These two mangas gave me the same feeling while reading them. Both stories are about an innocent girl(Mars)/boy(LD) who meets a popular delinquent boy. They develop feelings for each other, but the relatives/friends of the couples don't support their relationship. Yet they want to be together, and try to overcome their fears and problems. The art styles are also quite similar and the stories are both quite dramatic.
