I am going to try and keep my review short yet informative.
This anime has come and replaced Prince of Tennis as the no. 1 tennis anime out there. For those of you who haven't watched PoT it's an anime that focuses on turning tennis into something supernatural in order to make it more entertaining to obviously watch. While it did excel in that area is wasn't realistic. If it didn't have that element it would have the popularity it has today. This anime on the other hand makes normal tennis extremely enjoyable to watch. Yes it is slightly exaggerated but not in a bad way
...
at all and not on the same wavelength as PoT. This has become one of my all time favourite anime and I will explain briefly below.
Story 10
Honour student wants to get some exercise and chooses tennis as a hobby. Great storyline, very original (sarcasm in case your dense). Nevertheless it is very good at it. Nothing is unique here but it makes so enjoyable to watch and to this day I still am not sure what it is. Another great point is that the matches are also equally if not more entertaining to watch.
Art 9
Pretty standard nothing special. Has its odd moments where the proportioning is a little iffy but nothing major. Not its best quality.
Sound 9
I will confess that this score is based a lot on the opening. When I first heard it I rewatched it about 6 times before actually starting the series. Apart from that nothing really sticks out. Has good music during matches but because of how tense theya re you kind of forget about it as you are on the edge of your seat.
Character 10
Again nothing unique about the characters but what I really like is that they actually progress through the series. It isn't 25 episodes of people who are exactly the same (excluding looks) form beginning to end. There is actual character development, nothing crazy but enough for to not pull my hair out from frustration and that makes me happy.
Enjoyment 10
Had my eyes glued to the monitor for 2 days and have had to wear glasses ever since...
Overall
Had to buy glasses.

227 episodes....A good point to make a review in my opinion.
Naruto had its ups and downs but for me the ups were better cause the fillers weren't all that bad.
Now we have Shippuuden and i am both happy yet disappointed. I'll do my best to keep things brief and simple.
This series has great potential. Naruto still has his goal for becoming Hokage and being a Jinchuuriki doesn't help at all. The akatsuki keep getting in the way trying to steal the Kyuubi. Naruto is of course much older but not that much stronger as i would personally have hoped. If you also are disappointed by
...
this DON'T drop this anime! Many things will happen to make up for it including him getting considerably stronger.
Others may have dropped it based on the dubbed versions, well I'm here to tell you that they are rubbish and you should watch the original japanese version with the english subtitles. It sounds much more realistic and believe me if you are new to it, it doesn't take long to get use to it.
Fillers are also a reason people put this show on the drop list. Yes, most are annoying BUT some are actually rather interesting. Trust me on that. If you don't wish to watch any fillers or want to know which ones are good then by all means post a comment on my profile. Don't post a comment randomly, asking which episodes to avoid and such because i will ignore it. Give me a range of episodes and i will tell you which are fillers or not. You can find the list on wiki if you like.
The story is extraordinary. The anticipation and suspense of it all is worth it. As time goes on more members of the Akatsuki are brought forward and hidden details are revealed, like their special abilities and their "forbidden" past. You grow to love each member in your own way. You learn who is the true ring leader behind everything and why they did all this. There will be heartbreaking moments. I know because it happened to me once. I actually shed a tear before realizing that i was emotional :P The humor is still the same as before so expect much difference. It will make you smile but not fall off your chair laughing.
Some people may find the idea of Naruto trying to do anything to get Sasuke back a bit stupid or i should say what my friend said "gay". I understand that but think about it. Naruto never had any friends to begin with and he was able to make some as the story went on. Sasuke was his best friend and later became the FIRST person the acknowledge him. That is what makes Naruto give his all to bring him back. It's not just a simple reason like friendship, it is much more deeper.
This is a shounen series that very few surpass. Many will disagree but everyone has their own opinion. Maybe you don't like shounen and that's fine but that is no reason to not give this anime at least a try. It's one of the legendary three. (NS, B, OP) If you liked any of the other two then i see no reason not to like this one. If you still have any questions on it please feel free to post a comment and i will reply as soon as possible.
How you found this review even remotely helpful.
Feedback greatly appreciated XD

