This terrible anime was the reason why my perception of yaoi became twisted. Unfortunately, this was one of my first yaois so I could relate to the people here so bad. I was pretty oblivious at the time and really loved this, which had been one of my "guilty pleasures". I was not educated enough on heavy topics such as rape and blackmail and it really messed with my head for quite a while. Years later I still feel terrible every time this comes up in my feed. I once excused this as "fictional" not knowing its real consequences that would later suffocate me mentally. ...

I do not remember much anymore but there are main reasons as to why I've come to absolutely despise this anime. All of this would have been ok if the first part didn't happen honestly. Yellow haired mc is damn terrible and instead of reporting or hating that man, other mc decides to go I forgive you and lets forget that ever happened because I've fallen in love with you. Like what!!!!!!!!!!!!! The fact that the yellow hair mc doesn't even apologize (if he did well too late wtf) honestly disgusts me the most.

Bc of this I find it hard to read yaoi nowadays with explicit scenes, and I lost my love and passion for yaoi. I instead became a yuri enjoyer and a casual bl reader instead. I still read but It doesn't interest me much anymore, I just can't stop because of how it really damaged me and my deranged head. Its so horrible that I check the comments from time to time if the man got hit by a truck or whatever
