The show itself was okay, the direction that they took with it however made it feeling like a moving manga, it felt very much like Blue Lock, however at the end of it all, there wasn't some banger episode that made watching it over reading it worth it. I do love this series and the characters and the show does not do them justice, take the scene of Shiho ripping her love letter, it made me feel... nothing. When I had initially read that scene it stirred something up within me, but watching it? Really pales in comparison. If you love these characters as well,

The show had great potential, yet even with all the places it could have went, it seemingly went nowhere. Very lackluster and it feels like a fairly lazy rewrite of Lelouche's story all over again. I don't think I have ever been so disappointed with an ending ever, but this one truly falls below any standard. The character development felt terrible, sacrifices felt as if they existed for shock value. there never felt like a real leverage to the Neo Britannian had over the Black Knights, there shouldn't be any realistic reason that an organization as big as the Black Knights left the Neo Britannian
