Had a shock upon watching the first episode, glad that I stayed on.
Story
The story kept me excited and wanting for more in each epsiode, especially after episode 3, if I remember correctly. The ending was expected but I preferred it though. The first part slowly covers the buildup of the romance between Takizawa and Saki and also, the start to find out more about this mysterious cellphone and his memories that he lost.
Art
I personally hated the artstyle of the censored parts but I don't blame them, they can't possibly show an uncensored version. But other than that, the artstyle is pretty good with detail, for
...
instance, the outlines of the missiles and etc. I like the artstyle of the characters as well. They are drawn pretty well.
Sound
Got to hand it to the one who composed the OST, and some of it sounded very much like Kenji Kawai's works, with one I particularly liked was the intense mood background music during one of the episodes.
Character
I wouldn't say I am not a fan of a characters but I wouldn't be too over for them though. I would have liked if they introduced the other Selecao but it would probably be too tight for the show's schedule considering that it only consists of 11 episodes. I haven't watched the upcoming movies so hopefully this changes. However, one thing I hate would be weak-minded one of the Selecao seemed to be. One last thing would be the utmost sadness I feel for the reason the protagonist lost his memories for. (Don't think I could say as this counts as spoilers, I believe.)
Enjoyment
It's been a good experience so far but I feel there could be so much potential for this show, I especially liked the genre too. It combines a bit of romance, action and thriller together.
Overall, it wasn't a bad show, there's one episode whereby they showed this "illusion" which I found it highly unbelieveable to pull it off but other than that, it's all good, looking forward to how they are going to do in the movies. Liked the music, especially the OST.

Basically, a show which features a survival game with the usage of bombs and an embedded chip on their hand to serve as a radar to find other people. Apparently, the people who were selected to go to this island were loathed by the close people they knew for various reasons.
Story
+ Various sub stories of the characters of how they were chosen by their closed friends.
+ Tries it best to execute the reality of how it would be like to be stranded in an island, for instance, people get desperate in certain conditions, the inability to trust anyone you just saw etc.
+ Ending had
...
a lot of unexplained points, with room for a second season definitely.
Art
+ Artwork was pretty okay with obvious bias towards the main characters but nothing that would deter people. I felt it was dark at certain parts though.
Sound
+ Voice actors were fitting as one could feel the anxiousness, nervousness and their various feelings.
+ Background music were fitting for the atmosphere.
Character
+ Really liked how the main character has "grown". For instance, he understands how
+ Liked Himiko as well, she's not stupid and notices things.
+ Felt a bit of pity for one of the characters who gave in to despair, could have been a different outcome/ending, but I do not blame him at all..
+ Disliked one character extremely for his betrayal of someone who trusted him, would have liked him to be given justifiable punishment to be honest.
Enjoyment
+ Liked how the battles between certain indivivuals turned out, whilst some were predictable, there were some which weren't.
+ Would love to see a second season because it simply isn't complete in the sense that it has a lot of holes to fill but regardless, it started off well if this is meant to be the first season.

This show features an adventure of a female spear-wielding bodyguard got hired to protect one of the Prince of the New Yogo Empire from being killed for possessing a demon within himself by escaping the Palace together. It also features how this spearwielder seeks to atone for the people who died for her to let her become who she is today.
The story was told rather consistent but there was one point where I felt a bit confused on whether it was a flashback. I had to rewatch a second or third time for those episodes to confirm so I guess it would be good to
...
have more obvious distinction from a flashback or the present time. The pacing, however was slow and steady which I rather liked, it had a good mix of filler episodes whereby we were shown to the memories of one of the character. I actually liked the ending due to the fact that it wasn't rushed at all and a satisfying conclusion. A proper farewell was done as well. Last but not least, I liked the fact that not all the information was given to the characters and this made the story a bit more interesting as they would rely on what happens and then they act upon it. This gives the show a bit of unknown on what happen next and the excitement which ensused.
The artwork was fair and simple to be honest, not the high resolution ones that you expect but the action scenes for the fights were rather intense. However, I would have loved it if there were more battle scenes but I guess this would mean more resources needed.
The sounds for the show was okay, the theme music did fit for various and different kind of moods and it did set the mood right.
The number of characters were all right, not too much and not too little. I extremely liked Balsa the spearwielder's story and background, especially her memories with Jiguro. It shaped Balsa for who she was in the show and how she relates it to her encounter with Chagum. Chagum, which can be said to be one of the main characters has also grown up rather well with all his experiences with Balsa and all his encounters with either the Egg, Hunters and etcetra. One specific character I would dislike is the present Emperor due to his self-contradictory words towards Chagum at the beginning and the end of the show. Last but not least, I also liked the honor-bound personalities this show had as well.
This show made me feel rather heartwarming for its story while it may seem a bit sad at times. I feel it's pretty well-written and could appreciate how it was protrayed from the beginning till the end. Lastly, I really enjoyed the ending as it was complete and not rushed like some shows.

I liked it overall, to be honest.
The story itself, I feel is pretty unique, I rarely see any anime with elements of Shaman besides Shaman King but I will admit that I haven't watch enough anime to actually warrant it unique. But, there were times whereby you would feel it's rushed in some episodes. I personally feel that some instances of the show might not have been explained properly. (I looked it up the forum to see what actually happened as some people read the light novel and kindly explained it in the forum.)
I personally like the art, animation of the characters and especially the
...
fights, pretty well-defined and impactful.
The sounds for the show were pretty decent. The openings were pretty impactful and the endings simply give a soothing yet slow feel which I liked it.
As for the characters, this would be one of the points where I feel it brings down the score just a tad bit. The main character, Hakutora, isn't very perceptive at the start which I would say was his flaw.
Secondly, I personally feel Toji started off well in the series but I feel and would have liked if he could be given more attention to make him a stronger supporting character due to his past, having gone through a painful experience.
I personally felt that Othomo gave the biggest impact to how the story transitioned and flowed and how he stuck to people who he wished to protect. Last point, There were also a few occurences whereby I felt the internal monologues or thinking processes of some charaters were not expressed properly.
I enjoyed the show overall, to be honest, the fights hype things up, the story keeps me hanging on what's going to happen next.
