They're both bl and they both start with the MC character asking out another guy without really meaning for them to be like real lovers. They both give off happy feelings, so if you like one then you'll probably like the other!

Both manga are shoujos with female MCs that start out isolated from their classmates. Both MCs think they don't need friends in their lives and tend to speak/act rougher than their other female classmates. Furthermore the main male MCs in both mangas seem relaxed and carefree in comparison.

Ragtonia

Both of these manga take place in a similar enough setting where there isn't any modern technology. Both also have main characters whose main goal is to eliminate someone who they think is pure evil and who they think is destroying their country. While Basara is much longer and the girl is younger (Ragtonia has adult lead characters, Basara has a teenage lead character), both also have similar themes of losing innocence, bettering oneself, and that nothing is black and white.

They're both by the same author and are fairly funny yaois. They also have a laid back feeling to them even when there is drama which is a nice change if you're getting sick of mangas where every little problem is drawn out and over the top.

Both MCs have these feelings of not belonging, TNI it's to her own family and CS it's to society. They both struggle with their feelings for other characters a lot, they don't know how to treat friends and what friends really are and they don't understand their feelings for people they like/love. Both mangas give off very similar feelings and are beautifully written.

Although DS is a yaoi and Renai is more shounen-ai, they both have the main characters being in high school. DS has a sports theme to it while Renai is action. But both stories have these very carefree relationships with the main character's that just go really smoothly. There's very little to none of the hesitation and the normal personalities of a strong, sexual seme and weak, childlike/clingy uke are not found in either manga. If you enjoy reading shounen-ai or yaois a lot, then I definitely recommend reading these two mangas because they break the usual pace the genres have and give you nice stories that you can empathize with (i.e. in both the feeling of losing a friend to a lover) and unique characters that have unique relationships.

They're both similar in that the main character has gone through something in her life which holds her back from making friends and whatnot, yet they both decide they want to change and actively try to. Also, both characters are a little awkward with social interactions and are reminded of their fears.

They are both are for a more mature shoujo audience and don't have the typical "I love him, he's so hot, I'm so dumb, please love me, haha I'm only good for comedic relief and am super thick skulled" heroines. Although they have different plots and characters are very different, they both give off the same feeling that the love the main characters have is not some flimsy love, but yes they are imperfect loves (especially in Kirai). Mars touches darker subjects, but Kirai touches, well, touchy subjects (like trust issues, moving forward in your life, etc.) but both are really good stories with complex characters!

Both involve a policeman and yakuza getting involved with each other. However HY is a comedy not a drama like Namaiki, also the roles of uke and seme are switched. Both if you're looking for a yaoi with the whole yakuza story then both of these have that!

In both stories a girl pretends to be a guy and she can actually fight fairly well. The girl is also considered to be special and seen as a savior of the people. Both stories are action and adventure and have some romance in them with multiple love interests.

Both mangas have main protagonists that are unlike the usual shoujo girl: SB, she becomes disillusioned from love and determined to exact her revenge, in MM she snaps when provoked and her personality changes to a girl who one could describe as outrageous. Also both of these mangas deal with the main character entering the entertainment industry. Shoujo/Romance/Drama

Similiar genres (both shoujo), and in both mangas the main character is a female that runs away and ends up living with strangers. The people she moves in with each have their own quirks (like a panda obsessed boy in YT and a boy who always wears a mask in INN). They both include plenty of humor (more in YT) and INN is a little dark, but in general if you like one, you'll probably like the other.

Both mangas are BL and comedies. To be honest even if you're not a fan of BL, their still great reads because they are both hilarious. Light hearted comedies that make you feel happy. Both are about couples who just really don't match because of who they are (height wise/attractiveness in LN13 and jobwise in HY), but they end up making the most adorable loving couples.
