Honestly so good, if you like tactical war, or even war and historical anime in general this is a must watch for those facts alone. When you through in let the characters and improved graphics and marvelous story you get a 10/10.
Xin's growth is so good and the first 3 seasons really do a great job of depicting it.
This show is very bingeworthy, to be honest I tried watching kingdom when it first came out. I failed. I get a few episodes in I think to the poison villian at the old mountain people temple place and I just stopped, and then forgot ... about it for awhile then when season 3 came out I was like damn this looks dope, so I binged, and cut up about half way through season 3 airing and I finished it week by week. The point being is that some anime are binge worthy but are not so good to watch and kinda a drag individually that is not so with Kingdom, it is both. Especially season 3 because it is pretty much one big long complex war. So while it may seem like a dragged out arc/war it isn't because their is so much going on. Lots of characters get redemption and a cool main " villian" is introduced, a formidable general " tactician" on the other side. I know the other seasons had formidable generals but they were just raw strength this was the first time we really had to see the tactical side of war, and not Xin growing stronger then beating people with his raw strength. While that still happens, it can only happen because of the tactics.
So much fun to watch, and it still manages to have funny moments without seeming forced.
The gender check moment was great, and it was cool to see some of the side characters get development to.
What really capped of this season as a 10 was the Kings devolpment, he went from , a long from attaining his dream, to setting the foundation and striding towards it. And because he did that it forced Xin to step up and now Xin is batting at the plate of accomplishing his dreams instead of hoping to get on deck someday. ( sorry for the baseball analogy)
A masterpiece really no complaints.

Black Lagoon is a classic, and Revy if her personality wasn't meh and development basis non existent ( I mean character wise not physically, physically she is quite well developed and an excellent character. ;) ) Is close to being a S Tier waifu, but due to her non charector development for me she is a borderline A tier waifu.. anyhow I digress. The story is pretty much a bunch of mini series in one with not much plot growth, if their really is a plot. Which is fine, but this isn't exactly a slice of life, or a comedy so ... some plot would have been nice. Its basically just Rock, getting screwed over in the beginning and slowly coming to terms with that fact, while being slightly more positive about it then the rest of the case.
The show is definitely worth watching because its iconic and classic, the submarine arc is really good, and the maid arc, is kind of cringe but cool I guess.
Probably my favorite moment is when Rock stands up to Revy, this is pretty much the most development of any charector we get, which is cool but at the same time Revy pretty much is like I am not going to change because screw that. Which I guess is just who she is but, its sorta frustrating because it leaves her charector as a hot gun slinging angry tough girl. She is a great charector and Rock is a decent ' support' main charector but at the end of the day that lack of devolpment pretty much defines black lagoon its a show with good art for its time decent sound track about a bad b*tch who sling guns that she ironically named cutlasses.
Overall I would say watch it, because it is enjoyable and its becoming a " cult classic" but don't expect to find the greatest show on earth.

This is a show you could sum up in one word " Wholesome"
Sadly MAL won't let me do that for a review so you have to listen to me talk some more.
I have only seen 3 episodes at this time and I will definitely finish but I can tell just from here the rest of the show will be the same and have the same flow.
Essentially there is a restaurant that is a Western style restaurant that serves for the most part ' authentic Japanese cuisine', For 6 days it is open to Japan for the last day of the week its customers ... come through a door that is only open on that day and that door appears in different worlds in different places and allows them to eat there and experience a new cuisine and have great food.
More then that it often provides and escape and place to experience new food.
The characters are all decently made and wholesome their is some fantasy drama in each side charector that comes to the restaurant but nothing extreme.
They come eat their food receive hope and a full belly.
I would like to give it a 10/10 because it is just so wholesome but their just isn't very much story and the episodes get repetitive each but are just so wholesome you don't really mind.

This is how Love is war should be all the time. You still have your love battles, and your funny moments, but you spend the first bit on ' fleshing' out the characters along with having cute accidents.
Like watching them help each other get the Soap out of the drain was such a wholesome and lovely moment, with great sound to.
The magazine they happened to find showed a man's pride and a man's weakness at the same time and also revealed that even amongst other weaknesses pride is a man's greatest weakness if only they had taken the magazine in the beginning ... after giving into man's other great weakness then they would have been able to enjoy forever, and make connections to their friends forever. Sadly pride won and the magazine was lost for good.
My only regret with this episode was in the swimsuit part all of the side characters had the same body type and were doing the same thing jiggling around which I did appreciate but come on A-1 diversity is always a good thing mix in some size differences you know?

