Both mangas are Rom Coms with a relatively light and breezy tone. The lead couples have a similar dynamic (i.e. energetic, honest, but somewhat dumb female lead & serious, stubborn, sarcastic male lead). Most importantly, both mangas have solid character development throughout and manage to be engaging and cute throughout without ever relying on unnecessary melodrama.
