No review for this anime yet? Of course, since this anime is so old and about unpopular game. Bi-daman is the kind of kiddy game that only played by elementary student, or may be I'm wrong for these days. Putting a marble in a robotic toy and then pushing a button to shoot it out is something fool I think. However, lets tell anything else about the anime instead of the game.
No doubt that some exaggeration need to be added into the anime. So many game animes need it in order to serve better trick, no, story i mean. This anime is also like that.

The protagonist named Tamago (I'm sure that means fried egg) is an ordinary kid who really loves marbles. Ancient Japan folks said that a marble contained a soul. So feel the spirit by playing it. A supranatural thing so just deal with that even though i used to play it a lot when child. And thanks to certain another anti-hero named Gunma so that he was acquainted with the game. Gunma was professional bidaman player who could shoot accurately with some awesome trick. Somehow, there was a chance that made Tamago demonstrate his skill in playing bidaman. That was his first time but somewhat he could clamp the toy between his legs and with some pressure he pressed a ring like thing in the bidaman belly and then shot it out. With kamehame-like-shot he launched the marble and hit the target tremendously. Ganwa just dropped his jaw seeing it and then assumed him as rival. Then the hero and anti-hero made a team to join various tournaments. As usual game anime, many enemies with sadistic scene appeared. Even old hag with muscles joined the game, what the heck. Of course a hottie is also needed and she joined their team.
For kids, one thing that can be attractive is the model of bidaman. That mini-gundam-thing has so many various models. It was so sophisticated and fooled no attracted me to keep watching all of the episodes. Many bidaman technologies appeared later and that just made the toys more look like a shooting machine. So just gather the kids and make their eyes shine by watching these stuffs.

So long since my last review.So, i will introduce you all to my happy childhood manga, Cyborg Kuro-chan. Omg, i just forget about what year was that, but i am sure that i read this manga when i was middle - schooler (about 2000-2002 i guess). I won't write about the mangaka, author, director, producer, or all things that excluded from the story. I'm bad about that and also will never want to know it instead. Just about the story

watched the anime, i should say that is totally different from the manga. Perhaps you knew it better than me that sometimes anime was produced differently from the manga on purpose. The causes are varied and one of them is the manga serves darker story than the anime and it is not supposed to be watched by children even they served so kiddy kind of characters.Yup, the manga of cyborg kuro-chan is that kind of thing. The manga is much darker than the anime. However, if you enjoy about the kind of psychological stories, maybe you should take a glance into this one.
Kuro is a common name for black pet in Japan. Sometimes it is translated by 'blackie' in English because refers to the color of the pet's fur or skin. Not different, the main character of this manga is male pitch black cat in both of the color and background. Basically, he is a stray cat who lives in the band of cats that have no different fate with him. They lived together, shared everything that they had, and also fought to save each other. He took the lead of the band and accompanied by his comrade named Matatabi. Somehow Matatabi lost his eye because of certain battle. But it does make him looks like veteran of battle that already feels the tarty of fighting. Someday the band was totally ripped out. They lost all of their precious friends because of brutal attack from another band. Like mainstream leader that usually we see, Kuro wanted to take revenge and recklessly charged the enemy by himself. That made Matatabi as him comrade can not just do nothing. The result is clear, they were dying after beating a ton of stray cat. Insane scientist named Dr.Go found him and modified him in order to strengthen his chance of life. Yup, like in the robocop, a new life that granted by cybernation. Kuro is alive and masters a ton of artillery which ready to annihilate his enemy. Go's objective is dominating the world, however Kuro just assumes it as pain in the ass, so he won't join him. Go feels like betrayed and then tries to defeat him. But he made a mistake that actually Kuro is his masterpiece. He is so strong and unbeatable. Even Go had made his rival named Mi who inherited the same technology as him. It's still piece of cake for Kuro. His ability is not wasted, he involved into certain adventures that make him to go all out in order to defeat the enemy. Accompanied by his old comrade, Matatabi, he keeps fighting various kind of mech-enemies includes Go that never gives up to control him again.
Bloody battles are served in this manga. You can imagine all of those gore scenes completed by those amputation things. But there are just cat corpses here instead of human. Like torturing animal eh? It's up to you to comment and assume. However, the comedy is still a strong part of this manga. Dirty jokes, kiddy jokes, even boring jokes can be found. I remember there are two electric poles who claimed themselves as married couple and aliens as well. Absurd isn't it? So if still difficult about imagining what kind of story it is. It’s me again. It has been a while since my last review. Naruto, if you even don’t know about this one then go home. I’m sure you’re already drunk. Kidding. But, seriously, I so doubt you have watched anime if you never look at this story. So, today I wanna tell you about one of the most precious Japanese manga ever.

