After a heavily criticized first season, the second season seems like giving a new life for Symphogear treeline.
Story got B+ for improvements over first season's fatal failure and new villain as well as brand new storyline (tactical betrayal which is quite uncommon for the magical-girl themed).
Art also got B+ also for its improvement. Most of the scene are quite well-drawn and the settings are changed dramatically by incorporating first season's place into forbidden area. Probably done to increase thrill halfway through the series
Sound got A. All songs are perfectly set for each seiyuu's voice capability. No more rubbish songs and no more imbalance quality. Ayahime's
...
voice is the most notable here, her songs are the most varied in the series: from heavy-metal class in Bye Bye Lullaby to ballad(?) in Classroom Monochrome
Character got A for brand new design and new characters. Its development also solid and full of twists done in rapid succession for one cours anime.
Enjoyment got A- for its near-yuri relationship and lack of major fanservice slightly reduced the mark for the enjoyment.
Grand score: A. In my scheme: 80 credit points (perfect score) and 968/1000 points

Tari Tari, at first glance is very slice-of-life. First time I trace it, I thought it will have multiple aspects of dance (in my language, "Tari" could mean "dance"). Overall, it made me gone "Jackiechan".
Story is comparable to La Corda D'Oro plus Natsuiro Kiseki without any magic and greatly reduced romance (hint: last episode). Given the struggle to fulfil last wishes together with very intense obstacle, it could have been a deep penalty, but I still forgive the happy ending. Final score: B+
Artwork is very safe. With moe design and fairly tall character (discount Konatsu!), it provides satisfaction and must-not-fap face. The environment drawing is also
...
rated high. The school is very well-drawn and artistic. Final score: A.
Sound could be considered aces for this season. Thanks to Ayahi Takagaki and Saori Hayami (both are top-of-the-line), it generates god-only-knows music. Ayahi Takagaki going high-pitch also in this anime, something rare to find. The sound effect also excellent. Final score: A
Character is vary and dynamic. Wakana for example, she turns from tsundere to really caring. This adds multiple increment for already-high score. In fact, all characters in this anime is matured throughout the series. Double-pack this with good design, additional score is assured to be beyond upper threshold. Final Score: A
Enjoyment is almost non-exist other than good ending. Sawa could learn equestrian, Tanaka learns badminton (in Indonesia or China?), Atsuhiro (Wien) finally meet his friend back in Vienna, Konatsu enters university, Wakana is a bit questionable but some educated guess will lead that she manages to study music in university. Fanservice is also minimum to mere bikini shot. Final Score: B+
Grand total: A.
PS: in my anime league, this anime rated in fourth after Symphogear, R-15, and La Corda with GPA 3.95 (head-to-head against La Corda and top two got GPA 4)

Well, Senki Zesshou Symphogear is one of the first anime to begin airing in 2012. A good head-start to gain fans' attention. This anime can combine two different anime fields : shojo with music and shonen with battle and mecha. This makes the whole anime became Divine Intervention
The story is scored A, thanks to radically different story compared to any other anime. All anime have their unique stories, but this anime featuring music and battle simultaneously instead of mere music competition. This item makes the SZS anime stands out compared to any other anime as an intersection of battle anime and music anime. Whole anime
...
themselves is already radically different from any similar anime.
The story swings from fighting against enemy (creep in DotA) then internal conflict. After the conflict resolved, encountering the real boss and case closed. All this in 13 episodes, less than adequate for the whole three major arcs while normally three major arcs will require two periods (one period == one season).
Art is rated as A. Nothing much different from any other mecha anime. The design is somewhere a mixture of futuristic and present design. All futuristic anime usually discard the present technology, saving spaces for hi-tech which is included in the far future sub-chapter or even not written in "Physics of the Future" book written by Michio Kaku. This balances the penalty given in the fields of character design due to overly standard.
The armor is quite similar to Infinite Stratos with minimum torso protection and good extremities protection while differs only in size and capability. With this armor, it should be easy to re-draw the characters (excluding the other class of armor which provides extra armor).
One can easily distinguish the differences between concert scene and street pursuit scene from the side of animation itself. The concert scene (only twice in whole anime) is very well-drawn, almost divine intervention. On other hand, the street pursuit scene is very similar to almost identical to GTA San Andreas-era video game. Those two aspects are offsetting each other with advantage in the concert which is the main theme for the anime.
Sound is rated A. Guaranteed by Elements Garden and Nana Mizuki, Synchrogazer stands out a lot for any other anime Opening track. The other songs featured varies in type, from upbeat in 'Gyakkou no Flugel' or something likely to an aria song which is the Zesshou.
Other songs also gained high value because of the interest of those song (proven by high traffic in my blog for those entries). Say like 'FLIGHT FEATHERS' by Nana Mizuki and 'Tsunaida Te Dake ga Tsumugu Mono' by Ayahi Takagaki that is very well-sung.
Characters is rated A due to the standard design. Play it safe, S.S.D.D.. On the one hand, there is a characters dead early in the anime which can be a severe penalty. This penalty is offset by further development which result in more or less idealistic characters.
Enjoyment is also rated A. Nothing much to be commented except the elegant battle. In some parts, there are yuri scene which can raise the score for enjoyment or reduce, depends on how one sees yuri scene. This enjoyment is also offset by partial nudity and NSFW (for some countries) battle dress.

