I will split this review into 2 parts. The first part will have a spoiler free review and the second will have a spoiler review. I will be honest if you watch this anime please go in it blind because it's a better experience if you watch it that way.

Part 1:

This is my favorite anime of all time. Just watch Joe struggle with his life and the anger and frustration he has and most importantly his fight scenes are amazing. There are CGI fight scenes and they are almost as bad as "Dragon Ball Z Resurrection F" with the Golden Frieza and Super Saiyan Blue ... Goku fight scene at the end of that movie. The CGI fight scenes get better over time, but it depends if you like CGI fight scenes and if they bother you. The normal animated fight scenes are the best fight scenes I've ever witness. The director of this anime who directed the fight scenes did the fight scenes in Jujutsu Kaisen and they are far better than in that anime. I will say if you can't handle dark tones or violent and scary imaginary then you might want to skip this one, but if you can handle that than please give it a shot.







Part 2:

This is my spoiler review, so STOP READING HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SPOILED. Now I'll tell you my thoughts, THIS ANIME FREAKING SLAPS!! The emotion you feel of the trauma Joe feels and the pain you feel, you just understand the pain he feels about his family and Emma dying. This story really makes you want him to get he's vengeance just like in the opening theme and don't get me started on how it ends. It makes you so satisfied in the end. The honestly deserves more than a 10/10, but I have told you pretty much everything, but Mike is the best freaking character in the show!!