should say it since if you’re Naruto’s big fans like me I’m certain occasionally you have forgotten that this story is based on Dragon Ball. Why? Because it’s hundred times greater than its predecessor I think.
I would like to start some sort synopsis here. It’s all about the story of ninja. Surprisingly, Naruto begins in a normal mainstream story. Naruto’s complete name is Uzumaki Naruto. He lives in a certain ninja village named Konoha-gakurei. It means “hidden leaf village” in English. It’s located in fire nations. In Naruto’s era, ninjas aren’t longer grouped based on family names. They already formed organizations and stay there like the other normal people. They have family, house, school, job, and friend like ordinary villagers. There’s no secret identity anymore in ninja’s life. Even they don’t need a mask and they also can walk freely in vicinity of village everyday as they want. Ninjas use a specific power named Chakra. Using chakra allows you to do something incredible like walking on the wall or water, detecting someone’s presence, healing some wounds, even annihilating enemy. Chakra users are categorized into several levels. The first stage of chakra user, usually beginner ninja, is named Genin. The second stage is named Chuunin. If they want to be a chuunin they have to pass an extreme hard exam. But sometimes there are talented kid ninjas that be able to surpass the exam easily even they can beat chuunin effortlessly. Ninja’s villages develop their economic growth with funds from several jobs called mission. Ninjas have to accomplish certain missions which are given by someone or something and then earn money. Ninja’s missions are also leveled into some stages which start from easy until hard and very hard. During the missions, ninjas usually have confrontation with the other ninjas from different village. And they also often lose their soul because of that. Village’s head ninja is called bla-bla-bla-“kage”. I mean, it depends on where the nation is. There are five nations. Each nation is named based on the style of chakra. There are only five kinds of chakra : fire “katon”, water “suiton”, earth “doton”, wind “fuuton” and the last one is thunder “ration”. But high level chakra users can combine several kinds of those cahakras and then use them at the same time. They’re called “kekkai genkai” It produces new techniques like wood style “mokuton”, particle style “jinton”, etc.
So, when Naruto was a child he was a troublesome kid. He did a lot of prank to other villager. Many villagers hated him because of his attitude. Actually the cause of villager hatred isn’t merely about his impolite behavior. The Demon Fox a.k.a Kyuubi. Kyuubi is one of the nine tailed beast “bijuu” that had served a lot of disaster in the village for long time ago. He killed many villager and Konoha’s ninja who wanted to stop him. Tailed beast is like sacred animal which could produce a huge mass of chakra. It inhuman power can annihilate a city only in a sec. Several ninjas managed a plan for muffling bijuu’s anger. They developed a special ninja technique which can seal these mystical beasts into human body. Humans who have sealed bijuu in their body are named Jiinchuriki. They can obtain an infinity amount of cakra because of the sealed bijuu. Naruto is the Jinchuriki of the strongest bijuu, Kyuubi. Naruto always has a dream to be a Hokage. He will do everything to keep his dream. But unfortunately he is slow to learn about some ninja techniques. He had a rival named Sasuke Uchiha who always pisses him off. Sasuke is the genius pupil. He is from elegant family which ever exist in Konoha called Uchiha. Every Uchiha inherits a rare ninja ocular technique Sharigan. With this Sharigan things they can perform godlike ninja techniques like copying an opponent tech, identifying enemy movement and making an illusion “genjutsu”. Sasuke is the kind of person who’s always seeking for greater and greater power. He never satisfies about what he has had. Sasuke betrayed his village and then decided to follow previous Konoha’s traitor ninja named Orochimaru. In fact, Naruto was being chased by a dark ninja organization named Akatsuki. Their objective was collecting all of bijuu’s power. He knew that he was targeted. But Naruto never holds back. He and other Konoha’s ninja were ready to hunt Akatsuki. That was not easy because all of Akatsuki member have demonic power and forbidden ninja technique. Naruto lost several comrades during the battle with Akatsuki.
