...then you might like Kaichou wa Maid-sama! add

The two main characters of each have similar dynamics. Special A is pretty much a mix of Kaichou wa Maid-sama and Ouran Koukou Host Club (Ouran Highschool Host Club). Although in my opinion, both Maid-sama and Ouran are a lot better than Special A.

If you liked Ouran Koukou Host Club add

...then you might like Special A add

The show has a similar feel to it. Both protagonists are part of a club they hangout with throughout the show. Special A is pretty much a mix of Kaichou wa Maid-sama and Ouran Koukou Host Club (Ouran Highschool Host Club). Although in my opinion, both Maid-sama and Ouran are a lot better than Special A.

...then you might like Koroshi Ai add

The two main "love interests" in both have a very similar dynamic. The plots are however very different. Kaichou wa Maid-sama is one of those classic school shoujo romances, while Koroshi Ai (Love of Kill) is more violent and action-packed (since the characters are assassins).

If you liked Akatsuki no Yona add

...then you might like Akagami no Shirayuki-hime add

Both quite similar, fantasy/romance/adventure genre. Akatsuki no Yona (Yona of the Dawn) definitely has less romance and more adventure than Akagami No Shirayuki-hime (Snow White with the Red Hair). Both very interesting

If you liked Akagami no Shirayuki-hime add

...then you might like Mahoutsukai no Yome add

The main protagonists are very similar. Mahoutsukai no Yome (The Ancient Magus Bride) contains a lot more violence/gore compared to Akagami no Shirayuki-hime (Snow White with the Red Hair). There is some romance in The Ancient Magus Bride, but very little compared to Snow White with the Red Hair. Both quite good.

If you liked Kamisama Hajimemashita add

...then you might like Akagami no Shirayuki-hime add

Quite similar, although Kamisama Hajimemashita (Kamisama Kiss) takes place in a slightly more modern setting, both are romance/fantasy.

If you liked Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii add

...then you might like Akagami no Shirayuki-hime add

Quite similar and both very good. They both have similar amounts of romance, but Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii (The World is Still Beautiful) can be a bit weird considering the age gap.

If you liked Akagami no Shirayuki-hime add

...then you might like Arte add

Not super similar, but have the same feeling to them. Arte definitely has a lot less romance. Both very good