I found this anime cause its one of the only if not the only ' archery' type anime out there. There are a few anime's that use archers in them in fact in most fantasy - medieval anime they may be quite prevalent but this is the only anime out there solely about archery. Technically its about Kyūdō which is a Japanese form of martial art but it is archery just with more philosophical meaning attached. Anyhow.
Similar to my review of 2.43 at times the blushing and charector seem a little yaoi but it isn't. For all you yaoi fans you ... can still imagine it, for for all of us who dislike yaoi rest at ease this is a safe show for you to watch. While this show is fairly cliché it also goes into some fairly deep things. Which is good cause otherwise it would be a very subpar anime that just happened to be about archery. But the main charector is dealing with Target panic not only did it obviously effect his sports it also effected his friendships and his mental state. Though these experiences he is able to help the others around him with their issues as well as he grows through his one. Overall it is a fairly generic sports anime with fairly generic charector but the unique sport which I happen to love and the deeper things to add up to make it an 8. Watch it its enjoyable

Before finishing the series I had it as an 8 after finishing it it went done to a 7 because they wasted almost a whole episode on a annoying character who sucks. But overall it is a decent Isekai type anime. The big difference or idea at the end is the ' heroes' are the virtual ones. This is a good twist and it is cool to see Yatsuya's personality the other two supporting chicks are decent, and the knight lady Kavel was maybe the second best written charector but the Otaku chick is just so worthless and dumb it really effects the ... show as a whole I could barely watch episode 11 because she was featured in it. Then in episode 12 she tells the other about what Yatsuya did and totally throws him under the bus even though at best she was an accomplice,

It is a pretty decent volleyball anime with slight Yaoi vibes yet not yaoi which is good because Yaoi is not my cup of tea.... Anyhow I digress... The leads are a setter who struggled with being better then his teammates I guess similar to Kageyama from Haikyuu if you really wanted to make the comparison. Of course, he has the other lead his childhood friend to go through some ups and downs and together they make a strong duo backed by two experienced 3rd years and decent role players. One of the supporting members on a different team has ... a freind that got hurt freshman year and became manager instead, Subaru is trying to carry his friend to the center court yet he himself struggles with knee injuies that he is withholding from his friend and coach even though he won't be able to play for 2 years in college this leads to a decent plot point as he tries to carry his injured friend manager to the' center court' whilst having a injury looming in his face how would his teammates feel if they knew gasp.... Anyhow . thus leads up to the finale of the show. Meanwhile the main team is of course also aiming for center court for the 3rd years and also due to the Setter's Haijama's supreme competitivity and skill while the main charector the hitter just kinda tags along and gets better so he can play alongside Haijama. Overall, its a decent story, with decent execution. I would probably rate it lower but its volleyball and I like volleyball.

I binged this season and the first season super fast, stayed up way later then I should have on work days. But I just couldn't stop, the way the characters interact is fantastic Miyoshi is super kawaii. Seeing some Mangaka fall others rise, and still more stabilize is great and is cool to see how the rise and fall of others effect the dynamics among the characters. The sound track is kinda meh overall it is very well used in hyped moments so you always know when something baller is happening or a gag is happening because of the soundtrack
10/10 Fastest ... bing I have done in years.

I gave the story an 8 because I am only to watch 4 episodes of this. Because that is the only English I can find.... However, this is the best Chinese anime I have seen Kings Avatar may be better but only because it is fully translated. I found it while watching amvs on YouTube and had to find it. This would be a hit if translated completely into English. A billiards competitive anime with a cute feisty female lead? Amazing. It really saddens me that this doesn't get to have its chance in the lime light. The only other Billiards anime I can ... think of is sort of Death Parade....

I know the excuses ' its for kids' ' its to long' look this show will became a part of your life before you know it and will change it for the better. Just Watch it. Oda Sensei is a master and created a master piece. The anime Pacing can be bad sometimes and if you get to the point go read the manga and watch the anime ... for what it is, a adaptation of a masterpiece.