My opinion :
Plus :
- This story serves two big moral values. There are determination and idealism. To be honest, Naruto is the kind of hopeless person who is slow to learn about something. He’s really different with Sasuke who can repeat a lesson flawlessly with a single glance. But that weakness can be overcome with determination and keep trying. There was an arc when he almost died because of training methods. In the end he can’t master it correctly but he found other method to use that tech. Well, “Going my way” is the one of Naruto’s motto. Naruto is a person with high idealism too. You know, when people have idealism, usually their idealism will be getting faded if they face a huge hindrance. They will start thinking that their first goal is impossible. But Naruto is not like that. He faced a painful fact that his beloved person was killed. He also knew the gap between his power and enemy’s power is intolerable. Instead of giving up, he just kept struggling with a smile in his face. His idealism will never be faded.
- Just an ordinary people. Seriously, I’m getting tired when I read a manga which serves a perfect protagonist. They always have a victory in every match. Even they often defeat their enemy with a single blow. But for Naruto, being defeated by enemy is a common. I counted there were several battles when Naruto should totally accept his loses. One of them is first battle with Sasuke. Sasuke might kill him whenever he wants.
- Epic drama. This is story with the best drama I ever read. Naruto isn’t only hero here. Several characters in this story are even more heroic than Naruto, according to me. Say it like Uchiha Itachi, Namikaze Minato, Jiraya, etc. Their life, dream, purpose are wonderful. You should find it by yourself. I don’t wanna make some spoiler here.
- Badass villain. Ow men, I have already seen a bunch of villain at the other manga. But the guy named Tobi in this story is special. Tobi is skillful in both of techniques and strategies. He is the biggest troller in the world of manga. You should check that out. He said “Hey world…I’m Madara….I’m alive…Hello…Greeting from hell”. And several moments after that “Problem world? You got trolled…Madara is already being a zombie there…”. Owww, that was the most epic troll. And you also have to see someone named Madara Uchiha. Here is little bit his ability for you all : he can alter a map.
- Unpredictable stories. The best story is story that you can’t predict about the problem solving when the climax is happening. It makes you wanna continue reading it more and more even though you need to wait every week.
Minus :
No minus in this story. It is masterpiece. It is legend. It is fabulous. It is a story that appears once in a hundred year. I give 10 without any hesitating.

Ow man…This is good. This review will be so nice. So, to be honest, actually I want to make some review for To Aru Kagaku No Railgun S. But when this review was being written, Railgun S was still aired at first episode. Then I better don’t write some text of review for a while at least until this anime reaches ten episodes or more. Because I want to observe some differences between first and second season of these To Aru Series. Basically Railgun (it looks like I should say it “Railgun” since To Aru Kagaku No Railgun is pretty long title isn’t it?) is

a spin off story. Spin off is just like side story which tells about detailed other character life story. So it means there’re some main stories that cover all of these characters act. That is To Aru Majutsu No Index. I won’t talk a lot about that because of the differences about the story. Index is a story about magic. In the other hand Railgun is story about science. Something’s like sun and moon eh? Although Index tells about magical things there’re still a few stories for science. Since the background of both of them is in sophisticated city named Academy City.
Academy City is issued as the most up-to-date city in science. Almost all of town inhabitant is academic community like student, teacher, lector, professor and scientist of course. One thing that’s really interesting from this city is people can not only study here but also train their special ability. They’re called esper. Every person has a unique ability which is commonly different to the other. The ability is categorized into five stage of level. The range of level is level 1 until level 5. So, the highest one is level 5. There’re only seven persons in Academy city have mastered level 5 and the main character in this story, named Misaka Mikoto, is level 5. Misaka is third year middle schooler. She has ability to control each electric charge around her. It means she can manipulate electricity as she wants. She also can produce it from herself. Electromaster is her title. But she is often called ‘Tokiwadai’s Railgun’ since she can shoot something with her electromagnetic force and Tokiwadai is the name of her school. Yeah, you know, electromagnetic riffle is already known as railgun. She uses a coin as bullet and that’s her best technique.