"Losing track of what you want to protect"
That's the feeling you get when you really get into this anime. At first I was hesitant to watch this anime because it didn't look that appealing to me as I'm sure that also applies to some of you who are currently wondering whether or not to give this anime a try.
A typical shounen anime?...maybe, maybe not. Bleach has been compared to many anime of the years; Naruto, One Piece, heck even Dragon Ball. The question is why? Is it of that caliber? Is it overrated? These are questions youa re surely questioning in your mind. In my
...
opinion it is slightly overrated. There are episodes where you are on the edge of your seat but also there are those where you would rather take a dump. The main problem is that not each episode is breathtaking. I'm not saying that it has to be all action and stuff. It's just that the suspense is not always there. A boy gains supernatural powers to save a girl then...that's it. The story takes an entirely different turn. Not to say that, that is a bad thing. It's interesting in its own way. For some of you it might be even better than the first arc.
Now for the main reason for this animes "downfall" is...fillers. This anime consists of 1/3 manga and 2/3 crap. Now I haven't read the manga so analysis could be slightly off but not by much. Bleach has rapidly caught up with its manga which is the main cause for the fillers. Some of them are entertaining, others are plain miserable. For the producers to go so far it only shows how popular the manga is. In my opinion the anime is worth the fillers because despite the cons the pros are much better.
The boy Kurosaki Ichigo matures both mentally and physically throughout the course of the anime (mainly mentally). His powers grow whilst discovering new ones. He makes new friends as well as foes. Luckily he is not the type who hates violence or hates killing, otherwise I would have dropped this anime years ago.
At first the plot is very interesting and engaging but it goes down south after that, due to fillers. Nevertheless it still keeps you entertained and that is the most important thing. Don't contemplate whether or not this anime is a waste of time because that is definitely not the case. Some will say that this anime is "shit" and all that bust they are obviously exaggerating. Those are people who either didn't bother to watch the first few episodes or didn't like the anime from the start. Trust me! No one will say horrible things about this anime if they even remotely enjoy it from the start.
Others are wondering how much longer will this anime go for. My guess is until the manga ends...You just went OMG didn't you. Yes this anime will still go on for at least another few years since the manga isn't close to finishing...I think.
There is a certain amount of violence and blood but not to the extent where you would label this anime gore (bloodshed). People fending for their life with swords. That's the gist. Story wise, it isn't great but it isn't bad either. You would enjoy this if you like action, whether or not you enjoy the story.
There is no strong romance only minor hints so I wouldn't recommend it those who are looking for a dramatic anime. There has been much speculation about couples emerging due to how much time they spend together. They so far, are just rumors so again don't expect anything special to happen.
The funny thing is each character that is introduced, it is hard to forget them. They are so unique that they always stay with you. That's how it is for me at least. Maybe it's the art. The style is appealing and it improves as it progresses. That's what I really enjoy. Watching the art/drawing improve over the years. It makes my feel like I'm a part of it.
Overall you should definitely at least give this anime a try. Don't say no before you give it a go. That's what I did and look where I a, now, 333 episodes and still going. Even if you end up not liking it you will not regret watching it. My life, my review, my conclusion. Live your life to the fullest by taking any opportunity you can.
Thank you for taking time out of your lives to read this.
Feedback greatly appreciated.

Dragon Ball Z is an anime that many grew up with, like me. Others grew up with anime like Saint Seiya or even Sailor Moon. Personally I am extremely glad I ended up with DBZ.
Nowadays you don't get anime like this. Without it, anime would not be where it is today. I am a major DBZ fan so I will try not to be too biased.
This is an anime where the weak rise up against the strong and eventually win in most cases. The main protagonist Goku is the best example of all. He first begins as a low level Saiyan but then ends becoming
...
one who's talent is endless.
The never ending action occurring for several episodes just keeps your heart pounding. I assure you that there is no other anime out there that can even come close to comparing to the fight scenes in DBZ. Can you imagine mixing comedy and action and for it to turn into a huge success? The story never gets boring and is easy to follow. Each major arch takes around 80-90 episodes or so.(Frieza, Cell, Buu)
The sound is just amazing. You hear every impact made. They really put a lot of effort into every single detail so that it would sound more realistic. Every time I hear a blast I get goose bumps.
Art....PERFECT!!!!! You cannot tell that it is an anime from the 80s. It is that good. Honestly it just blew my mind when I started comparing it to other anime in the 90s! This anime dominated the art department until the 21st century.
The characters are extremely unique. Not very often do you get saiyans who eat and fight all the time. Not to mention a bold person with 6 dots on his forehead and dies countless times because of his rotten luck. They is a great sense of rivalry, comedy and a hint of romance which occurs in the latter half. The best characters in my book.
Everything about this anime is just astounding. The story just gets better and better as it goes along and wacky things keep occurring which just make you laugh till you cry. You don't need to be a crazy fan to enjoy this, nor an action fan. Just an anime fan.
P.S This anime is the only one in the world where the english dubbed version greatly surpasses the japanese version. Some may disagree but I am certain that the majority will agree.
Thanks for reading this review. Greatly appreciate feedback XD

Truly one of the anime I've seen out there. Just so you know I've watched this anime four times so far and it still entertains me :)
It may say it is for children which is true but it has a certain quality that makes even teenagers enjoy it.
Story
It is great, it has a wonderful plot full of excitment and suspense and it keeps going on and on. One of the best things is that the story starts immediately without any fillers. A young boy gains a spirit and goes into the world of 'go'. A truly magnificent story
Art
Considering the year the art is exceptionally good.
...
Detailed and balanced.
Probably because the producers are the same as Bleach and Death Note.
Sound
Again great job. The sound of people's footsteps and of 'go' stones are remarkable. The voice actors (seiyu) are extremely good, full of talent. What I liked the most was the music, as well as the openings and endings.
Character
Three main characters. Two end up as rivals and the third one eventually...
disappears. Hikaru starts off as a snob, but then matures and becomes one hell of a legend. Akira chases Hikaru persistantly and they both push each other higher and higher till they become the strongest there is.
Enjoyment
As I've said I've seen this anime four times and I still love it so I can say with full confidence that I enjoyed it. If you like seeing people rise above what is expected and see them unleash their potential then watch this NOW!!!!!!!
Overall
The only I have seen which just barely surpasses this is Dragon Ball Z. I love both anime and will continue to for the rest of my life. This is an anime you DON'T want to miss XD

