Both have similar themes. They are connected by magical realism, along with deep friendships. Characters are forced to overcome hardships, and rely heavily on friendship. Both will hit you in the feels as well!

Both of these series had incredible writing. The stories were well woven, and will keep you guessing. Great evolution, great pacing, are two common themes shared by these series.

Both Series have similar themes. Whether it be monsters eating humans, or humans becoming monsters, both are similar in the sense they have a lot of conflict and fighting, as well as great character development. The biggest difference between the two is the setting(s).