Misaka has three close friends who always hanging out with her. First is Kuroko. She is level four and her ability is teleport. She can move something, even herself, into different places in a sec. She is Misaka’s biggest fan. But her adoration at Misaka seems like perverted relationship for me. She often disturbs Misaka when she’s taking a bath. I hope she isn’t lesbian. Kuroko has some weapons which shaped like needle. She usually teleports it into certain point of her targets and then stops their movement. Second is Uiharu. She has been Kuroko friend for a long time ago. And then Kuroko introduces her to Misaka. She’s cute and tiny girl with flower ornament on her head. She’s good in computer things and esper as well. Uiharu and Koroko are member of city’s discipline enforcer named “Judgement”. The last one is general girl named Saten. In this group, she’s the one who doesn’t have any special ability. She’s level zero. Or maybe I may say that she hasn’t awoken her ability yet. So she is the real hard worker here because she lacks of skill. She’s Uiharu’s best friend. She often mistreats Uiharu with lifting Uiharu’s skirt and then sees what kind of “pantsu” that she uses today. All of them have a nice friendship. First time Saten met Misaka, she thought Misaka should be an arrogant person since she is the Tokiwadai’s ace. But that’s not true. Misaka is really hospitable person who never differentiates anyone who wants to be her friend. She is humble person as well. They always hang out into café, resto, and other common places that teenagers usually visit.
There are some important arcs in this anime and it’s never shown in the To Aru Majutsu No Index. The level upper arc. This arc tells about appearance of some methods that can increase esper’s level easily. Basically if espers want to increase their level they must practice hardly at the long periods. It means really difficult to get a level up in your ability. It’s like evolution I think. But this level upper is a cheat. Level upper method is hearing a song. If you hear this song frequently you can gain your level up in the short time without doing a lot of practice. Really easy eh? But a short way always serves a long risk. The fact is this method can’t increase your ability forever. After a certain period, you’ll lose all of your ability even your body will became so numb. Unfortunately Misaka’s friend, Saten, is one of this method’s victims. Saten was tempted to use this song because she thought that she will never gain any level progress. She’s desperate with her efforts. The culprit behind this accident is a scientist named Kiyama. Uiharu started suspecting her because she’s good in hacking network and analyzing data in computer. Misaka was immediately looking for her to make everything clear. She must account for all of this. But that’s not so fast. Kiyama gains a horrible ability because of this method. She can use all of people’s ability who uses level upper. So she’s a multi-esper now. Misaka had serious battle with her. I can say that’s the finest battle in this anime. You have to see it.
So, the main character of To Aru Majutsu No Index, Kamichou Touma has been appeared in this anime just at several short scenes. He is level zero but he has rare ability which allows him to cancel some energy impact. He had some light battle with Misaka because he pissed her off. Misaka was really surprised when her attack wasn’t working to him. He blocked all of Misaka’s electricity and then ran away from her. Misaka was really angry with his attitude. But I rather say it “like” since she’s “tsundere” after all. Hahaha. I hope it’s true that Misaka’s has a feeling to him because they are really interesting couple.
Here some of my opinions :
Plus :
-Great animation. The battle between Misaka and Kiyama isn’t really bad at all. Although I have watched a lot more superb battle at the other anime, I still can say this one is nice.
-Polite fanservice. I mean it is true that Kuroko is perverted freak. She does a lot of dirty jokes even sexual harassment to Misaka. But overall this is really polite anime. Look at Misaka. She doesn’t have “exaggerated body part” like other general heroine. Just a proper middle schooler. And her short is really good point for her appearance. So there aren’t some “pantsu-jokes”. It’s really rare for anime girl wears short behind her skirt , isn’t it? Haha… That is Misaka’s trade mark.
-Good execution. Commonly band of girls in anime just do “cute things with cute face”. But there isn’t something like that in Railgun. This Misaka’s gang is a band of girl which always learns together to be a better esper and increase their power properly. Nevertheless Misaka has reached the top of level she’s still trying to enlarge her ability in electro-control. And she’s good tutor for the other.
-Nice moral value. Always believe in your teachers. Because they will always support and save you no matter in how conditions you are. And they will never hesitate to do everything for you. And I think there’s another important moral value which tells about the cruelly of science. Level 5 is the highest but humans still want more. If this cruelty isn’t done well it’ll be disaster for human being.
-Intersting esper. You know, special ability isn’t new issue in action animes and it’s always interesting. I really enjoy when I have to understand each character abilities although they have involute mechanism. How about Kamichou Touma? It is seldom enough for protagonist has ability like that. He can negate some energy impact. Perhaps it means he can also negate Naruto’s Bijuu Dama or Goku’s Genki Dama. Just kidding. For naruto and goku fans don’t take it seriously. With this kind of ability he can form ultimate defend technique that nullifies all of enemy attack. It doesn’t simply make him becomes a godlike hero because Touma’s attacking technique isn’t more than bare hand punch.
