Don't judge it by the first episode (in fact, don't even watch the first episode). For some godforsaken reason, they decided to use one of the later side stories as the introduction, and it's incredibly cringe and not funny without context. Episode 2 also looks a bit more like the sort of thing the series is supposed to be making fun of than an actual comedy. It's only at episode 3 where it finally starts to properly gain the spirit of the original novel, which is a beautiful parody about this psychopathic OP chuuni idiot who will do absolutely anything to LARP out his shadow
...
edgelord fantasy (with very mixed results). The people who say it's unintentionally hilarious are wrong: it's intentionally hilarious. It plays out the absurdity in a deadpan way so if you don't realize it's a comedy, which is possible because of the awful first episode, it looks a bit like SAO but 1000x worse.
The animation is unexpectedly good when it counts, same with the music. The plot isn't exactly Shakespeare, but it's funny asf. Same with the characters, and the protagonist himself is a work of art. The voice acting fits perfectly.
Disregarding the first episode, which should be blasted into oblivion, it's a solid 8, at least for enjoyment.

Overall: 8/10
It's a fantastic mindless revenge manga. It has no depth or meaningful story or anything, but that's fine. If you're going to like this, it's probably not for those reasons anyway. There's lots of revenge and it's highly satisfying. No neckbeard BS either.
Character: 6.5/10
The hero is a nutcase and both he and the author know it. The villains are ridiculously evil to the point where you feel they actually deserve what's coming to them (which would otherwise be incredibly excessive). It's very satisfying to watch him f*ck them up in messed up ways. Not exactly the height of good writing, but quite fun.
Enjoyment: 9/10
I like
...
revenge mangas so this is very fun to read. Don't read it if you're not into seeing people tortured creatively; if that's the case, there is not much in this series for you.
Art: 9/10
The art is really good. The artist nails the "unhinged" look, which is important, and the art is clean and smooth. The protagonist looks amazing.
Story: 6.5/10
Not much story here except revenge and more revenge. It's like for each arc, the author thought of something edgy, and then thought of a way to make it edgier, and kept on doing that until they had an extremely edgy setup. I'll give points for sheer creativity in edge, but it's got practically nothing else. Still, it avoids being boring or annoying in any way, which is respectable.

Normally I'm the sort of person who likes to turn off my brain and read trash, but this series is an exception. I think this might legitimately be the most interesting take on an OP protagonist I've ever seen. It's entertainingly funny near the start (although some of the gags have some deeper undertones that are only apparent when you think back on them after reading more) and it picks up more dramatic momentum as the story progresses. I've reread it several times, and would definitely recommend picking it up and reading it until the end.
Characters: 10/10
What makes it so fantastic are the characters
...
and their development. Naga, the protagonist, has the strongest power in the world, but he is an ordinary, decent person. He is flawed like an average high school student. He wasn't born with the personality of a star combatant; he has a strong sense of guilt and a weak stomach. That, however, doesn't mean he can live in peace; far too many people are interested in his power for that to happen. Also worth mentioning is his boss, Dana, who is easily my all-time favorite female hero. She exudes fantastic amounts of sheer badassery while at the same time being very human. The rest of the cast is great too; it's quite varied and the characters all have their own stories and personalities. I could go on about them for a long time.
Story: 9/10
The story has lots of funny moments and lots of meaningful ones. If I had to describe it overall, it's the story of the journey of the protagonist's character. There are a lot of other stories and messages interwoven, but I think that's the core of it.
In a way, it's is quite uplifting. Instead of showing one-sidedly how power corrupts, it also shows how people can remain good even under immense emotional pressure. The clashes between the philosophies of different characters lead to some moments and realizations that I often now think of when reading other works. There's a fantastic scene where the main villain taunts a fallen hero and his remarks cut to the bone because he's right.
Art: 7.5/10
The art isn't super high-production or anything, but it conveys everything it should. It does what it needs to in order to effectively tell the story. It wouldn't be worth reading for the art alone, but the art doesn't hold it back.
Enjoyment: 10/10
I found it really enjoyable. It keeps you entertained or deeply interested, depending on the part. It has more than enough depth to get engaged with the world of the story. As such, when something cool happens, you really feel it.
Overall: 10/10
Overall, this might be my favorite webtoon ever. It's definitely the one that's given me the most to think about. It's really well-constructed, the characters are fantastic, and it's amazing to watch it unfold. It's memorable and has lots of neat or really funny little details in the art. The OP protagonist concept is expanded on in a thoughtful but riveting way. Honestly, I'd call it beautiful. It might need a bit of patience beyond "I want to see blood now", though, so give it a try when you're in the mood.

Trope-loaded isekai revenge manga done very well. It doesn't really have any shocking deviations from the standard, but it doesn't have anything annoying about it either.
There is no annoying forgiveness of a girl because she's hot, no annoying harem, no giving up on revenge due to being a wimp, no protagonist running around raping people and buying slaves because nobody can stand him, none of that bullshit. It's just good, solid, revenge.
Characters are consistent, and while it doesn't go super-deep, they all work. Story also works. Art is quite good. This is all the good things in isekai without the typical things that ruin
...
a series, so it's quite enjoyable.
The ending was fine. I'm not sure why people have so many complaints about it. It was mildly rushed, but it finished everything that had to happen.
It changed something appalling in the novel and made it good. Someone wrote a spoiler in the comments that made me almost drop it, but it turned out the spoiler was from the novel and said event doesn't happen in the manga.
Overall, if you're looking for a good isekai, this is it.

Bleach has always been one of the most infuriating mangas for me. The first 20 volumes are a solid 10/10. The art style starts out more rough, but very beautiful. I think early Bleach is easily one of the most gorgeous mangas I have ever read (especially the colour pages). The story is simple, but good, and the characters are interesting and unique. Combined with the beauty of the art, it is emotionally moving.
Then, there are another 20 volumes of decreasing quality, where the story slowly gets repetitive and the characters start to degrade. Orihime, for example, goes from a girl who is enthusiastic
...
about fighting and wants to grow up to be a killer robot, to an idiotic healer who heals enemies that are *in the process of* trying to f*ck her up. Without being coerced or having any reason other than "I feel bad for them". I'm not exaggerating.
After that, Bleach loses its soul. The art becomes very polished, and while it is still gorgeous at times, it is more a manufactured, mass-produced sort of aesthetically pleasing effect. It devolves into a ton of fighting. There are still some fantastic moments, but they are a lot more spread out. I read it out of loyalty to the series, and tbh, other than Orihime (who by this point is just a pair of massive breasts) it was okay.
I'd probably give the last 30 volumes a 6, but the first 20 volumes of sheer glory make it hard for me to decide how to rate it overall.
