The first four episodes were amazing and had me laughing so hard.
They really set the tone for the show.
However, episode 5 felt a bit disappointing and didn’t live up to the hype.
It didn’t have the same charm or humor that made the earlier episodes so enjoyable.
I was very skeptical at first, yet another weird japanese fetish? But don't get fooled, it doesn't follow this line even once.
I'm still hopeful, though, and I’ll wait for the upcoming episodes to see if it picks up again and gets back to the level of the first few episodes, let’s see what happens next.

Watched it today.
I couldn't stop crying, too much emotion. It was really centered around Kenma and his background, maybe there's a bit of a similarity with the Tsukki's phase during the shiratori zawa game, but it was more powerful and even more emotional to me There's an interesting Kenma camera POV scene, when he was cornered. Some may dislike it. It really surprised me and I wasn't expecting this so I liked it and I think it is quite representative of what it can be when you're on the court : you can't see everything that is happening, especially from an exhausted setter POV. I really like the fact that the color of the blood is white, it's the most important point of any anime (jk).
The character developpment is very cool. Perfect for gowther, Diane and King. This was a smart way to show the prequel of the story with the war 3000 years ago. I really like the story developpment of the past that gives us more information, character relationship explanation and more. I don't understand the extremely low ranking for this season. The animation seem similar to the previous seasons to me. Though I don't give much importance to the animation and am more focused on the plot, this ... |