-Just a proper ability. I’m sure sometimes you have been tired for super-superb character’s ability in anime. Like ability to destroy the mountain, slice the sea, make huge hole in the land, dismiss the city, etc. Nothing likes that in this anime. It’s true that Misaka can control electricity but she can’t make some exaggerated power like summoning the thunder, manipulating the weather, or maybe shooting the huge cannon light. Then what did you call her railgun? No, that’s not a big deal. Since she only can shot it once as final move and that obviously isn’t mainstream laser cannon thing.
Minus :
It’ll be so unfair if I give nothing in the minus because I’m the big fans of this anime. So I would like to say if there’re some extra battle scenes, this anime will be perfect. Because I counted there’re just two serious battles during 24 episodes of this anime. I want more. And it’ll be more fun if love story between Touma and Misaka have detailed a lot. Misaka’s tsundere entertain me well. Hehehe
So, this is my first time I give 9 score for anime in my review. And I don’t doubt to say this is the best spin off story that I ever see.

When I wanted to add some list from last anime winter, I chose Kotoura-san with a lot of considering for the genre. I’m the kind of anime watcher who don’t want to disappoint because of genre’s failure. So I think comedy, drama, romance, school are pretty safe for me to watch. At least these genres are written in the MAL page for this anime. Why did I select it? Aren’t there another genre? No, it’s because of the title. You know, there’re just few of anime that take someone’s name as the single title. And usually these kind of animes have a wonderful story. Of

course they’ll tell about the main character’s life story with some adventures and chronicles maybe. It’s really interesting because someone’s life always has something special and different with the others. The main character will have a lot of dilemma and problem until they solve it and reach meaningful psychological changing even a powerful technique evolution in the action genre. We already know other anime titled someone’s name like the story of fabulous ninja Naruto that never gives up for a ton of matters in his life. That’s masterpiece. Or there’s the story of half demon Inuyasha that tells about great romance between two different world and path. And then there’s Chihayafuru which tells about pretty and energetic girl with superb animation. So, what’s about Kotoura? It’s girl’s name, isn’t it? Does she have interesting story in her life? I hoped so. Then I tried to watch this Kotoura-san at first episode.
Wow, what a story. First episode of this anime is really awesome. You have known it from other reviews? But it’s a fact. I’m really impressed because of first episode. Let me tell you special synopsis for the first episode. So, this Kotoura-san is a daughter of certain rich family. She’s a single daughter exactly and she doesn’t have another sister neither brother. So, she’s like godsend for her parents. Godsend huh? It seems The God sends other gift to Kotoura’s family besides herself. Actually, she is an esper. I mean, someone with particular special ability. For real. She can read not only book but also mind. So she can easily understand about somebody’s thinking. It means she’s a walking lie detector. She started demolishing someone’s lie and first victims of course are her parent. She told about her father’s dishonest words. Then her mother’s getting mad to him. Not different from her father, a lot of her mother’s lie were also revealed by her. As the result, her parents are divorced. It makes Kotoura really sad and her mother started hating her. Actually, that isn’t she wants. She is just trying to make someone be honest. But the fact is human beings are too cruel. They prefer to do a lie than honest. They’re happy with their dishonest and acting look like nothing happened. Something that can’t be accepted by Kotoura since she knows the truth. She’s abandoned by her mom. All of her family hates her a lot except her grandpa. Her grandpa’s really gentle and nice person. He accepts Kotoura something in common and never blames her for a single matter that she has. But she can’t stop her special ability because she thinks that she’s not wrong to reveal someone’s lie. She was bullied a lot when she was in the school because of her abnormality. Like I said before that humans are to cruel. They will deny their lie even it’s true. Kotoura become a sorrowful girl and no one wants to be her friend. They’re too scared if Kotoura reveals their dishonest. They think she’s monster. She has spent whole of her life without something meaningful and she assumes it’ll be like this for her entire life remaining. Fortunately, Kotoura’s patience is not for nothing. Finally, she meets with a strange perverted boy named Manabe. Why is he so strange? Well, he is the kind of person who always tells everything in his mind without any addition. Ya, it means he’s really honest man. And it’s so strange in Kotoura’s eyes because she never meets with someone like this before. Terrible isn’t it? When honest people became so rare. Even Kotoura almost doesn’t believe this kind of person exist. The dark life of Kotoura alters to brighter little by little. The hope that she always wishes is slowly getting real.
