Absolutely criminal that this anime does not get more recognition. It is worth every bit of your attention and a must watch for people who like fantasy comedy anime such as Cautious Hero. Comedy is over the top while having an underlying serious plotline. Characters are fleshed out and have their own motivations. Main character is just a hilarious degenerate but even then he is not a bad person. Also the OP is an absolute banger. If this anime had been longer I probably would have given it a 10. Incredible anime and I hope it gets a season 2. Watch it, seriously.

Anime caught my attention at first and it was interesting. Sadly though, the first episode is the best episode of the series, it just went downhill from there. The characters are bland and I don't enjoy a single one of their personalities. If you asked me who my favorite character is right now it would be the dog because the dog doesn't talk. This has to be one of the most underrated shows of the season because it is much better than its low MAL score would suggest. There are many ways in which I think this show shines better than people may think.
The characters: Karla is a rude and ignorant dark elf that is supposedly a healer, but it's funny because the moment that you think she has good intentions, Alvin reveals that she was actually thinking of someway to benefit herself like an egotistical lunatic. The show revolves around interactions between them and I can see how some may find Karla really annoying, but I think that ...

I expected this anime to be pretty weird, but really it has its own charm. The more I watched this short anime, the more I wished that it was full length. Art: 9 Sound: 8 First off, the atmosphere is great, there are plenty of little details that make every scene nice to look at. That is only exemplified because the art style is vibrant but simple enough that you are not overwhelmed.
