Wow. Never have I been so obsessed with soundtrack than with Zankyou no Terror's. I feel it deserves a review just for the OST alone and so I will write one.
One of the main reasons I found and watched this anime is because I saw Yoko Kanno was the sound director. Yoko Kanno, being the sound director in animes such as Cowboy Bebop, Gundam and Ghost in the Shell: SAC. First I must say how much I love all of Yoko Kanno's work; from The SEATBELTS' infamous Tank! (Cowboy Bebop's opening) to Cyber Bird; my favourite, most beloved track ever, and I do not say

that lightly. Moving onto Terror in Resonance, Yoko Kanno's work, alongside Icelandic artist Arnór Dan, created this beautiful, atmospheric, out of this world soundtracks which may be my favourite OSTs of all time. Seriously, listen to birden and just listen. It is so beautiful and poignant and I cannot get enough of it (and it hits 10x harder if you've seen the anime). I could go on for hours about the OST. Even smaller, quieter tracks like fugl stun me. Yoko Kanno blew it out of the water with this one.
