This is a review of the series, rather than just this season because it wouldn't make sense without it.
"it wants to be so intelligent and clever yet fails to do so." The words of someone who didn't pay attention to much. This isn't to say the person isn't smart enough to understand. This is not Eva, although that argument is even stupider over there, it's just messy. Back to topic, I would have related to what they were saying when I watched and finished this show like 3 years ago. Then I was a 5 second skimmer kind of guy, I still am. That's on ... stuff I don't care about. Which is the now argument. Why write a review saying it sucks when you didn't care about it? Pretty damn ignorant to dismiss a series when you never gave a fuck about it. 3 years ago, when I watched it for the first time. You could understand why I didn't care too much about what the characters had to say or think when I was never invested as much as I should have! Rewatching also took probably 9 days, a few everyday. Though skipped 2 days ago because it was late. Such an amazing decision I made. Almost you could say a 180 from how I was thinking of Monogatari, still not interested in spending more time in it. To me, it means nothing to finish it. Maybe the first season is really slow? Then why the 8.3? I think it's fair to rate each season based on the content matter in that very season! Hot Take!

Barely even started reviewing I guess. Why did I come up with the mean score of 8.66 across 3 seasons? I only progressively more invested this time around. First season an 8, then 9 and climax at another 9. Mean score in the beginning before this was 7.33. Woah! 1.33 whole points! I originally like the slice of life vibe it gave off. It satisfied me but I didn't care too much about the characters quite frankly! The characters are meant to be problematic! Finishing the last episodes compared to first, showed how much Hachiman evolved in those months, That's really fucking realistic growth in someone! I felt the same. I never had any problems but never got myself interested in talking with new people and becoming more confident. I guess that's what senior year does to you. I was a sophomore or freshman first watching I forgot. But I suffered the same fate, I was left behind socially because of covid and troubles that I since overcame. That's why I believe the characters besides like one I cant name off my noggin that are portrayed in real life. Nobody is perfect, I wouldn't even say anybody in this show is close, they're all troubled for their own reasons. So perhaps calling them bland and stupid and dumb, perhaps live one of their lives or be close to someone like any of them. It's more common than you'd believe. People in real life and the show do what they still to keep going. Only character I know without struggles is like fuckign Totsuka of all. Don't know any problems they have. Ebina is totally unrealistic, nobody acts like that. That might have been the character I was referencing being portrayed in real life, she goes to school and has friends. NOBODY feining like that should have connections. Harsh, shes helpful to Hachiman.
Oh shit, YUKINOSHITA, every Oregairu hater loves to say she sucks and has no personality. Let's expand on that, I knew people in high school like that, smart and blunt to point other people out. Probably a reddit mod i dont know. She hates losing and is competitve, you know who else is, Light Yagami! But he's hot and gets all the birdies. So let him slide... right? Wait until you bring a cat around Yukino, they fold. Nothing more awesome than a cute cat doing the most awesome shit ever. Getting more comfortable around her, exposing the unbreakable exterior she had. She didn't overnight become who she is. That's why her romance is basically perfect, wanting to be saved, selfish if you are 1d however she delivers support back. Also Hachiman is the same :p. Let them live, fictionally.
Did you read this far? Was it coherent? I don't write reviews often, Im half assing some of parts. Maybe I misunderstood something? Im wrong? Thats How I felt rewatching Oregairu. It was super fucking enjoyable and perhaps lost some sleep along the way. If you think it sucked? Hopefully these words smacked some meaning. Don't take this show like others. It is meant to have you interested, If you don't care? RIP!

Samurai Champloo takes place like 400 years ago or something. But cameras only existed for nearly 200 years. How did they get the footage??!?! Besides that nonsense, you aren't totally surprised to figure out this was directed by an absolute LEGEND in the anime community, Watanabe. His style of leading a show is pure bliss, production quality is through the roof, most entertaining fights you'll see among swordsmen, Watanabe's enchanted music taste, bringing Nujabes', Fat Jon, Tsutchie. If not for Watanabe, my ass wouldn't be listening to this style of hip-hop, very similar to J Dilla's work. Creating music purely ... based on an obscure sample is crazy to think. You not only bring recognition to the sampled work, you get something amazing you can enjoy for your time here on Earth.

As i've mentioned so far, killer music, wicked fights. You have 3 in-depth characters that have their own personalities, different reasons of being who they are, to mix into lighthearted chemistry among Mugen, Fuu, and Jin. I really love the personalized episodes each character gets, a new story for one of the protags. you cant tell this shit is 26 episodes long, seriously. i WILL rewatch this gem, dub, sub again. yadayada. Yeah im out.

I recently came back to this show and i dont understand how i gave it a 9 original, for a few months until now it was an 8, but i feel for a [REDACTED] 7.
thats not a review dingus! but i was definitely missing some elements whilst rewatching. that this show is honestly just funny more than serious. screw it, spoiler warning.. uh the dog scene when izumi is 'half human' shows what kind of heart izumi has for room of his emotions, and that his parasitic heart had to do with his mental? well any heart infliction like a heart attack if not ... lethal, really fucks with your brain, as in that you should have probably died once getting one. you lived, but a what cost? yeah your health is declining buddy! and there comes anxiety and depression, more in note of depression. You lack standard empathic behaviors when you yourself cant bring yourself up from the slumber. intentional or not, this part is much clearer despite the second hand embarrassment watches a dog being thrown out in the trash.
yeah it stays at an 8. its funny as hell and i havnt even finished all 24 episodes, and wow 24? it flies by.

God this shit was so boring. Glad im finished with this garbage. took like 6 months to finish this putting it on and off. most i watched in a day was 3 episodes. "Saint" is the name i will go by after this review. Also really happy to note that this series is already over for me, just based on the shit that happens later. the main character which everybody loves for some reason is the biggest fucking weirdo ever, an average osu player if you will.
i dont remember a single thing watching this besides the date which was chill i suppose
