Little Witch Academia (TV)

Both anime are quite similar in several ways including character archetypes especially the main characters being rookie witches who want to use magic to make others happy as well as the fact that they have a couple of companions throughout their stories, though they on the other hand, are quite different. Both shows have a similar sort of feeling, though personally I would have to say that while Little Witch Academia quite obviously draws inspiration from Mahou Shoujo-tai Arusu, that is why perhaps it does everything better, albeit quite lighter in atmosphere.

Concrete Revolutio: Choujin Gensou

This show may be confusing to some, but if you enjoyed the Monogatari series, you'll get through this no problem. Concrete Revolutio often switches between both future and past perspectives which can cause confusion, I would recommend focusing most on the past during the first season and the future during the second season.

Both movies go over the aspect of overcoming prejudice and discrimination by "putting oneself in the other's shoes".

Only watch Oreshura if you watched/read JoJo, otherwise you probably won't enjoy it as much. Though with that said, its still better than most generic rom-coms on its own.

Kemono Friends

If you watched and enjoyed Madoka Magica for what is was then you understand how a show can be silly, cute, and fun on the surface, but dark, sinister, and mysterious underneath. Kemono Friends is, without spoiling anything, basically that. The cgi will turn many away, it almost turned me away, but after watching it, I truly have come to enjoy this show for what it is; childish and silly on the surface, but dark and mysterious in subtle ways.

If you liked the pure-hearted comedy and slice of life aspect of Nichijou, you might like this as well. Some might think the art style is a bit peculiar, but if you can get past it, this is a highly enjoyable anime.

Yuru Yuri

If you liked the pure-hearted comedy aspect of Nichijou, then you might like Yuru Yuri, they're similar in many aspects, though one thing to note is this anime is less slice of life and more comedy than Nichijou, I would argue that it is still equally as entertaining with its own sort of charm.

Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou

If you liked the high school comedy aspect of Nichijou then you might like this, though one thing to note is that is anime is more of a crude type of comedy in contrast to the pure-hearted comedy and slice of life aspect of Nichijou.
