I really like the story, my only problem is the pacing or the art. One of the best plots I've read in awhile actually, which is a shame. The MC comes of dumb even for her age, but as the story goes on you realize you sold the story short by not thinking of it in a more complex way and just accepting it as you read it. Well at least on my part, and I can say I was pleasantly surprised in that aspect. The character development is great, and no one seems like someone who's just there to be there.
When I was
...
on the last few chapters regarding fully catching up, I found myself getting disappointed because I felt we should be further along in the story. With the fact that chapters are only updated once a month, I decided to not read any more of it until it is completely finished so I don't torture myself further.

If you’re looking for something to read while waiting on MHA chapters, defiantly start this. It’s pretty freaking amazing, dare I say better or at least almost as good as the original? The MC is sooo adorable and I like his story a lot, so I get just excited when new chapters are released for this as I do when MHA chapters are released.
First of all, I love how the story doesn’t feel like it’s even a spinoff. I often find myself saying that I can’t wait until he has a run in with Deku and gets added to the main cast. It’s aligned
...
with the current arc MHA is on as of now, so they’re pretty much dealing with the same problem. It’s great to see how non-heroes are handling the situation.
I think the characters are the most lovable part of this manga. At first, I figured the MC would be annoying and repetitive because Deku already has the role of “underdog with a glow up”, but it somehow manages to make this MC kinda sorta the same without it being the same kind of situation if that makes sense.

I was looking through their other works and found this. Boy, was I in for a huge surprise lol. Had to recheck and make sure it was written by the same person.
Bit odd, but I read it anyways. I feel like we could’ve been given a bit more information regarding her background. I won’t say what the situation was, but I was really wondering how she got out of it. The little girl started off cute, but then I feel like she started to come off more “mature” than someone her age should sound so to speak. No kids going to come out of that
...
situation minus the “lel, all men are the same’. The guy left me with an icky feeling, so if that’s what was meant to happen (I assume it was), then that’s an A+. I recommend reading it if you want something quick to read that is still pretty interesting and messed up.

The most hard hitting thing about this manga is that it’s a true story. I read through it and didn’t have much of a reaction because I was assuming it was something someone messed up in the head, or someone trying to bring awareness came up with, but I feel like it would’ve been completely different if I had known it was a true story from the start.
The story was fine for the most part, just a bit generic. I don’t know if that’s the writing itself or just the way things actually unfolded so I gave it two points. Outside of that, it
...
covered every base it needed to. Even without knowing what I was reading was real, I still stayed interested through the whole thing. It drove home the point that peer pressure and fear can do a lot. At the beginning, you think MC is the biggest asshole on earth, but I personally ended up having a bit of sympathy for his situation.
The character development was also pretty great, but I would find myself thinking “no one would have that reaction in real life” or “no one actually says that”, which is a vital flaw when trying to retell someone’s story. Fictional stories sometimes get a pass in that area, but nonfictional titles should be as realistic as possible if the author has to fill in the blanks in some aspects. That being said, it’s easy to see things from most characters’ perspectives. I also liked how she didn’t give the bully some backstory about how his parents beat him or something, trying to make excuses for his actions. That’s not always the reality, and sometimes people are just assholes. I’m glad I’m finally seeing someone not push the narrative that we should pity evil people.

I loved this anime, all in all. I've liked it every since I was a kid. However, I didn't enjoy the insane amount of fillers. If they would've stuck to the main plot, I would have no complaints as for as plot goes.
Many people say that the season went bad after the (I'll say it this way so that it's not a spoiler) big fight, but I disagree. As far as character development goes, continuing the story was a good move. I'm not only here for one set of foes, I'm here for Ichgo and the supporting characters.
I gave sound a nine because
...
I didn't enjoy the changes the made in the voicing. I figured most of that couldn't be helped, therefore I only deducted one point.
I give it an overall nine simply because of the miner bugs in this seasons.
The final episode was the best I could've asked for. I would love to see another season.