An utter disappointment. I decided to watch this because it was good enought to be english dubbed. This is so far the worst Anime TV Series I have watched. The only thing worse is its OVA.
At the beginning this haad a lot of potential but noooooooooooooooooooo the stupid idiots decided it would be 'cool' to make it an anime full of flashbacks.
First of all at the beginning it gets the audience excited by making Nagi some sort of God or something with a whole lot of potential but then oh guess what flashback then after nearly TEN episodes of it they go back to the
...
present time and continue then after a few more episodes oh guess what another BLOODY FLASHBACK!!!
This whole anime is about nothing but flashbacks. They should change the name of 'Heaven and Earth' to 'Flash and Back'. At least it would make more sense and sort of give a heads up as what to expect.
Anyway the action was descent at least and kept me...sort of...entertained.
The big breast were also pretty nice...not that Im a pervert or anything.
The whole anime is basically about Maya's past and she came to be...well what she is today or...that day...in the anime...or...whatever.
If you disliked or even hated this anime don't watch the OVA.
If you liked or loved the anime still don't watch the OVA.

Im sure there are lots of people who would enjoy an anime such as this and unfortunately I am not one of those people.
There are always people who feel like dying and would go so far as to write a note or go to the top of the building or prepare to hang themselves. These people usually aren't serious, those who are, are first of all cowards and stupid. They believe that it takes courage to die however, they are wrong... It takes courage to live.
Now after sharing that with you let me say that this anime was rather boring for me. I king of
...
forced myself wo watch two episodes a day just to finish it.
From the first episode you can see this anime had a lot of potential but I don't think they used it properly. The whole thing is basically about a teacher trying to repeatedly find an excuse to kill himself and without serious intent.
They only thing that I found remotely funny would be "IM IN DESPAIR". This phrase is what got me into this anime in the first place.
There is no story mainly because it is a 'slice of life' anime.
The art was good but for me it wasn't great.
The voice actors are again descent but not great.
Nozomu was the only character I liked.
I didn't really enjoy this anime all too much.
If you are a fun of comedy try this a recommend it however, if you hate soft, gentle comedy then avoid it. If you are someone who needs something strong to make you laugh then this is a no no. The comedy level here is rather weak. It's nowhere near compared to 'Gintama'.
I hope you found this review helpful :)

The word 'Hardcore' basically summurizes the whole OVA. This will either be a love or hate episode.
You will love it if you are a male pervert or a lesbian. If you like ecchi say no more. Lock your door, close your drapes and do what comes natural...that is of course if you are a horny bastard or really horny bitch. I don't know.
If you watched the proper series just because of the story don't bother with this. You won't miss anything. It is just an extra. Mainly the guys will enjoy this, unless they are too young or too old, or too normal.
I personally found
...
it quite enjoyable. Im not a pervert but these kind of things aren't bad once in a while, even though it does go a bit too far towards the end. Poor Junichi. YE RIGHT!! Lots of guys would want to trade places with him.
Anyway there is no real story plot here or anything. Just made for entertainment...mainly for perverts. It says mild nuidity but the best or worst you'll see are breasts with either no nipples or with them covered up...and fondled a little.
But all in all if you like big breast, big asses and some ecchi action then this is an anime for you. Oh and by the way it gives the detailed mesurements of all the girls. Height, weight, three sizes. So if you are interested, WATCH!
Hope you found my review helpful. :)

Kou Kara Maou! 3rd Series is basically a continuation of the first. Yuuri still being the Maou. But this time a lot more so called 'trust' is involved.
Just like the OVA Saralegui (Sara) enters into this anime and uses sly methods to get Yuuri to do his bidding. This anime had a sense of betrayal and may be a little more emotional than the first for some people. Saralegui isn't rather friendly at the beginning of the series but then he realizes not only Yuuri's special qualities that make them help each other but that also his ______ is invloved.(Six letter word)
the basic story is
...
a war between the Mazoku and humans. Yuuri was away for some time apparently and this caused several people to rethink who is the legitamate successor of the throne. This problem is mainly caused by Wolfram's relative who wants Wolfram to take over.
Yuuri travels around trying to help stop the war, as usual trying to be the hero. At some point he is even unable to return home. ~~Mystery~~
All these problems are caused mainly by one person and for a good reason, in order to obtain the...not spoiling it.
There is still quite an amount of humour based in the show and there are different arcs even though it is only a 39 episode anime. Yuuri's brother is alot more involved which makes it more enjoyable, especially the last episode were i almost pissed myself. It was sooooooooo funny. You may just think i am weird but i enjoyed this anime and i recommend it to you if you enjoyed the first series.
P.S. The OVA is crap so don't judge this anime from that.
