if you liked when Lookism turned into a full-on martial arts comic, you should like most of Park Taejoon's other works, Viral Hit, also known as How To Fight is one of those works, it's an action manhwa with a really interesting plot.
It's about a Yoo Hobin, a weak and scrawny kid learning techniques from NewTube (YouTube basically) on how to fight, the name of these videos are also the title of the manhwa; How To Fight. He becomes a NewTuber with content exposing and also literally fighting bullies, delinquents, and also shady people doing criminal activities, the way the story goes just seems so
...
interesting and unpredictable, something unexpected usually happens, sometimes out of nowhere, and it never feels forced for me, it's usually awesome. This manhwa is just entertaining and the story always leaves me wondering what's next, it's not some narrative or artistic masterpiece, but it doesn't have to be, because in the end of the day, we don't care if we are surrounded by the greatest works of art and literature, many of us just want a good time, and although I won't guarantee this manhwa is for you, I'm willing to say there's a good chance you will enjoy it

I don't know why this manhua is an 8/10, I don't hate it, I enjoy it, but it really doesn't differentiate from other "cultivation talentless to hotshot" manhua, though I should add that even though I've read so much power fantasy cultivation manhua, the reincarnation, isekai, modern world variants, murim to modern world, modern world to murim kind, I've read so many of them that if I took my time and if MAL was more inclusive for manhua and manhwa, it'd make me look like a seasoned manga reader, I've read so many of those comics that all of them look the same, read the
...
same, and yet I still subject myself to reading all that uninspiring, zero effort crap, but still, I can tell that Battle Through The Heavens is better than your average cultivation manhua
So essentially, it's not a masterpiece, but it doesn't have to be, the same way Solo Leveling isn't a masterpiece, but it doesn't make it unenjoyable, it's an enjoyable read, not as enjoyable as Solo Leveling, but still enjoyable, if you have the time to read hundreds of chapters of power fantasy garbage, you should at least derive some enjoyment from reading this
people who like isekai should feel right at home

Lookism is one of my favorite webtoons, and I'd like you to like it too, but I can't say it's for you, just keep this in mind, for some of you, it may spiral out of control, for some of you, it may have a very slow start, I hope this review, other than showing my appreciation for the webtoon, I hope it can also help anyone reading to know if this manhwa is for them, so let's begin
The story starts with the protagonist, Park Hyun Seok, or Daniel Park, who is bullied, fat, and ugly, he gets transferred to a different school in Seoul,
...
and somehow, he gets transported into a handsome and strong body, but his original body still existed, and by falling asleep or being unconscious, he can access his original body, he decides to go to school with his handsome body, and stuff happens.
The story has some action in the early chapters, but it also gives some focus towards the different bodies, not about how he swapped bodies or whose body it was, but rather the treatment he gets while he is handsome, compared to when he isn't, that's something of a theme early on, which is why it may be a slow start for some of you, but I think it's more about preference, I like action too but there is still a somewhat interesting story, and a little action, but for you action nuts, don't worry, the theme of how society treats people based on surface level observations is thrown right out of the window for some ACTION BABYYY
Now, at some point, and I can't tell you when because I've been reading it for so long I don't even remember when it started, the author is getting lesser concerned with the theme of how being ugly or being handsome can get you treated and more with action and mystery, who's the body, what's the purpose, who is this guy, who is that guy, and this is where some of you may feel disappointed, or maybe in my case, far more invested, there may be some references to real life issues prevalent in Korea but I'd have to be Korean to confirm that, but it really focuses on crime organizations, the truth, and such, and yes, quite a bit of fighting, it's quite mindless action, which in my opinion is not necessarily a bad thing, just a matter of preference, but still, in my opinion, it's just good fun, so try it out, see if it's what you're looking for

