I just caught up with this after reading the first 7 volumes that are out. I am enjoying it but I can't help but feel like this series is missing something. nothing about it is dealbreaking but it seems like were always one step away from real greatness and it just ends up ending quickly and on to the next thing. Alot of the reveals are just simply revealed too. the characters dont get naturally lead to the discovery of the information in an organic way through the story telling. Maybe im alone here? just feels like this premise had a lot of potential that
