Utsu Musume Sayuri is less of an anime and more like a Youtube Poop. It is strange, surreal, and unnerving to watch.
The story is... borderline nonexistent. Sayuri is a girl with a family which consist of her Papa and her Mama and a man name, I dunno, Hiroshi? Whatever. He didn't has any role to begin with. One day, they wanted her to strike. Nobody knows why. They just asked her to strike. She finally strike a...creature on the butt, and that's it. That's the entire plot of this abomination.
I kinda like the art. it reminds me to a witch labyrinth in Madoka

Magica. The art is surreal and dreamlike, at best. At worst, it is creepy and disturbing. Sayuri herself looks like an ugly caricature of a girl with a tentacle stuck on her head. It is really strange to look at.
The sound only adds up to the surreal atmosphere this thing has. It very unnerving to listen to. The voice acting is creepy. Utsu Musume Sayuri is dreadful to listen to.
There's no way to describe the character. No way.
I don't recommend this 'anime' to anyone. It is creepy, disturbing, and just plain weird.

-Enjoyment:2 (I giggled a bit when the creature say please strike me on the butt, but that's it)
