For this review, I'd be considering both seasons.
Seitokai no Ichizon is one of those anime that is solely existent for the purpose of comedy. It makes use of a lot of references (a few of which I don't understand).
Story: 5
ERROR 404: NOT FOUND
Well for the most part, it does not have a story, nor a plot twist. If anything, watch episode 0 of season 2: it is rather inspiring.
Art: 8
Good artwork. Nothing much to say.
...
Sound: 8
Awesome VA! So-so OP and EDw. BGMs and SFXs are enhancing the jokes and puns, which is good.
Character: 10
Strongest point of the series. It is because of the characters that the jokes are well-done. All the characters are likeable. Their conversations will keep you awake. Although not evident at first glance, character development is existent.
Enjoyment: 10
This is one of the anime that I keep watching every now and then. And every time I do, I keep laughing. Never bored with it. High rewatch value.
Overall: 8
A good anime to watch. Probably a good idea to watch it twice if ever it's your first time watching it.

To save myself some time, I'll write this review considering both seasons and the OVA.
Let me say this beforehand: some details were changed from the light novel, some of which are major details. (What those are is up to you to find out.) And the anime did not cover all of the light novel. Nevertheless, Baka to Test is still one of the best anime out there, and is a classic must-watch. The review will be based solely on the anime.
Story - 10
Baka to Test has a very interesting premise: a school where you "fight" for your classroom status based on your score tests. That
...
in itself was enough for me to grab this anime to my watch list. The story has a nice plot twists on it. Very humorous. The side stories does not bore you, and develops the characters thoroughly.
I have no negative thoughts to say.
Art - 7
Wasn't good nor bad. Just average, in my opinion.
Sound - 8
Awesome VA. Good OP and ED. My fave: Getsuyuo wa Kirai (OVA ED)
Character - 10
Nice lineup of characters. Each one of the usual cast is more or less developed, and suits the series well. Each one has uniqueness. They were able to enhance the beauty of the already good premise, which led to a well-told story.
Enjoyment - 10
I can't help but enjoy this. High rewatch value.
Overall - 9
I'd say: YOU ARE MISSING OUT A LOT IF YOU HAVEN'T WATCHED BAKA TO TEST!
Why not 10? Unfinished.

I remember when I first watched To Love Ru (TLR) back in Nov 2011. Being the very first anime I watched, I really liked it up to the point of rewatching it 4x. I could say TLR is the one that piqued my interest towards anime, all thanks to a friend of mine. However, having watched more anime later on, my opinion of TLR have changed.
Story - 6
"I LOOOOOVE TLR! I kept laughing throughout the show. Although yeah, there are some fillers in the show that I got bored with. It's rather amusing how the MC keeps on failing to clear misunderstandings, ends up in
...
outworldly situations, yet does not end up being hated by the girls around him. I also liked the last episodes. A real conflict came up, that semi-dramatic finale, and a very heart-warming ending. Score: 9!"
And that's what I thought back then. Because I liked the series so much, I ended up reading the manga after watching season 2. I have noticed that much of the anime is different from the manga, with the exception of few episodes. That did not change my opinion of TLR.
Right now, I definitely don't hate TLR S1, but it does not have anything particular to stand out.
After watching more anime, I rewatched TLR again December last year because I kinda forgot the story and wanted to watch season 3. What can I say. It ain't as good as back then. Ain't as funny back then. [There are anime that never fails to keep me laugh (or keep me interested) whenever I watch it.] I realized that this was your typical harem anime. There wasn't much substance nor story.
Art - 8
Considering its a 2008 anime, I think its art is pretty good for its time. The girls are freakin' kawaii~!
Sound - 10
I liked all 3 songs, especially the 2nd ED. I had that song looped in my MP3 for some time back then. It really matches up Haruna's feelings (who happens to be the spotlight of the ED), be it the lyrics or the sound, and left me a rather strong impact. Nice VA for all, by the way.
Character - 8
I don't particularly like or hate anyone, but for some reason, all the characters in TLR are essential to keep the enjoyment of this series. My most fave: Kotegawa Yui.
Enjoyment - 7
I had fun when I first watched it. I had fun rewatching it immediately after watching it. Not worth rewatching in a future time, though.
Overall - 7 (I probably rated 9 back in 2011)
TLR ain't a bad series at all. In fact, I owe my love for anime to TLR.
There are better anime series in the line of romcoms. TLR focuses on the comedy/ecchi part rather than the romance, which could be a turn off for some. (In the genre of ecchi anime, this one has the upper hand, though.)
Does this mean that you should skip TLR and proceed to the better anime romcoms? NO. It's worth watching it. And you won't be able to enjoy the next seasons (which are, in my opinion, are better than S1) without watching this, so...
(Currently watching season 4.)

