I was really excited to watch this movie and had high expectations, but unfortunately, it let me down. Despite not having read the manga, the pacing felt rushed. The ending was anticlimactic, leaving me wondering, 'Is it over already?' The predictable storyline diminished the stakes, and unlike previous arcs, there weren't any memorable scenes.
The dialogue and writing were mediocre, nothing special. Most character interactions felt like filler, failing to contribute to the plot.
On the positive side, I loved the music and animation. The soundtrack is consistently impressive, and Haikyuu's animation quality is always reliable.
As a Haikyuu fan, I'm disappointed with this movie, but I remain

I wasn't expecting much while watching this, but this movie completely blew me away. The characters are exceptionally well-written. Despite its age, most of the jokes and emotional moments land perfectly. The animation is fantastic, and both the OST and voice acting are flawless. Surprisingly, I also enjoyed the unique and cute art style, which added a charming touch to the whole experience. The soundtrack not only enhances the mood but also stays with you long after the movie ends. Moreover, the voice actors brought each character to life with such sincerity and depth that it felt like they were speaking directly to the audience.

I've read the manga long time ago, it was fine. I didn't think much about it. So When the movie got announced i didn't have much interest towards it. Idk why but today i felt like i should give this a try since i loved that song from the trailer so much. For me this is one of the best thing I've seen. I loved this more than the manga. The changes they made absolutely made it better for me. I loved the change that they made in mitsui's backstory. I saw a lot of people complain about CGI, i was on their side too

I was surprised by how much i enjoyed this show. This show is just a bunch of likable characters doing clumsy things that's all. But I'm really enjoying this show because the humour in this show is really good and the things they do are super relatable. This is just one of those sit back and have fun shows. The animation is really pretty and fluid obviously Studio Pierrot, Voice acting was really great and op and ed were great as well. Overall this is a pretty chill show. If you like those kind of shows then this is highly recommend .

First let's start with story. The plot isn't ground breaking or anything. It's just a simple story, a yakuza taking care of his boss's daughter, that's all. After reading synopsis you know what you're getting into.
The characters are introduced pretty quickly here and everyone of them are pretty likable and i was really impressed by the animation. This show reminds me of the Anime kotaro. A light-hearted story with some bunch of wholesome scenes. But That cover(poster) almost made me not to watch this anime but I'm glad i did. Teenage mercenary is a webtoon which is a great read just to have fun. It doesn't try to reinvent anything. But it's perfectly fine with the way it is. It introduces a bunch of characters quickly and it keeps you hooked with the cutthroat pacing. It doesn't give the audience a chance to be bored for a sec.
It finds excuses to have a fight scene which is the best part of this webtoon and the art is gorgeous I generally hate cliche, predictable shows/manga but this has been really enjoyable so far and I'm really invested in his backstory too.. If you like a story where MC ... |
