Last Game, the closest thing to this series to having an international cup. I finally got around to watching it so, how is it? (SPOILER ALERT)
The movie starts with flashback that fleshes out kagami's backstory (which mostly plays to what happens at the end of the movie) before we plunges into this new group, Jabberwock, crushing a team made out of some graduating members that seirin fought before. And of course, being the super villain they are, the leader went on with making a statement on how every basketball player in japan are just a bunch of "monkeys" trying to play one (They say after
...
beating exactly one team in the country.) Before Kagetora challenges them for a revenge match for that. And in order to counter this new rising baddies, comes the Generations of Miracle + Kagami dream team to fight it. The story itself ain't that complicated, setting up the scene for only a bit before we plunges into 1 hours+ of the basketball match.
Now, the characters. It's nice to get some interaction with the GOM that doesn't involves them being a cocky bloodthristy psycho. There's also a lot of finally seeing how they acts after they had their superiority complex knocked out of them, and how the relationship between members develops for the better and in a friendly terms like their middle school days which is nice. The one benefitted from the most development however, is akashi. Who finally comes to terms with his dual personality and came to a good middle ground of what he should be as a player. Then there's the jabberwock. We only had 2 named character on that team, One is "Nash Gold Jr" an arrogant prick, and the other is "Jason Silver" an even more arrogant prick #2. Outside of being super strong player, it's too bad we don't get to see more of their personality other than some hints on nash being possibly a basketballer with the style of official match one and "struggles" hard to reach his position.
Overall, how is it? It's more KNB with all their flashes and auras with the budget of a movie and pretty cool cameras movement, have much engrish in it, and granrodeo return for it's ost. It's the final confetti being popped for the show (if there's no sequel), if you liked the show already, you should definitely give this a watch.

[Spoiler ahead for Killer Killer and Danganronpa series in general]
Oh, Killer Killer. How i want to like you so much for being another danganronpa with my hunger for the series.
Killer Killer follows an episodics style of story (at least till the last arc) where we get introduced to bizzare murder before our MC solved it........well, "Solved". We would often gets introduced to mystery that gets solved instantly without any rhyme or reasons with the sole excuse being, "Takumi Hijirihara" aka Killer Killer knows who's the murderer just cause he likes murderer. 99% characters introduced served as nothing but quirky traits like they're power point presentation
...
and in result, the pages would often built up basically filler of murder mysteries that you're not gonna get anyway with no evidence to who's the killer till Mr. Killer Killer points at the person at the last few pages.
And now, let's talk about our MC. Killer Killer would often judges people by how passionate at murder they are, could erase any kind of a person's personal history, One-shots everything, and have no chance of falling into....despair? In a series where they would televised students killing each other to the world to make people fall into despair, Our main character who kills serial killer is apparently not even a despair. He's always on the right side with his opponents always be an even more fucked up killer with motives like killing so he could drink blood to make himself stayed young forever, and even got a lovely happy ending for himself. One might wonder if the series is a character study about him but, considering how there's no one who make a challenge to his ideals, i say that's likely not the case.
Would i recommend it? Well.......if you like OP main character one-shotting everything i guess? And the art is decent too. I guess it shouldn't be too much of a hassle to read the series since there's only 14 chapters to it.
Have a nice day.

The story of this movie is about the gang going back to "save" megumin's village. The story focuses itself on megumin as we saw what kind of environment that she grew up in, her family, and her relationship with yunyun's. The comedy itself is pretty fast paced, as we gets joke about the eccentricities of crimson demon villager, and there's one joke that really gets me about an ova character that i didn't expect to appear again.
The animation definitely takes a small boost from being a big-screen adaptation (Especially for "EXPLOSION") and continues the second season's more free-flowing animation for character movement. I also gives
...
credit to the voice actor tone change that helps landing the punchline even better.
Overall, should you watch it? I say if you already liked the comedy style of the previous konosuba, then this movie is 1+ hours more of it with even pretty good action and small bits of drama to help you be entertained. It's a direct continuation from the series, should you should watch the first 2 seasons and the ovas before watching this.

"What is your favourite slice of life anime?" What would be your answer for this question? most people would probably says "Oh, mushishi!" or "K-on!" but chances is, you're not gonna hear this anime mentioned a lot. It's definitely one of those shows that stands mostly tall within it's own fandom. So, how good is it? Well, read on.
First of all, let's start with the set-up of the show. It's a show about this kid who wants to be mangaka but is being forced to inherited the old candy shop of his father, comes with the help of our heroine (Shidare Hotaru), the story itself
...
is more about dude's daily lifestyle. It's framed in a skit style that almost resembles a 4-koma anime that comes with a plus of candy trivia on the sides. I like how the story captures the rural lifestyle that gives off a feeling of nostalgia with many episodes starting with just a picture the environment that lets you bask within it's atmosphere. Also, have i said something about the candy trivia? Because, boy. I came out with a lot of useless trivia about japanese candy that would be only useful for specific small talks.
We then have the characters. There's really only 5 of them that you need to knows (Are there any bystander around? I don't remember) We got the eazygoing dad, the idiot best friend, the token tsundere, our mc, and lastly "Hotaru." the seasonal waifu that gets talked probably more than the anime itself. They never really broke the mold of their tropes but the show managed to surprisingly make their interaction cute with some funny spices being thrown here and there.
The art and sounds. The art serves pretty well for the anime though i do crave for a bit more "dynamic" to it that could make the talking scenes better. The artsyle is very simple, outside of the eyes which is.....the most memorable part with character like hotaru having "Rinnegan" like eyes for example. The ost didn't really leave much impression to me, but the op and ed is definitely very catchy. I would definitely reccomend anyone listening to it.
OVERALL: It's definitely not a show that aims to be a classic. It's relaxing, it got some funny moments here and there, it's the equivalent of the friend besides your chair in school telling small jokes on a boring class. It might be one of those more "filler" seasonal anime, but if you're in the mood for something to just plays before chilling on your bed, it's definitely not a bad choice at all.

