Their characters. That's all I'm gonna say. Both MCs are good-natured at heart, though GE did a better job at creating an awesome MC (the less perverted one). There are pushy girls in the two mangas as well. Now some people might think otherwise, but from what I see, they are equally as selfish and equally as persuasive. It just depends on how the MCs interpret them. It might seem like I'm not giving this recommendation much justice since all I mention were two characters, and I somewhat agree. I'm way too into character interactions and development. Trust me on this though, just take a look at the other and find out for yourself!