In my opinion, this one wasn't able to be on par with its predecessor. Albeit having the same concept, the series wasn't able to maintain its enjoyability.
To be honest, I had high hopes for this one. With my high regards to the first season, I was expecting something better. First episodes were actually good. The concept of GGO is nice: exploiting one's weakness while unconscious. It is indeed another risk of the VMMORPG system. Also, the battles were quite good.
But that's the only good thing I saw here. A total letdown, IMO.
The pacing is rather slow. The GGO end is rather anticlimatic. The events after
...
GGO is rather boring. The side characters have no real relationship with the actual story (maybe it could've been less annoying if they had less appearances, or had side stories, idk really, but it's annoying).
Unlike the first season, rather than a series of stories within the world of GGO, it became a one loooooooong chit-chat and flashbacks.
On a side note, also presented in the show is the possibility of virtual reality in palliative care. But yeah, it seemed to lack enjoyment as well.
Overall, it really is a letdown.

Time travel isn't a new concept in the entertainment industry. Many movies, anime, reads, and others are out there.
Steins;Gate. Almost skipped it because I have no idea what the freakin' title means. So I checked it out in MAL, and surprised to see it in top anime list (#1 back then). So I decided to download and watch it.
First impression: I think it sucks. Back then I was rather new to anime, so I more or less was more of discriminative in art. Compared to what I preciously watched, this seemed to be lacking in color and art. I felt like switching to another
...
anime and delay the watching of this series. But I didn't. Told myself this won't be liked by others and won't be recommended to me by my friend for nothing.
First few episodes are kind of boring: no action, all talk, slow developments. All of them seem irrelevant and unrelated. But little did I know that the small pieces of information from the early episodes will lead to a super climatic climax! Little by little did the mysteries unfold, and deep emotions of sadness, despair, regret, etc engrave onto the hearts of the viewers. Those moments of shock and suspense were indispensable. And as the anime came to an end, it didn't feel lacking at all: perfectly told story, so I thought.
Steins;Gate is so far my most favorite anime. Rewatched it again earlier this year, and yes, this still remains my most favorite anime.

SAO has a very nice concept: a virtual reality with limitless possibilities. Admit it: we want a place outside reality where we could do what we want. We sometimes wish that the virtual world becomes our reality. And here is a story about that.
Many players in-game found more meaning and enjoyment in their life inside Aincrad. People inside ALO experienced how it is to fly. Many impossibilities are made possible, thanks to VMMORPGs.
However, the series also shows its disadvantages and possible dangers within (i.e. players unable to logout hence trapping them, and the possibility to forcefully control another person's emotions). Bad people use this to
...
exploit others' weaknesses and used it for their own gain.
The concept may not be very original (I really don't know because it's the first of its kind I watched), but SAO certainly did a good job in portraying its intended message.
And that's why I'm giving this series a good ol' 9. Although others did not like ALO arc or the series as a whole, I have no reason to hate either arcs nor the series.

