Some people have probably only read the beginning few chapters of this manhwa and decided to slap it with a one star rating. This manhwa is far from being a Masterpiece but I have thoroughly enjoyed it and decided to rate it with a at least a 9. Still if this is not a great story then I don't know what is, considering I binged it all in 2 days.
It is understandable why people rate it poorly since at the beginning a lot of things happen and shift. People who join in wishing for the edgy MC we get in the first few chapters will

be disappointed as the story is not just about him. This manhwa definitely plays with your emotions and leaves everything in a gray area. Points of view constantly shift and you don't even know who the main character is. Still the story retains it's coherency and it reads really smoothly. No one is really the hero and you will be able to find a reason to like or dislike pretty much any character that isn't a side character (thinking of you trident bro XD).
The art is more than acceptable. I would say that it is even very good. The really cool scenes also usually get some special care. It is not comparable to the scenes you see in Berserk, but you can't really compare since the two are different mediums.
I could ramble on about more things but this is my first review so I got no clue what else to put in... and well in general I don't want to enter the spoiler zone. I would recommend this story if you really want to feel a "wtf... why the fk would you write this author?" at the end of the first season XD