So, I think that’s pretty good for starting of an anime especially in the first episode. What’s about next episode until end? It’s like water and oil. You’ll get something really really different after watching it. Suddenly this anime alters into four-coma anime that serves not more than kiddy jokes. It’s true than the character of Kotoura develops a lot during the story’s shown. But the executions of this anime are very bad. Hey, Japanese story is well known as perfect combination between serious and gag things right? So agree with it. But not this one. I think this anime can be better if there aren’t some kind of kiddy jokes. I mean, we want something more dramatic in this story. There’s an arc which tells she had a conflict with her other classmate named Moritani. Moritani was so envy with her because she get so much attention and affection from her beloved friend, Manabe. Moritani ordered some her people to teach Kotoura about who’s the boss here. Unfortunately they had a mistake about the target. The innocent Manabe became a victim. They have some serious fight and the result is Manabe was hospitalized. Since Kotoura can read people’s mind she blames herself because all of this and then ran away into her private mansion in the far away place. I guess it’ll be a serious conflict. But the way out of this arc is unbelievably poor. This arc’s just ended by Moritani’s apology to Kotoura without any dramatically problem solving. Is this strange if someone wants to apologize to the other? Absolutely no. But I think it’ll be a hundred times better if there’re some final clash between Kotoura and Moritani. At least let Kotoura makes Moritani accept her fault and then apologizing to her.
Here some my opinion
Plus :
- Great concept of story. You know people are basically evil and never want someone be special. This is general plot that has made other anime in the great success.
- Great moral value. Never despair if you have bullied a lot because of your abnormality. Don’t give up and you’ll find something great on your life as a prize.
Minus :
- Poor executions of anime. Why should this Kotoura-san be so a cheap four-comma anime?
- Bad jokes. Really unwise if anime with this rate of concept serves such as kiddy humor
So, 1 great episode vs 11 fail episode. I should not give a high score for this anime. 6 is enough

All right… My second review. I know Tamako Market from short advertisement in other moe-moe-whatever-anime titled Chuunibyou Demo Koi Ga Shitai. Everyone watch Chuunibyou should see that advertisement in the end of last episodes. I’m certain all of you already know moe-moe anime like this has been showed since several years ago. loli-comedy-anime Chuunibyou. So it’s true that these moe kind anime have their own band of fans. Wait, I have watched the last one and I think I’m the one of Chuunibyou’s fans club since it’s a foolish funny anime. It isn’t bad at all. I’m always looking for comedy anime. I’m crazy in comedy.
In the other hand according to me a story line is one of the most important things in anime. So if these kind of anime just sell about moe-moe things without considering the story, what’s for? Maybe they will say “Hey, did you already watch Kokoro Connect? And you’ll have your opinion are totally wrong”. Ok fine, it’s not always like that and I never blame the kind of anime watcher who’s just seeking for moe-moe things. But this Tamako Market isn’t counted. Here some synopsis.
The story tells about slice of middle schooler’s life named Tamako. I had thought she has an egg store since the meaning of word “Tama” should be an egg in english and she holds something round in her hand. In fact I was totally wrong. Tamako is the daughter of mochi shop owner who lives in the certain shopping district. And the ball like thing in her hand which I ever saw must be mochi. She loves mochi so much and she enjoys her daily life as mochi maker. She has younger sister named Anko, gandpa, and father of couse. She is very cheerful person and never complains about a single thing in her life. She goes to school at the morning, attends some club activity in the school, does a lot of fun with her friends, and other general middle schooler activity. Loving mochi doesn’t mean just eating it. She’s also really good in making some mochi. Since she’ll continue the family business of course. Her life’s suddenly changed when she meets…wait…there’s nothing like that because this anime isn’t about shonen battle or supernatural martial arts. Just kidding. But it’s true that there’s something new in her life when she meets with a strange talking male bird named Dera. For real, Dera can speak fluently just like ordinary human. Dera has been lost from his mission to find his master’s bride. It means he’s the stray bird. Tamako sincerely helps him and invites him to stay in her house for long time without hesitate. Dera is the kind of bird who always butts in at other people business and he’s really elegant as well. He’s getting fat because Tamako always feeds him with many of mochis. Actually Dera has absurd ability. He can make some hologram message with his eyes just like projector. Even I’m still wondering what kind of animal Dera is. Better if we don’t discuss it. It’s an anime after all.