"Billion Dogs" with title like that what can you expect? Well, try to read on.
Story: 7/10
It's a very straightforward series. There's 3 billion being hidden by the mafia, and it's up to our main character to find them in a grand heist story. It's a very tightly paced series where every chapter is dedicated to moves the plot to that direction without much twisting about it. there's spying, hacking, treasure hunting that you could expect from this kind of series.
Art: 8/10
The art is very crisp and clean with a more realistic style of drawing that fits what the series is trying to do, the panel
...
flows clearly from one scene to another without being confusing, and i think the artist also excels at capturing the character's emotion.
Character: 5/10
Let's talk about our 3 main characters, firstly we got "Ichiru Mizunuma" dude have father and superiority complex. Then we have "Kyousuke Hino" the more reckless and "can't tell a lie" type of person, and then we have "Ayaha" the........buttmonkey i guess? Other than that we have the evil mafia members, evil cult, and bunch of woman characters that are drawn just to bump uglies with the villain. I would say the characters are the weakest part of this series but they all served fine in their own roles, and that's the most important part.
Enjoyment/Overall: 7/10
With that all being said, i'm definitely not bored by this series. It have a simple charms to it, kinda like watching a thriller hollywood action films. If you find that kinda blockbuster popcorn flicks to be your style, this is a series that delivers on that front.

hi i think i decided to review all of detective movie after rewatching it. let's get on to the review
Story: 7
this time the story is about attempt at serial killing of 13 people that are related to kogoro mouri. the build up is pretty good although a bit draggy in the beginning but an improvement compared to the first movie
Art: 7
pretty fluid in movement there is no really major improvement when compared to the first movie overall pretty fitting for a movie
...
Sound: 6
yeah.. the standard detective conan music. if you like the music from the tv series you bound to like this one too
Character: 6
thankfully there is more character on this one. frankly its way too eazy to guess the culprit in the first because of how there is only a few character in there, the second have more character and more diverse personalities oh and the character from tv series is coming back.
Enjoyment: 7
as usual detective conan is an enjoyable movie if you have nothing to do at home
Overall: 7
if you are itching for some detective mystery series then go ahead and watch this one

after done rewatching this movie i just thought "ah why don't i try writing a review about it" and here i am. let's start the review
Story: 6
well the story is nothing unusual for a detective genre. the culprit called the detective and challenged him to found the bomb that he planted and give him some clue to solve it. not the most original thing but enjoyable
Art: 7
the animation are pretty well done. not jaw gaping but fluid enough for eyes and the rest is the usual detective conan art style if you like it then you will like the one here too.
Sound: 6
it reuse the
...
same soundtrack from the tv series and there is only 1 new standout soundtrack in through the end, i don't know if there is any new soundtrack outside of that. nothing too bad but not great either
Character: 5
the usual detective conan cast with only 4 noteable new character: moriya, shiratori, the mayor and his son. moriya is a symmetrical freak, shiratori....um.... likes architecture? and the mayor and his son doesn't have time to show personality. that's a shame since when i see a movie i pay attention more to the new character since i already knows the other character from the tv series
Enjoyment: 7
the usual detective conan. you will like it if you like detective conan
Overall: 7
if you are in mood for some brain teasers/ more detective conan then go ahead and watch it

wow no one write a review for this one yet? okay, challenge accepted
first of all i'm gonna start with saying that this isn't direct sequel of durarara so if you come expecting some of the character then give it up
Story: 8/10
it's the usual narita style of non linear storytelling i found mostly in all narita works that the story is just a canvas for the character of course that's not saying the story is bad or anything it got some intrigue and mystery with some blood splashing around (there is more blood here than durarara) just think of it as japanese equivalent of baccano
Art: 7/10
...
it's nice that one for sure but i certainly have seen better
Character: 10/10
yep this is definitely narita strong point. all of them have a distinct personality and they all also have a personal goal my personal favourite are Hayato, jun, and recently Amagiri
Enjoyment: 9/10
it was fun and full with thrill maybe after finishing it sometimes i will re read it
Overall: 9/10
if you want something fun to read with nice mystery and awesome character with some blood here and there then you might want to read it

i never write a review before so why don't i try a positive review for once? well here i go
Story: 7/10
there was nothing really original about the story. well.. actually the summon is quite creative i guess? the story is just pretty much that you can find in pretty much most school based anime most of the joke are pretty typical that you can also find in many anime but the execution of the joke make it pretty funny
Art: 6/10
it's nice but i have seen some that are better
...
Sound: 5/10
....there is sound? it's pretty forgetable but it's not so bad that it also stand out. the opening and ending is average but fits quite well
Character: 7/10
they all stick to the usual archetype: there is akihisa the idiot who always gets punched by woman, himeji the big breasted childhood friend, minami the tsundere, kouta the pervert, etc overall despite being generic they still manage to make me smile and that was good enough.
Enjoyment: 8/10
very funny.
Overall: 8/10
if you're looking for a romcom and light hearted anime with some nice comedy then i got the anime for you
