Okay, K-On! is hands down one of the best slice-of-life anime I've ever seen. Firstly I'm going to give a brief summary on what this anime entails. Secondly, I'm going to say why you should watch this anime!

The story of Shokugeki no Souma is simple, Soma (main protagonist) is sent to a top-notch culinary school in Japan to expand his capabilities in the kitchen. The art is the main attraction to this anime (for me), the food looks very detailed and delicious (so don't watch this anime on an empty stomach)! The sound is great, good voice acting and the sounds of the knives cutting food are great. I stumbled upon Haikyuu on an anime website and I figured I'd give it a try, not knowing what the anime was even about. The story is good, basic. About a team that wants to show the world that they're still strong and can go to nationals (and win). The art is great, very colorful and the animation is outstanding. The sound is one of the highlights of this anime, the sounds of the volleyballs being spiked, or the teammates saying "don't mind!" To their comrades, very thought trough with the dialogue. Another was confusing at first, but it all starts to connect after you watch a bit of the episodes. The last few episodes are gory, so be aware. Overall it was an okay experience, the art and animation is about average (for the time this anime was made) so it shouldn't disappoint. The story is interesting. Short anime, which is fine with me as I like short stories. I wasn't excited while watching this anime, almost leaning towards the side of boredom. The episodes were a little slow, but it's manageable. The voice acting did not disappoint. Overall, I would recommend this if you can't