The story doesn’t develop so much. I mean there’s nothing serious case as long as the running of this anime. Every episodes were spent with the story of normal daily life. Tamako’s childhood friend named Mochizou loves her so much but in the end he never be able to confess it. Last arc is about the appearance of Dera’s owner called Mochimazzi Mecha. Mecha’s servant, Mochimazzi Choi, revealed that Tamako is the bride who he’s always looking for because Tamako has a mole in her neck. That mole is convinced as the mark of Mechas’s bride. Tamako just stays cool for facing it. She never had a good mind to leave everyone in the order to become Mecha’s wife. Everyone started to worry about Tamako’s decision. They’re afraid Tamako will leave the shopping district. Everything is clear when Mecha said that he has no intention to take Tamako away. Even if Tamako is really her bride. He just wants to met his servant, Choi, and take her back to their home. And everyone can be relaxed now.
So, here some of my opinion
Plus :
- I’m afraid I can’t say it a lot. Because this anime just serves some humors without strong meaning in there. Even I love comedy I could say that it isn’t my cup of tea. It’s like a childish humor.
Minus :
- I have said it. There’s no one serious case which can make some story developing here.
So, I doubt I would give a high score at this anime even I’m easy to give a score. Without underestimating moe-moe-anime series I think 6 is proper score for Tamako Market.

First time I saw the title I think it’s kind of anime which telling something about animal. I thought I was correct because the main char made some busy with a cat at the first episode. I continued watching this series every week until I realized that my assumption isn’t true at all. Yup… the story was developing so much until it becomes another mainstream harem anime. Before I give to you all my opinion I would like to serve some synopsis about Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo.

cat consequences him into some trouble. He was banned by school principal from staying in general student dormitory. He must stay in a certain strange mixed gender dormitory named Sakurasou. Well…Sakurasou is a unpretentious dorm with several troublesome students who live into it. Live in Sakurasou is just like disgrace for other general students since Sakurasou is popular with disobedient inhabitant. Although he lives in the strange community like Sakurasou he still can be grateful because he can live with all of his dearest cat. The white one is named Hikari by him.
There’re other inhabitants in Sakurasou. First is girl named Misaki. She is third year and it means she is Kanda’s senior in school. She is really cheerful person who often does many weird things like discards her underwear into Kanda’s room, wears a lame cosplay suits, plays video games with him until dawn, etc. Actually she is genius student who got a high score in many times before when she was still in middle school. She’s in love with another Sakurasou’s inhabitant named Jin. He is her childhood friend. Second is a mysterious boy named Ryuunosuke. He’s often called ‘dragon’ by Misaki because his name contains a word ‘Ryuu’ which means dragon in English. Ryuunosuke’s face never revealed at the beginning of first season of this anime. He fends on himself at his room and never goes out even for school. Maybe he isn’t otaku who likes to stay in the room in a long time for many useless things. But the fact is true that he’s a computer genius. Third is a glassed gentleman boy named Jin. He is harem-master. He can easily beat women heart and then dating them. He was dating Misaki’s sister in the first time but all of that is just a lie. He has been crushed at Misaki since they’re kid. And the last one is Kanda’s female teacher called Chihiro. She is alcohol maniac and hasn’t married yet. She has a lot of bad manners. In the other hand actually she is really wise teacher who often gives Kanda many advices.
The story developed when Kanda met the newbie in the Sakurasou. She’s Shiina Mashiro. She’s blond haired woman with genius ability in art. She’s well know painter in English who often paints many masterpiece art. But she has bad behavior in social life that she cannot take her own necessity like picking clothes, wearing pants, studying, etc. But it looks like she never studies because she is genius. Then Kanda is ordered to do all of Mashiro’s necessary. When he realized Shiina’s geniuses he started to think for himself about what talent that he had. After thinking for a moment he supposed to make some game software. He started to learn about how to make it. He get some help from Ryuunosuke who has mastered a computer things for long time ago. Then he decided to apply for some game software contest which was held by a certain company. Unfortunately it’s too bad. He failed the competition and his game was rejected. He had some depression because of that. Luckily he has friends in Sakurasou who always support him. And then he tried to promote another his game concept. Eventhough he still didn’t make it as the result. Someone named Rita tells him to not get along with Shiina. Since her geniuses can beat him down even she doesn’t want it. It’s a big gap after all.
