Mob Psycho 100 is, in my considered opinion, a perfect anime. It does not have a flaw. I will go through the six review categories one by one.
STORY: 10
The story of this season of Mob Psycho 100 is essentially about being a complete human being. Mob has unbelievable psychic abilities, but ever since he was a child, he's never been able to use them to get the things he really wants. His quest is to fit into his social environment and become a strong, responsible young man. Mainly, this is because he wants to date a girl named Tsubomi, a childhood friend of his

who just doesn't care that much about him, them having grown apart as she fit in with their peers and he did not. From there, he gets a part time job helping a fraud psychic through the occasional real paranormal encounter, joins a club in order to become stronger, and has several misadventures along the way, most notably becoming involved with a criminal syndicate and having to deal with being a child placed in an adult situation. This story escalates perfectly, never bogs down, and spends every one of its episodes exploring Mob and his environment in meaningful, interesting ways.
ART: 10
This show's artstyle is done a massive injustice by its still frames. Every animation here is perfect for the scene, with an absolute minimum of wasted screentime and moneysaving animation shortcuts. Action is fast paced and fluid, dialogue is visually interesting and well-directed, and story elements come as much from the visuals as the dialogue. The OP deserves special mention here. It's a visual treat, laying the show's absurd universe out with surreal transformation cuts and plenty of spoiler-free references to later chapters of the manga.
SOUND: 10
The voice acting is superb, the effects are evocative and unique, and the soundtrack is an absolute masterpiece. One of the best aspects of the show.
CHARACTER: 10
I'm not going to dive too far into individual summaries here, partially because there are a lot of characters and partially because I could never do them justice in a short-form review. If you want essays pm me, I'll write em. The main cast is complex, believable, thoroughly likeable, and surprisingly human for how goofy this show's universe and story are. The side characters are fun as well, with just enough going on to keep them fun without dragging the story away from Mob and his core group. No complaints, and special shout outs to two things: the dialogue, which is consistently hilarious, and the character Reigen Arataka, who is the standout of the show for sure.
ENJOYMENT: 10
This show is, first and foremost, a comedy, and it is hilarious. The characters are funny without being unlikeable or unrealistic (in the context of the show's universe), the visuals are snappy and over-the-top in the way only animated comedies can really nail, and the setting is flexible and bizarre enough to absorb a hell of a lot of wackiness without breaking down. It's not quite on the level of Nichijou, humor-wise, but it lands every joke it tells and the psychic battles more than pick up the slack. They are gorgeous, weighty, consequential, shockingly brutal at just the right times in just the right amounts, and feel like the emotional climaxes that they (thanks to the framing device of Mob's emotional breaking point being shown onscreen as a percentage) literally are. ONE outdoes One Punch Man in a lot of ways with Mob Psycho 100, but this is the area where I think this show stands out the most. An absolute freaking blast to watch.
OVERALL: 10
It's perfect. Watch it. Watch it again if you already did. Read the manga for ONE's raw storyboarding. Listen to the soundtrack. Support the official release. It's perfect.