Just so you know I read the light novels (10 volumes), so I have more or less a point of comparison and reference.
Let me tell you how good it is. First 2 episodes ended me up watching the whole series in 2 sittings (12 or 13 eps/day, which is very abnormal IMO) and ended up rewatching 2 more times and reading the novel in a span of 2months.
Toradora. Most people have no idea what the title means. Neither did I when I saw this the first time. I assumed it was some typical rom-com story of unrequited love. And yes, it's exactly like that in
...
the first episodes.
However, as the story and characters began to develop, it presents something deeper than just simple romance. Cherishing friendship, staying in "comfort zones," letting go, et cetera. It doesn't focus on the shallow side of romance. And that's what sets it apart from other anime of same genre.
One very strong point: character development.
One weakness: it was rushed towards the end. The anime somewhat drifted from the novel in around ep 22+ (i think). So I recommend reading the novel at least from V7 onwards (better if you read from the start, of course).
Nevertheless, the anime is very very good and is recommended to everyone.

OreGairu at first glance makes you think of the harem stereotype: MC initially has 2 girls and will increase as story goes on, or one of those stories where MC is initially a sore loser but rises up in the social ladder. (Well, that's my first impression at the very least) But looks are deceiving: there's more than meets the eye.
OreGairu is more of a slice of life and POV (point of view) than a romance story.
MC is a loner, has corrupt beliefs, is anti-social, has a bad reputation, and a heart of steel, yet holds a strong self-awareness and is rather smart. Those
...
108 skills he is proud of isn't for show. His intelligent monologues, ability to read beyond a person's words and actions, and deep thinking continue to amaze me.
The characters are all very good. Each one of them has a representation in today's society, hence making the anime all the more realistic. How the MC deals with them (and their problems) is basically what the series is about.
If were talking about the anime per se, OreGairu definitely gets 10. The anime was able to get the storyline intact, and is enjoyable as it is. It's a good anime to recommend to others.
However, it lacked character development compared to the novel, and some events were omitted. With that, it is not surprising why the anime is underrated. This one should be enjoying a 9+ rating, IMO.

To start off, this easily became one of my favorite anime. Having watched this the first time November 2013 when it had only like 3 or 4 episodes aired, I was expecting this series to last for around 20+ episodes. However, my high hopes were crushed when I saw at the end of episode 9 that the next will be the final one.
Story: 9
While many people think the series' story is pointless, I personally like it and I think it is one of the strong points of this anime in which the humor and enjoyment is crafted from. Also, personally, I like anime with OP
...
being cursed and thus rendered helpless, so it could be a factor on why I gave a 9.
Art: 8
The art is good. I liked all the character designs, especially Ouka, Chocolat, and Seira. Not much to say here, though.
Sound: 10
OP and ED is especially terrific! OP matched the series well, being bouncy and all. ED is one of my favorite songs now, but it seemed to be out of place for the anime. Still, thumbs up.
Character: 8
I liked all the characters' personalities, but not enough to give a 10.
Enjoyment: 10
All episodes never failed to make me laugh out loud in one point or another.
Overall: 9
-1 for incomplete material. Overall, it's a very nice anime. I really really hope for a 2nd season, but I highly doubt it with the things they are now.

---As of Episode 6 release---
Being someone who watched the past 2 seasons, I'd say so far, this season is quite a turn-off for me. As comparison, season 1 somehow left an impact on me, having a dramatic ending and all. Plus each episode is nice to watch. Season 2 is so-so, more like it was meant to be that way: no big conflicts whatsoever. Because of that, I was expecting something bigger for season 3.
However, it seems that the plot of this season has little to none connection with the past two seasons. Pointless stories each episode, more side characters suddenly popping out, more pointless
...
fan service, no character development.
That aside, the art is very nice; the one thing I truly enjoyed. The VA, OP, and ED are good, but nothing noteworthy.
Now, I'm hoping that the next episodes will change my view of this season. To be updated after the season ends.
