RWBY anime turned out to be somewhat disappointing.
Last ditch to save the dying franchise failed on me. Sloppy pacing, with ok character development. Strange, certainly confusing for newcomers plot, with good animation. This anime was all over the place. As someone who watched the original, but was never a fan of it I wasn't impressed with the overall quality of this anime. Definitely do not recommend it as an entrance to RWBY franchise.

Story There's nothing to the story. Time travel concept turns out to be boring, non-important side missions, and most obvious plot-twists. Inconsistent, episodic structure made me feel like there was no stakes, the anime didn't give me a reason to actually care whether the androids succeed or not. It was a different plot every few episodes, that way my interest slowly started fading. Animation is pretty good, WIT studio did a great job with certain fight scenes. I didn't like creepily looking realistic style that they used sometime, but that's depends on the preference. Art is ok at most, but ... Mar 30, 2021

So, Wonder Egg Priority.
Interesting show to say the least, it's up to interpretation either this show is good or a complete garbage. Well I will explain to you why this is an outstanding show, the best of winter season 2021. Story: Story is pretty simple and you could get it from the premise, but basically it's a bunch of teens fighting against depression and suicidal thoughts in human form. Every episode is a one week adventures, roughly connected with one another. An evil force is mostly metaphorical, rather than being a real thing, but as show goes on we uncover some stuff in reality also. As a standalone ... |
