Both anime have an only male transferred into an all-girls school setting, with both MC's being able to use an ability which only females can use. One of the major difference is that IS is set in a sci-fi setting, while STnBD has a fantasy like world. Blade dance is pretty much like IS but with a beter MC.

Both anime have similar moods and atmosphere and is also centered on romance with complex relationships. NagiAsu and Glasslip are both located in a port town while the former having an added fantasy genre with people living under the sea.

...then you might like No Game No Life add

Main characters in both anime are seriously overpowered and smart and feel out of place in their respective worlds, but in NGNL the MC's have no physical ability while the other has complete physical prowess. Both have a similar concept of being thrown into unknown worlds with the same system where conflicts are solved by games but with preset rules to follow.

Nagi-Asu and Ano-Natsu both share a similar atmosphere and focus on developing the character's feelings and relationships. Both anime have selfless characters which lead to complicated relationship problems and also has a love polygon which causes drama and distress within the cast. They also have a similar fantasy setting but while Ano-Natsu deals with aliens in space the other focuses on people living underwater and on land.