One Piece is an amazing anime and you may think it's an overrated shounen like Naruto, however I disagree, while this anime has elements that 8 year olds can appreciate (not really an insult, it's a shounen, 8 year olds are among the demography) this is by no means kiddy shi*, I'll talk more about it on the review:
Story 8/10
One Piece is amazing, the story's setting may seem the same, island run by evil dude, beat them up, free the island, rinse and repeat, however, that just doesn't do the arcs any justice, yes, that's what usually happens, but there's so much going on as
...
it goes on, take the Dressrosa arc, sure it may seem like Alabasta 2.0, but it introduced important characters, updated us on characters which haven't appeared ever since the time skip, and also developed some characters, saying all one piece arcs are the same is like saying video games are boring because the levels are all the same, beat the small bad guys then the boss, rinse repeat, bit of an overgeneralization if you ask me. The World Building is godly, I am amazed that Oda has managed to stay consistent with world building for 20 years of writing, the world seems very fleshed out, I don't know how anyone would call it kiddy sh*t when it details injustice, discrimination, slavery, and other subjects which in my humble opinion is quite dark. The anime is not without flaws however, the pacing is horrible, which holds back the story quite a bit.
Art 8/10
One Piece's art may not be most people's cup of tea, but it might grow on you, that's how it was for me, it's not a Shinkai film, but the animation is quite good, for the battles at least, but well, this is an anime which is animated by the same studio for the past 2 decades, and the manga is probably going to run for some more years, so that means that the anime is going to run for more years, and even if Toei has money, there's no budget to make demon slayer quality art consistently for years
Sound 8/10
The Sound Design is quite satisfying, though I understand that people may get tired from listening to the same sounds for 20 years, personally, it hasn't affected me. The Music is amazing, it's hype, nostalgic, and exciting, this is one reason why the anime is worth watching even if there's a more well paced and darker manga.
Character 8/10
I like all the straw hats and their personalities, even the side characters can be amazing, oda can show a character for 2 pages and that would be enough for the entire community to be set on fire, case in point, Shanks, however, there is a problem I have with the Straw Hats, some members, like Robin, Brook, Franky, and Chopper, are underused, they haven't had as big of an important role to play since their introduction arc, they have their moments, but not THE moment, think of God Usopp, Luffy punching Charlos, Zoro standing menacingly with wounds all over him, Sanji in whole cake island, these are not just cool Luffy, Zoro, Usopp, or Sanji moments, these are cool One Piece moments.
Enjoyment 10/10
Maybe you won't love one piece as I do, but if you do, you'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll have a great time and get hyped when some side character who hasn't appeared for 500 episodes return, hell, I'm at the point where just listening to the songs can make me cry, but if you can enjoy shounen like Bleach, Naruto or Fairy Tail, I don't know how you can't enjoy One Piece
Overall 8/10
I find it inferior to the manga, but even with the filler and the snail-like pacing, there are good things in the anime that essentially brings the manga to life, One Piece is basically the best of the big 3, so give it a try, and maybe you'll fall in love as I did

Different Readers, Different Demands, if you seek a story that's well crafted, deep, brilliant character development, this is possibly not the manhwa for you, but think of it this way, there are generally 2 types of films, there are popcorn flicks, movies that boast an incredible budget and produce extraordinary spectacles, think of the MCU, Mission Impossible, John Wick, and then we have movies that don't necessarily have extraordinary special effects, maybe not a high budget, but is highly praised for its story, for its character development, perhaps The Godfather, perhaps Psycho, you get the idea, now, Solo Leveling is a manhwa equivalent of a
...
popcorn flick, the manhwa does not have a deep intricate story or brilliantly paced character development, but if there's one thing it gets right, is that it's the ultimate fanservice, the art is glorious, and the author knows how to hype, as a reader of many isekai manga and also lots of crappy cultivation manhua, the capabilities of Sung Jin Woo is revealed to the reader in a way that makes us go "damn, what a badass" and not come off as cringe, and I can't forget the art, the art is absolutely glorious, the wide panels especially, ah god, amazing, so basically, if you just want a good time, turn your brain off and read some power fantasy comics from the holy trinity (Japan's Isekai, China's Cultivation, Korea's Monster Hunter) Solo Leveling is an absolute must-read, but if you're expecting an amazing story that rivals that of tower of god or something 20th Century Boys or something, it just ain't for you