R-15 anime, approaching ecchi anime with goddamn story. Overall, 9/10 equivalent to B+. The score is spread into :
Story : B+. A struggle of erotic writer (Taketo, male) in literally all aspect in his life. Particularly innovative, although retaining some aspect of harem. He's quite a fool not concealing his real name in such a kind of writing. The plot developed into romantic-mixed story after first quarter
Art : B+. Hard to say, but the artwork is very realistic; quite similar to animated photograph instead of hand-drawn pictures. Most girls are armed with boobs as a fanservice with notable exceptions for two girls : Fukune and
...
Kagaku. The mixture of oppai (boobs) and loli makes the anime eligible for A in art. Penalty was given for the censorship mechanism, a laser beam (reminding Indonesians for 2011 AFF Cup in their enemy's land)
Sound : A. No complaints, except a minor voice trap (female seiyuu voicing male characters), but it acts totally the opposite to add moeness effect for the male character.
Character : B-. Severe penalty on several aspect. For instance, Ran's hacking ability that claimed to be able to hack Pentagon's ICBM control system (another WTF!?) that even unconnected to any computer except parallel power supply. Also Ritsu's arousal problems. Those might be add fun factor, but when a funny thing is used excessively, it won't be funny anymore.
Enjoyment : A. Thanks to the BD-Rip, the laser is exterminated and all possible nudity under Jap's constitution is visible.
Totally good anime for those wishes to have an anime safe enough to be watched anytime anywhere and powerful enough to be fapped on

Mashiro-Iro Symphony (or whatever the hypenation), is more or less pretty good anime for harem. Instead of having a lucky bastard out there (S.S.D.D.), the main character (Shingo) gets one girl after a plot twist in middle of airing. Most fans gone rage after that twist, though. In one forum, they made a big GRP bet and lost after the twist.
The story is well-developed with some twist after first third (or half, or maybe quarter, depends on the definition of "plot twist" term). As an eroge derivative, none much expected from the story. Skip this part to avoid spoiler.
Mashiro-Iro's art is quite standard for anime.
...
This might be caused by the tendency to "play it safe" by making the character as normal as possible. The "normal" here is obviously moe for girls and average for boys. The environtment is also well-drawn, but there is a glitch. The cut-down tree in one very small spot, what's the point of having it?? Only the author knows.
The sound is unbalanced, that causes a penalty. Opening Song "Authentic Symphony" in Romaji is excellent, and that song is put on the primary playlist for some anime enthusiasts. Ending Song "Suisai Candy" is fall short of expectation, making that song is the source of penalty. Others are relatively fair with some fluctuations. Effects are standard, skip it.
Character is fine with something strange that causes a penalty. One character that also defy the basic laws is Miu's mother, which one can call as MILF. The character's heights are inversely proportional to their age (WTF!?).
For extreme case, Sakuno and Miu; Sakuno is still 15-16 yet 162 cms tall, she is still growing for another 2 years and she could simply as tall as 170 which is abnormal for Japan's standard (Japs normally have 158 for girls after growth age); Miu is 17-18 and 146 cms tall, that is also quite out of standard. No one knows what's in the designer's head.
Enjoyment achieve perfect score thanks to the fan-service after the second half. For instance, Miu just appeared naked in front of Shingo (WTF!?).

Well, La Corda D'Oro Summer Encore is one of the best one-shot anime in my disposal. The story revolves when literally all guys confessed to Kahoko. She just blushes, damn Kahoko! Female version of the lucky bastard : lucky bitch. The art is made in La Corda D'Oro anime version standard, no penalty. Sound, SSDD hence no penalty again. Character : slight penalty but not too severe because that lucky bitch really confused when 5-6 males confessed directly to her. Enjoyment?? No FS!! 2 point penalty!!

Masterpiece of Shojo!! Well, I can't help from making several fanfiction based on this. Although some of them are war-related FF. I prefer to enjoy the music instead of the romance because I'm a maturing man.
The story is extremely well-built to show who fights who to gain Kahoko's love. I know that such an anime wold be classified as shojo, but I took the wrong anime.
The art or the design is perfect. From the school's layout until Kahoko's bruises are well-drawn. Their clothing vary widely and used equally one another, depends on situation and airtime proportions. Nothing more expected.
Speaking of sound in music anime is
...
compulsory. The classical pieces are reduced in order to conserve time for romance. But we can find the original pieces in the classic collection. The Opening Song "Brand New Breeze" is extremely good, beyond perfect for an anime soundtrack. This song is made by classical music style, already giving vague idea how this anime will go.
The character is largely S.S.D.D. (short for "same shit different days", USMC term) with nothing much difference, only very rational appearance, I'll skip the bishonens because I'm not gay.
Enjoyment is also perfect. An exceptional fan-service is when so-called Yunoki-sama (I prefer to say U-know-kisama) is literally going to rape Kahoko (WTF!!), the scene is set, just do that and goodbye lucky bitch.
I like Shoko Fuyuumi, though. She makes me fapping on my imagination, damn you, little shy bitch!

For me, even though I'm male, I still like this kind of anime (some rumors told me that this is shojo). Then I thought that this anime is funny, especially Usui (he's rather crazy or easily speaking in my mother tongue : "sarap"). The art is typical shojo. The character development is rather ordinary and slow-paced
