It's not an isekai! It's a fantasy action comedy and a good one at that. The characters are not very deep, but at least they have real characterisation, clear motivations and personalities.
The animation is always decent, there's not much sakuga but the show never looks bad either.
Touga, the main character has very strong a personality: he's pervy but still strong willed, smarter than he looks and heroic. He's also not over powered and him figuring out clever strategies to beat his opponents has been the most entertaining part of the show besides the amazing opening.