Story continued with the appearance of last newcomer of Sakurasou. She is Aoyama. She is Kanda’s classmate as well. The love story developed between Kanda, Aoyama and Shiina. Shiina and Aoyama clearly have a crush on Kanda. But it seems like Kanda have a confusion at they two. There’re any proofs that actually Kanda likes Shiina in several scenes but Kanda’s also blushing when Aoyama was in his side. So I rather call it complicated.
Here’s my opinion. I would like to show my opinion as plus and minus analysis. I think I will say it from the minus of this anime
Minus :
- To be honest this movie isn’t more than mainstream harem anime. It means a lot of ecchi things are showed as long as two season in this anime. So if you ecchi manic I really recommend this for you. Since I’m not good at something like that.
- The biggest moral value in this anime, the gap between someone genius and general, isn’t concentrated well. I think it would be a great anime if the struggle of Kanda Sorata had been more shown in the order to shrink the gap between him and Shiina. Since they’re a couple of lover.
Plus :
- Sakurasou no Pet na Konojo has a great animation and art. I can see Shiina as the cutest girl during this fall until winter anime season.
- I really like Shiina personality. She is genius but really dumb in many trivial things. I started to laugh when Shiina did her dirty jokes with her pants.
With all of these plus and minus things. I think I cannot hate this anime. I have finished watching all of episodes without leaving even a single episode. In my conclusion, Sakurasou no Pet na Konojo is just ordinary anime with an extraordinary animation. Because I’m easy on giving score. I think I should give it 8 in overall score.

Okay... This is my first review. My deepest apologize if i have some mistakes in english. So, yankee-kun to megane-chan, first time i decided to read this manga just because i really interest in school life's story. When i saw the art (honestly, i'm the kind of person who see the cover first and then decided to read) i was sure that it would be comedy. And then i begun to read it. What a surprise. It isn't comedy at all. I mean it's true that japanese manga art never contains a single genre of story. But in this manga we can also learn about

how the delinquent's life is.
I also don't mention it's non-mainstream manga because we already know that there're a lot of other delinquent story. Nevertheless one thing that makes me really enjoy to read it is the collaboration of past life story, love and idiocy.
Haha... I'm so exited about the last three points here.
Then, here some synopsis of the story
The story begun with the appearance of the famous Mon Shiro's local delinquent named Shinagawa Daichi. He's a super delinquent who's never care about other people and his entire school environment. His hobby was just sitting down in toilet, smoking, watching a porn and doing other useless things. He was a great shirker. Fortunately his life was changed when someday he met with a glasses worn girl called Adachi Hana.
Adachi was just like a clumsy girl with idiot thinking. She's appearances was really old-fashioned. She had a thick glasses, braided hair style and a sheet of "ahoge". Once a glare Adachi looks like a smart girl but in fact is totally opposite of that. She had a terrible exam scores even Shinagawa can totally beat her in math. Shinagawa just seems like a dumbass but actually he's genius in math.
Somehow Adachi started to drag Shinagawa into several social activity at school such as extra class, school festival, sport, etc. And little by little Shinagawa's mind was opened to a society.
One of the biggest break through in Shinagawa's life is when Adachi asked him to be student council vice-president at the election. That's unbelievable. How could an anti-social person like him have a favor to participate at student council's election? But in fact that's happened. After several miracles Adachi won the election and Shinagawa become the vice-president. During election Shinagawa met another strong ex-delinquent named Gakku Izumi. He is good looking boy and smart. Shinagawa ever had a some battle with him and the result was draw. Instead be an enemy he decided to join student council member as Shinagawa's teammate.
When Shinagawa did his job as vice-president of student council he learnt a lot about sociality. He often dragged into other student problem and unbelievably he could solve their case. Of course he solved it with his own ways. The delinquent ways. He gained many friends because of that. He realizes that he isn't lonely anymore. He starts to concern about the other persons. But Shinagawa is still a blockhead person that wanna do something egoistically. She is just delinquent after all.
If i'm not wrong in volume 6 of this manga was revealed Shinagawa's love story. Actually Shinagawa and Adachi had met before when he took an entrance exam in Mon Shiro High School. Shinagawa just fall in love with Adachi at the first glance. But that day Adachi really had a different appearance. She didn't wear glasses and her hair style wasn't braided. She obviously looked cute that time. Unfortunately Shinagawa hadn't asked her name when he met her at entrance exam. So Shinagawa spent his entire time in high school to search her. Too bad. He didn't realize the person who's he looking for is just really close to him at the whole time
