A really good start so far, it continues there where part 1 of season 3 left off, so you know what to expect.
Animation quality and sound is gorgeous, as in the previous seasons.
The great OST is the greatest strength of SAO, along with the beautiful art design and animation.
Even the first episode already had this really epic moment, I am speaking of the fight at the end of course. The music which kicked in made the clash of one of the two strongest characters in SAO even more intense.
Also we have Alice in here, my favorite character of SAO, just her design literally screems badass.
The
...
war scenario is pretty thrilling itself, so there is also potential for a 9/10.
While that's the impression for the first few episodes, SAO doesn't do it's potential from season 1 justice.
While the animation and sound remains outstanding while progressing, the show makes literally no progress. Most of it just felt like a big buildup for a major event, actually the same stuff happened for the most time, the main cast fighting against the invaders and losing. Instead of a real war, which we got in the first season, they somehow dragged on the second season with no major events.
The moment after the buildup was okay but not what I would have expected from that long buildup.

A pretty simple concept, but one that I really like.
Similar to anime like Takagi-san or to manga like Gal Gohan.
The main core of this anime is Uzaki-chan and I like her a lot, she has a really nice character. She teases the main character just right and is really cute on top of that.
I also like that she is not just teasing him because, but because she cares about him and doesn't want him to be a loner all the time.
There are also a lot of funny scenes and Uzaki-chan is not the stereotypical tsundere, but an unique character.
The main character is also fine, not
...
the overly shy type, but more confident and not awkward like a lot main characters in this type of anime/manga.
If you don't have too high expectations, like expecting a great story or something like this, you will enjoy the show, if you like the concept itself and Uzaki-chan
Overall 8/10 so far.

An outstanding moe anime.
I would have never expect that Machikado Mazoku is such a jewel before I started watching it.
It does not only have one of the cutest character relationships and even one of my favorite character relationships in general, it even has an interesting story, good character development and especially one character with a depth you would never expect from a moe anime (not that I don't like moe anime, I love them, but it was unexpected good).
Yuko and Momo carry the show and I loved every moment of interaction between them. Even though it basic structure is to be lighthearted, but there are
...
also serious moments which balances perfectly.
It even is comparable to Madoka Magica in some moments. I really can recommend you to watch it.

This is my first review.
I guess I am on of the really few people who watched Dragon Ball Z for the first time while being over 20 and never watched Dragon Ball Z in childhood. I just finished DBZ a few weeks ago.
So that should be an unusual premise.
Dragon Ball Z is along with Dragon Ball the only long lasting battle shounen I have ever watched. Usually I am not watching these shows, but Dragon Ball is an exception.
Story (7/10): I liked the story of DBZ, but it is pretty simple. A villain appears, beats the Z Fighters, then they train, get stronger beat him
...
and repeat.
But DBZ also has something to offer about Gokus past, which you would never guess from DB. But also the backstory from other characters get revealed.
Negative points about the story are most of the fillers and the fact that so many times all have to wait for Goku to return from somewhere and stall time, this concept is used too much.
Art (9/10): I love the animation visuals and the style, that is one reason why I started watching Dragon Ball and considering its age it really does look good.
Sometimes scenes are reused, but in a way which is acceptable.
Sound (10/10): The music of DBZ is one of its greatest strenghts. Even after watching the first opening 200 times, I never skipped it and enjoyed watching it every time. Same goes for the entire ost, they are a lot of great and memorable tracks. I also love the voice acting in the original japanese version, voices are fitting perfectly and also memorable.
Characters (10/10): There are a lot of characters, a whole lot. While Goku from the original DB was by far my favorite character, he was not that awesome in DBZ. I still liked him a lot, but his personality does not work as magnificent when he became an adult. My favorite main character was Piccolo, I loved his character development (one if not the best in the series) and his personality. He never made stupid mistakes like Goku or Vegeta like giving enemies the chance to get stronger and endanger the whole world. So he was really refreshing and interesting.
Enjoyment (10/10): Which leads also to my overall rating, because I rate based on enjoyment. I loved DBZ, it has its parts in which it got a bit tedious, like a bunch of episodes on Namek (especially the Frieza fight) and most of the fillers were unnecessary. The lowest point on the show was the appearance of Gotenks who did not fight the situation the entire universe was in, like making stupid jokes and not to fight seriously. Gokus final fight could compensate that gladly.
The best arc was the android arc for me, especially because of C18, my favorite side character. The Cell arc itself was awesome. While of course the Frieza arc had a lot of awesome moments too.
So my rating is 10/10, to be more specific 96%.
