. The OST is beautiful, splendid, sublime. Sometimes we have majestic orchestral pieces (usually accompanied by breathtaking panoramas), sometimes they are rather discrete music, sticking perfectly to the atmosphere of the Abyss. Hanezeve Caradhina, played from the first episode, plunges us into this wonderful universe The First Layer plunges us at the same time as the characters in the discovery of the Abyss. We begin an enigmatic, initiatic, journey, which we know we will not come back unscathed In the Blind translates the dark, oppressive side of the Abyss. The danger, omnipresent, invisible, awaits us, and despite the beauty and majesty of the place, the slightest misstep can be fatal Finally, Tomorrow concludes with unparalleled strength our first part of the journey, alongside Riko, Regu and Nanachi Of all the anime OSTs that I have heard, Made in Abyss is by far the one that struck me the most I would also like to share a theory, or rather a personal interpretation, which for me has also played a great role: in a number of tracks of the OST, a particular kind of instrument comes up quite frequently. A low-pitched, resonant, vibrating instrument. For me, this instrument is the representation of the Abyss. Mysterious, haunting, scary, it is a deep emptiness, omnipresent, that attracts us constantly throughout the anime. This omnipresence, this fascination is so powerful that we even feel it through music. Characters: 10/10 "Oh, chibi characters, this anime is going to be adorable" - Me, before episode 10 Once we get used to the particular chara design (which sticks surprisingly well with the world of Made in Abyss), we can only appreciate the characters of this anime Complex, surrounded by mystery, trailing behind them a past, the characters are directly influenced by the Abyss. If we can notice some characters are a little too manichean (Bondrewd I see you coming), we can only be amazed at the complexity of the characters. The children of the orphanage are adorable, but are at the same time aware of the dangers of life since they already rub shoulders with exploring the Abyss, even if this is only the first layer. Inchou perfectly plays the role of an orphanage director as we learned in storytelling, which makes her a surprisingly pleasant character. Whistles are people who saw things, they're even tortured. They saw the Abyss, its dark side. They escaped, but as soon as they set foot there, if only once, the Abyss took a part of their soul, pushing them to always want to return. So what about Ouzen, the unshakable giant, a fascinating and really well written character! Mentor, she differs very much from the classical scheme instituted by the animes, but is nevertheless an unequaled teacher. And what about Nanachi and Mitty! A tragic story, heartbreaking and deeply human, which results in a magnificent but terribly painful act. And of course, let's not forget Riko and Regu, our two protagonists! Regu, half-human half-robot boy, who goes back to the bottom of the Abyss to understand who he is, what his origins are but also to accompany Riko on her journey And Riko, ah Riko! What a great character! If her enthusiasm, her little face and her desire to find her mother are touching, it is especially her maturity and knowledge that have struck me. It is difficult to find in an anime a character who really thinks and uses his knowledge with accuracy. Yet here is a 12-year-old girl doing it. And if, of course, she makes mistakes and encounters "setbacks", it is extremely pleasant to see how well she has prepared herself and knows how to deal with the world outside (doesn't it, Priestess of Goblin Slayer? ) Enjoyment : 10/10 I did not get bored for a minute. I enjoyed every shot, every line of dialogue, every character. The really unique atmosphere of the anime really struck me, I was captivated with each episode (that's why I finished the anime really fast!) Overall : 10/10 I think that today, I still do not have words strong enough to describe what I went through with Made in Abyss. It was really ... wonderful. Every detail of this anime hit me, touched me in the heart and fascinated me I have always had an attraction for discovery, exploration, as much as saying that this anime delight me completely! Despite its length, Made in Abyss has directly managed to be among my favorite anime, a top 10 well deserved in my opinion Although it is recent, I think it has already become a classic to see absolutely once in our life Now, we only have wait impatiently for the second season!

Story : 10/10
The story is simple but it strikes me a lot. It approaches with delicacy and ingenuity the problems teens face, which it metaphorises by exposing them as a supernatural phenomena. This approach gives a less rough and oppressive side to the problems encountered, without necessarily denaturing or softening them. Art : 8/10 Nothing very transcendent but it is very pleasant to watch. The chara-design is quite common but remains endearing, as are the sets and animation in general. Sound: 8/10 Like the art direction, the soundtrack does not mark but does its job perfectly and is rather pretty, although discreet. I like the opening though! Characters : 10/10 The ... other highlight of the series: the characters are extremely endearing. Of course, Sakuta and Mai shine for their atypical personality. One would think that Mai is the typical tsundere as one sees everywhere in the animes, but that nay! If she has a strong tsundere character, she adapts it in her own way and it makes her a very endearing and relaxing character. Sakuta, the MC, is brilliant in his attitude. He is detached and calm (without being cringe, edgy or boring) and above all, his remarks are delicious. He shows a certain humor that I have not found in any other anime, or even series or film elsewhere. The other characters are not left out, and they all have a little something that makes them endearing. The anime managed to very well build them in just 13 episodes. Overall appreciation : 9/10 I waited eagerly for each new episode, and it was worth it! The themes I touched touched me, just like the characters and their story My only regret may have been the last episode, which I find a bit too condensed. The anime would have won to have 14 episodes, even a little more in order to develop even more characters and their stories. Well, it may be just gluttony to want more: p Total : 9/10 A fresh anime and pleasant to watch Not necessarily to everyone's taste, and not to look at the very first degree on pain of seeing an anime harem with psychology and romance in it There is not really any action, let alone fights, but what a pleasure to watch! Certainly one of the hidden gem and discovery of the year 2018, I do not regret trying it.
