Horny, this story gets really really horny.
This LN/WN starts off pretty wholesome but hints at ecchi elements which later come up in the series. Overall it was just ok, It was not particularly well written but had some fun characters and settings. But it did have some moments where I felt that it tried to be dark but failed miserably. It does have a light view on slavery which I personally don't care about but I thought I would put it out there for the people who are thinking or reading this.
and again this story is really really horny

This is one of the best slice of life, romance anime I have seen in a long time.
First off good job CloverWorks for bringing such a well-animated show into this world. For the story, I found it to be really enjoyable even for someone like me who tends to watch a lot more Fantasy than anything else. Props to the author for making such lovable and well-rounded characters and not just a seasonal waifu which are becoming more and more common nowadays. Overall I really enjoyed watching it and sincerely hope the author can make a second season of this.

I know the light novel and the anime are going along well, but why did they have the make this series. at this point, they are trying to milk this fan base. Now for the review. All in all, this is a cliche high school remake of the series that are just made to sell and not have a good plot. They also use several characters that were killed off in the first book and don't seem to mention characters that were added in later in the LN. While being better than the one for AoT (which is not a high bar to cross) it ... is in no way good. For the people who found this without reading the LN, manga, anime(which as I am writing this has 1 episode), I can not stress this stronger READ THOSE FIRST.

A word of caution: if you're are considering reading this series you should know this gets pretty dark.
Now for the review.
First off, even tho this series is extremely dark, it is a surprisingly good read. Secondly, this series takes a dark approach to the cliche fantasy Light Novel expressly the "I got kicked out of the heroes party" trope. Next is, this series did not look kindly upon the adventurers guild, but instead the corruption going on there, and not giving it the normal welcoming atmosphere that is highlighted in many series give it. For the characters, the author does do a good job ... developing the main character Flum and showed how Flums changed Milkits personality when and after she saved her. This series does contain a yuri aspect that was woven well into the story. All and all I really enjoyed the story and hope more people find this series.

First of all, Studio Bind did an amazing job of adapting the first three volumes of the LN. The only problem I have with this anime is Rudeus' personality, which appears to be overly ecchi, I know that it was by design that he was that way but still the author appeared to go above and beyond. For the soundtrack, I find that it fits the anime perfectly with its OST, OP, and ED all perfectly fitting the theme and tone of the anime. Another thing is, the art was simply amazing which rarely appears anymore, and the fight sense looked to be hand-drawn wich ... also I don't see very much and when I do see it, it tends to not be very good. One other thing is, the story moves really slowly, tho that's what you get when you only cover 3 volumes of the 24 volume series.
